ISI review: Editors and journal publications

Hello,

The so-called professional editors have spammed me for journal publication, they received 100$ back in August and since then I have been given promises. I have a contract with them for an 8-12 weeks timeline for publication. 

There have been many delays and more promises. Now there are no responses to my messages, calls, Emails, WhatsApps. I lost my opportunity to publish, my promotion in my university, and of course, my research got plagiarised, and my money. I would like to save others from them but I do not know what to do.
