I just within the past few days started getting error code QSB0303-17 when trying to redeem some of my 1780 points. I can sign into my account but that's it. I received my last survey on 12/21/2021. I've sent an email to them to try an figure out what's going on. I have not received a response. I have been doing surveys with E-rewards for 20 years. Never a problem. I would like to have the ability to redeem the points that I earned. Thank you.
Desired outcome: Reinstate my account or give me my 1700+ rewards
Opineygane no paga, cuando llevas acumulado algo de dinero, aparece el famoso mensaje QSB0303-17 y tu cuenta bloqueada. No contestan a los emails. No informan de la razón, entre otras cosas, no la hay (Sí, me he leído los términos y condiciones). No caigais en esto.
