DVD Rare review: Good king wenceslas dvd

I ordered a copy (hard to find) of Good King Wenceslaus from DVD Rare, order # 36544, in Dec. from Miss Linda Mills. I received a copy of John Denvers Christmas with the Muppets instead. ($ 50) I contacted Miss Mills and she assured me it was a Christmas chaos mistake and it would be taken care of. I should have known I was dealing with a sketchy company, their headquarters (?) is in Kissimmee, Florida USA and the DVD was shipped (both times) from London, England UK. When the replacement DVD arrived on Jan. 20th, 2021, I watched it and to my dismay, it is a terrible copy with Spanish subtitles, that they booted off of someone's television. I contacted them again and received no reply. You are pretty much at their mercy I suppose since they are in London (?). I'm not really sure where they actually are. I did call their phone number down in Florida and it is a fake as well.
