Virgin Lounge review: Access to virgin lounge Coolangatta airport

I went to access the virgin lounge today as I have two passes and was refused entry because I was not flying with virgin
I felt totally devalued as a loyal customer
I also have virgin money products
I am appalled at how small minded and petty your staff were to refuse me entry
And how rapacious you are as an airline
Appalling from every angle
I am in my 60 s and just wanted to enjoy a cup of tea
