Flora Niche Florist review: Refund

On 6/9/22 I placed an online order for flowers to the value of r1105-00 incl vat, when the flowers were delivered, I was very disappointed as it was a very small basket with 6 half dead roses and about same amount of small white flowers, that you could even see the oases. The flowers were really in a bad state the leaves were even brown on the edges. As I was not happy I didn`t want it and the driver took it back. I phoned them and explained why flower were returned and asked for a refund of my money. Since then, I battle to get my refund. They now blocked my calls and emails.
