Walgreens Treatment towards a person with Crohn’s disease

I was having an attack where I desperately need a bathroom or will have an accident. I went into the store and approached an older black woman with glasses. I was trying to keep my composure and asked where the bathroom was. She gave me a nasty look and said loudly so what do you want. I said I have Crohn’s disease and might have an accident if I don’t get to a bathroom quickly. She said “Don’t raise you voice on me and [censored] on the floor see if I care.” Thank God a young man named Jerome approached me and guided me to a bathroom and entered the code to let me in. I asked the cashier who the manager was and she pointed at the nasty woman who treated me like garbage. If that is what Walgreens has managing their store then I think I will go elsewhere. Perhaps that nasty [censored] needs to go to training on customer service and how to treat all customers.

Desired outcome: Want her trained and reprimanded and taught that any disability should not be treated with disgust.

Walgreens Walgreens Pharmacy

I went in to get my mom's prescription and the service rep at the pharmacy said it would take 10 mins. I came back in 10 she said they were not ready yet. 5 mins later I have the pharmacist come and serve me saying that I flashed the bird to his service rep customer service said I gave her the bird, that was helping me. This was news to me. He treated me very harshly afterwords and said he would ban me if this was the case. I told him to look at the security cameras and I did nothing to offend the customer service rep.

This is David Nola Mellstrom's son. This was just weird.

Walgreens Pharmacy #07590

The clerk on the pharmacy counter at the 2 E. Street Road, Feasterville, PA is rude and condescending. I allowed her to get away with it a few times, but she acts like she has continual PMS. It is unfortunate with so many people wanting to work that you allow this girl to abuse senior citizens and talk down to doctor's office who call in prescriptions. My family's prescriptions will be moved.

Desired outcome: I do not care about an outcome. I just wanted to bring this to your attention. People who visit pharmacies sometimes are sick and do not need to be abused by this little snot.

Walgreens Website & chat rep doesn't honor promo codes

I'm on chat with customer rep Jessica B. and she stopped responding once I requested to speak with a supervisor regarding honoring a promo code that is currently on the site. I sent a link of the website https://www.walgreens.com/offers/offers.jsp/weeklyad?ban=dl_dlsp_MegaMenu_WeeklyAd and a screenshot https://www.preservestamford.net/wp-content/uploads/screenshot.jpg to prove the promo code was on top of the live site that she claimed she did not see. I typically don't write reviews but she outright lied! I'm still waiting for her to get a supervisor but she's stopped replying once I asked why it's taking so long. Please hire reps that actually want to help people and give them solutions. I have wasted 30 minutes of my time on this and will NEVER attempt to purchase from your site EVER again as you do not honor promo codes.

Desired outcome: I would like an apology from the rep as well as honoring the promo code.

Walgreens Pharmacy

I'm through with Walgreens pharmacy and wonder why I waited so long. Their generic brands are limited (my manufacturer is not included). I'm already nervous enough about the quality of generics, and when Walgreens drops my manufacturer for another, my belief (rightly or wrongly) is that it's to save money and so I'm even more suspect.

I also require a prescription that is quite common and needed to live. In this case, I insist on the manufacturer's brand name product. After waiting almost a week and making several phone calls and a store visit, they told me they couldn't get it and to go elsewhere. In 30 minutes I found what I need less than two miles from Walgreens.

They've never had my product in stock and I always had to wait several days for them to fill my script. This time they said the manufacturer had problems with supply. Perhaps so... problems only with Walgreens!

There are so many better and more price-effective options than Walgreens. I'm glad to be rid of them.

Walgreens Purchased a $50 Target gift card that was not activated by the clerk. Store will not activate card or issue refund.

On 07/02/23 at 2:05 p.m. I purchased a $50 Target gift card at the Burnsville, MN Walgreens store #11419. When paying for the gift card with my Citi Credit Card, the clerk tried to ring up the sale, but told me She could not use the credit card to pay for a gift card. I gave her $50 cash to pay for the gift card. Later I checked my Citicard balance and saw that I had been charged $50 for a Target gift card. I went back to store and asked to talk to the manager. A clerk told me he was busy and could not talk to me. I told the clerk about the transaction and she talked to manager. Clerk asked me to leave receipt and the manager would review the transactions. At that time I noticed the receipt said the gift card had not been activated. I went back to store later in the day and Adam returned my $50 cash and said he would issue $50 credit later for the gift card. I never received the $50 credit from Walgreens for the unactivated gift card. I

I disputed the charge with Citicard and they issued Conditional $50 credit to my account. Citycard contacted Walgreens and we’re told that there is a sign in the store stating that gift card sales are final and no refunds will be issued. Citicard canceled the $50 credit. On 08/01/23 I went back to Walgreens and asked the same clerk to see manager. She said Adam was not there, but the manager who was there told her to tell me gift card sales were final and she would not refund or activate card. I contacted Target and they said the card has not been activated and they could not activate it for me.

Desired outcome: I would like a $50 credit or at least the Target gift card activated by Walgreens.
