I am also a victem...but i have a question..when an expat dose a mistake he is procecuted but this time what is the LAW authorities doing in Bahrain are they only for cr registration fees? dont the chamber of commerce hold any responsibility and governance over their crs issued?...when a company is registered for job placement the authorities should check their credentials and have a check on their managements passports and make sure that residents of Bahrain are not cheated my such anti social eliments.

Hello all. I had submitted my documents on Dec. 12th 2012 and received a call form M98 Qatar office that my documents have been approved. They have not provided any clear evidence as to what the name of the company is. Also they have no CR in Qatar. I was told on the phone to sign a contract and that I should come to the office today at 3pm.
When I went there I found out that there were 2 new persons - and the previous person "Adam Petkov" was nowhere to be seen for the last 1 year. We were asked to pay QAR. 800 at that time as processing fees.
Now after a lapse of 24 months, suddenly they have called and when I went there they asked me to sign on a few papers - some printouts - I signed on them and signed as asked. Afterwards, they told me that I will need to pay QAR. 6, 000 - which is a big amount - on account of some fees. I am now 100% sure this is fake and I will report this to the authorities.

here is the new twist in m98 ltd ! Yesterday 06/11/2014 around 3 pm was in office & received a call from a gentleman stating that he is the new manager of M98 Qatar branch and wants to meet me for singing contract.

Now i dont know what to do and whom to believe and trust ?

how can i find if my recruiter is legal they already send me the contract coming from my employer and that is mercure hotel and i sign but my question is why the hr perssonel doesnt put thier full name also the bosses only signature how can identify that person.mr sami barakat told me that my visa will process but only visist visa and after medical in bahrain it will process to employment visa.im just wondering because there are some cases in bahrain happened not good.

The office in Qatar is closed! i have seen more than six months a notice posted on the gate stating that the office is closed for summer vacation. This was last summer..this winter i go and check again and it was open. I was surprised and walk into the office, no one was inside. i check with the secretary in the next office and she told me the guys didn't show up a long period and they didn't pay the office rent the owner decided to open and clear the room. That is what is going on now. Do you think this is a genuine company. Oh; maybe they change their office and they will let us know soon. LOL!

I would like to add one more strange things along with my above comments, As you all knows that, their official websites have removed from blog. There were lot of contradictory statements they have made, but none of us couldn't catch them as we were all with great hopes. Now, it's the time to react and wipe out these scams by reporting through your consulates or complaining in your nearest police station.

I am a well qualified and presently working in a good position with a reputed firm. Actually, I came to know about this consultancy six months back which means exactly July 2013. I went M98 Alkhobar branch 2-3 times for inquiry and asked lot of questions like the recruitment through proper interview and subsequent procedures.I had gone through their websites which is professionally designed, but the only thing is jobs categories are offering as per the amount which you are going to pay. There were two guys who introduced well, one introduced his name kerillov little short and fat from bulgaria and the second person name is Johny, tall, from Greece. But I was suspicious as the greek names never be like Johny. However, I thought it could be his nick name or soemthing else and didn't want to bother such stuffs. Actually, they didn't force or inspire me to register there ( this is their tactic). Also, I trusted them as they are operating in Saudi. I went vacation before the registartion and back here only for the purpose of this prospect. because I got a very good offer in a Multi National Company with a better package than my current Saudi Job. But I blindly rejected the offer due to this opportunity ( which is a worst decision in my life) and I registered with the amount of SR.1000. But after varifying my testimonial and experience, they told me that u need to apply for a higher position. Hence, your registration fee will be SR. 3000. I suddenly asked, Is this a kind of market where the jobs are offering as per the amount that candidates pays instead of assessing their calibre or without any proper interviews?.They had no answers when I asked that question. At last he said there will be interviews through skype and you will be called for the interviews after getting confirmation from the respective canadian firm. However, I told them that I don't have the full money right now aand will be paid by them by next week ( it was just for a further inquiry). Also, I have noticed that the Greece man was not there at the time of registration. when I asked about him with the other guy (Bulgarian short man), he said he went for doing a surgery and will be back soon. After fewdays, I had a call from Bahrain at early morning around 7 AM. Since I was sleeping, I didn't answer. she called me after two hour after I reached in my office and asking about the remaining SR. 2000. I wondered and asked her who the hell you are asking money without introducing you ( little harsh), then she introduced herself ( voice and slang of english seems to be like arabs). I told her that have paid and registered in Alkhobar branch and assured your staff that i will pay by after a week. He agreed too with my request. she introduced me as General Manager (GM) of M98 world. I asked her " are there no other staffs to calle me for the money"? is there any company's GM calling and asking the silly things?"..also askeed " from where did you learn english?"..cos such a poor english that was .She became angry and said " you will lose the moeny what you paid and you are not behaving well". I should have dropped it at that moment, but again many things came in to my mind I have informed this case with that Bulgarian in Khobar, he also said, she is our GM and held my salary because of this reason. So you must pay urgently, then only your papers will be go for processing. I went to their office again and explained to him the strange things thay I have experienced during her call. I said, how can we trust you?..please show some evidence that someone left aready to canada and show your affiliation. he showed some offer letters that he received from his email and their certificate of authorization. I believed and paid the remaining money which was in November last week 2013. Actually, I just wanted to do the experiment, took a risk and trusted them just 20% only. I didn't bother about money. Also, I had to find better ways from my present job as I had some issues with my company and lost already the opportunity which I have got in India during my vacation. So these all things made me to register with them with the full money even after knowing them well. Moreover, I asked about the greece man with Bulgarian.He replied, he did some wrong things in the company and he sacked. He could have concealed that matter and say some other excuses which also made me that they little genuine. He wished and said contact us frequently. After a month, I rang their mobile in Jan first week 2014, but it was swiched off and dialed their landline too. It was ringing, but there were no answer. Then I realized that I cheated and decided to visit their office. I googled and gone through the comments posted by other candidates which are really shocking. Also I found that Greece Man ( johny) wanted by police, his original name is george Villinov, also from Bulgaria. I stunne d after reading th comments. But I deserved it cos it was like a suicide attempt. Anyhow, I have visited their office last saturday ( 18/01/2014) and it was closed, there was a notice also which was mentioend " we are moving to another office, candidates please contact the below numbers, there were two numbers too. one saudi mobile number switched off which I have been trying more than a week, the other one was a Bahrain number. I dialed, but there were no answer from it and made it busy once too. As far as I am concerned, they are international and well experienced criminals and frauds. please put your comments what you experienced, let's join and give compliants to the concerned authorities.

