Managers made false/misleading statements to investors to become partners in this business. Company claims to have lost all investments but refuses to release any accounting of the investments. Operates both out of Ft. Lauderdale, Florida and Montréal, Quebec... Web site is still on-line soliciting for precious metals purchases and investing, but nobody is returning calls or answering e-mails.
All the managers fled the country to Canada with the investors money. Main persons in this scam were Justin Goldenblatt, Howard Goldenblatt, Sean Ray. Some now reside in Montreal.
Ripped off investors, fled to Canada.. I just got another solistation to invest $350k with the same crooks involved..they are at it again
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.

I am also a victum of Imperial Metals LLC crooks. There has not been any communication with them for the past year as none of my e-mails and phone calls have been answered. I am afraid that I have lost 2/3 of my paltry life savings to these deceivers...now I don't know what to do.
Imperial Metals llc appears to be running a one way train. From investors hard earned money to their wallets and out the back door.
