HackersInIndia.com review: Job id hia41903rt - collected rs 17,800 but they did not to the job so I am asking for full refund

ON 26/8/21 I paid Rs 17, 800 for hacking services to
Hackersinindia.com
They promised to complete the job between
24 - 60 hours.
On 31st August 2021, they watsapp me and said
they are unable to provide me the output
which is to gain access to my spouce phone
with
weblink video panel
user name
password

Since they did not do the job successfully I have
requested for a full refund.
Payment RS 17, 800 was made to an indiviual