I think it is disgusting that this sick sham of a company is stealing peoples money and then attacking anyone who dares speak against them. Look at the nastiness posted by Oucch13: someone trying to steal the identity of another on this site by creating a virtually identical username (although check closely and you will see this cretin has added an extra *c* in their name, but trying to discredit the original user) They are clearly working for this M98 company and are attacking anyone who says anything about them. There is no need to state the disgusting and libelous comments above.

The website is horrible. It is poorly made, it looks like a fake site. There are errors all over the place, except on the pages that were directly copied from the Canadian government website or lifted from another immigration company's website (They just replaced the other company's name with theirs, otherwise it is an exact copy)
Even the Youtube videos they have posted were stolen from other companies and government organizations and just imprinted with their logo around the frame.
These people are criminals. They steal from those who are looking for a better life. They promise them things that they know they will never deliver, and then ask for more money.
They need to be stopped. They can change their company name, but the same criminals and cons are running it. Something has to be done about this.

M98 has a clear intention to grab money, real scammers.I got registered seven months before at KSA Al qobar office (1000.00sar) two days before i have received a message from M98, that is "your application rejected by canada as per immigration Law".Then how did they offer me a job/salary/benefits/ etc...i was submitted all the documents there.

Dear All -- I red the below all stories & I m also the one who effected/cheated with lot's of hopes. I got registered on 21 January 2013 in Al Khobar branch. They took all documents & I paid Sr. 1000/- for accountant post/job. They calculated my salary dollar with Riyal and told me your salary will be SAR. 13500. Saudi Riyal But from that time I was doubt about their criteria, that in Canada there are very stick rules and regulation, without proper interview how it is possible that one person can go Canada without proper way as they tell me in criteria. I asked also about the rules and regulation but they tell me here and there answere . But I neglect all these question and got registered due to our other one friend verbally conversation/assurance. Later in October 13 I got suspicious about M98 when they open new website "Marg Holding" I told to my friend that It is totally cheating/fake agency I think. But he tell me no, will see later. From September M98 Al Khobar branch phone & mobile were getting off. I visited Khobar office several times, these ppl always tell that your Medical will come in Dec, 2013. But before Nov Khobar office phone and mobile remain closed [protected]) . Lastly I visit 2 times and also call over phone in Sept, that's why they sent me one s.m.s from Bahrain mobile number (+[protected]) telling that as per New rules and regulation of Canada your file got rejection, however in case of any new vacancy we will inform you. But our other friend they did not inform even not send him sms message also. Bcz from September onward he did't ask him about their file. Now I m thinking that what type of cheating run here in even Saudi Arabia & Gulf countries. Which is too much strick and hard policy, I believe that Saudi Arabia is the safe place from all there rubbish activities. If this type open cheating activities doing in Saudi Arabia, definitely i m dis-heart and confused.
