BradfordExchange.com review: CTN/Bradford exchange reward program

This company has been taking out $14.95 for this rewards program for months. For what, I do not know why? The item is [protected]. They have been collecting $14.95 monthly since June 2022-May 2023. The statements refer to CTN/ Bradford Exchange Rewards amount $14.95 withdrawn on 4 or 5th of each month. There isn't a product called Bradford Exchange Rewards on their website.

I have notified this company by email, but no response from them. Normally, they reply to their emails in a day or two.
