I am an international based client who while browsing through the internet, came across a good offer from JJ Florists based at 65 Canboro Rd W Fonthill, ON. the offer was to order for flowers within a specific time frame to qualify for same day delivery. My girlfriend who is a student at Brock was having her birthday that day, at 9am Seychelles time about 1 am Ontario time I purchased a flower arrangement called ''life of the party'' and two balloons. It was meant to be a surprise as I had indicated the exact way I wanted the delivery to be handled in the special message box indicated on the website. However at 8pm Seychelles time about 11am Ontario time I started feeling some unease since I was yet to get a message from my girlfriend about a flower delivery. I decided to call, I talked to a guy called Jack Macgregor (email ID: [protected]@yahoo.com), first Jack came as rude insisting he was yet to receive my order, I later sent him the website confirmation email of my order after he agreed to send me his email address, he later confirmed receipt of order but stated that since there was little time to prepare, he'd deliver my order the next day and as a special apology for delay, he's add a box of chocolate to go with it free of charge. I agreed to the terms.

the next day 30th May 2016, at 10am Ontario time, jack sent me an email saying my girlfriend's phone wasn't going through, in addition to that I did not give him a class number nor the block number of her class (why didn't he say all this were necessary the day before in addition phone address?).

he mentioned casually that he dropped the flowers at ''Ask desk at the School that I should ask my girlfriend to go find them, I indeed informed my girlfriend who combed the entire institution for the flowers unsuccessfully (at this time the special surprise plan had waned off). I asked Jack to call her and giver her directions to his delivery contact but he would hear none of it, I asked for the signed delivery note but still declined the same, to date I have yet to receive a delivery note from him.

on 2nd June 2017, my girlfriend received a call from a friend informing her of a flower package bearing her name located at the school library, she went found it and sent me a picture of the package. lo! the delivered product's only semblance with what I ordered was the vase. the arrangement was a complete contrast to what I ordered from the website on 29th May 2017. form this I feel ripped off and I would appreciate an apology and a partial refund of money spent since apart from buying the flower I had to make international calls to Jack which are costly in terms of phone bills.
