24hplans.com review: Site plans 2

Order placed 9/15/22, this site claims to offer site plans in 24hrs for construction permits. They do not respond to any forms communication (email, phone). I understand that some site plans may take longer than others and a longer wait time which I would be ok with but since they do not answer any forms of communicate you're left believing its a scam. They claim to offer 100% satisfaction but they do not answer any form of communication so its a scam. The receipt has a different name from 24hplans.com, receipt says Big Apple Design SRL. Receipt has an email listed on it and emailed it with no response.
