FlirtingVibes.com review: Didn't receive credits I was billed for

On Dec 26 & 27, 2021, I attempted to purchase 10 credits for $14.99 each both nights. I had an old debt card on file but that card number had been canceled by my bank. I was attempting to make the purchases using my new card number. I was billed both times on my new card number but I wasn't issued any credits either night.
