Carter Bank & Trust

My son went in to one of their branches to cash a check I wrote for him, for Christmas. I have done this for my children, for 30 years. And, more recently, my grandchildren. It was merely $200.00. They asked him if he had an account there, which he does not. They then told him he had to sit down and be 'profile reviewed', or they would not cash the check. He left the bank, and deposited the check into his own bank. I went in today myself, and verified with Carter Bank & Trust that they treated him in this disgusting fashion. They admitted it. So, I will closing my accounts with them, ASAP.
