I have been trying to cancel my account with Drinks since October, 2020. I am now 76 years old and live on social security and small pension. I never signed anything on paper or online. I tried cancelling in October, 2020 and was told I had a 2 year contract. Even though I was never too it was a 2 year contract, I paid for 1 more year. October, 2021, I again tried to cancel only to be told it was a 3 year contract. I stopped automatic payments from my bank to Brinks at that time. I have gotten a paper bill every month since last October. I have refused to pay the bill. Last month, Brings sent a negative report to the credit bureau and my credit score, which I have worked hard to clean up, plunged 52 points. Numerous calls to Brings have got me nowhere.

Desired outcome: cancel my account and contact credit bureau to get that negative report off my credit.
