Over a month ago I called sunrun to report a roof leak due to the solar panel installation. Prior to calling I had two contractors come inspect the leak and confirmed my suspicion that the leak is coming from a solar panel bracket. Once I spoke to Sun run I was assigned a case manager. A weeks went by and I didn’t hear from anyone and no one returned my calls. Finally the case manager called me and there excuse was “I was out of the office”. They informed me that Sun run was too busy to come inspect the leak themselves so they would have to use a subcontractor. They said I would be getting a call from one soon. Days went by and finally one called and said they could not come out for weeks just to inspect it! In the meantime my ceiling is becoming damaged further. After calling Sun run and leaving multiple messages for the case manager they got another sub contractor out to inspect. Upon the inspection the subcontractor was told everything and shown where the leak was coming from and said he would have an estimate sent to Sun run the next day. After that day I was calling Sun run multiple times a week and 2 weeks went by before I heard from the case manager (who used the excuse they were out of the office again) just to hear that the estimate still was not received. Finally the subcontractor a few days later sent the estimate and Sun run said it did not include any information they needed to proceed. After calling back and leaving multiple messages with the case manager and the subcontractor no one has returned my calls or emails. Every email thus far that has been sent to the case manager (Jamie Ruiz-loya) with their manager (Daniel Thurnhoffer) cc’d has gone unanswered. Right now it has been over a month and nothing has been done to get this repaired with no indication this will get resolved soon. Also there is damage forming on the hardwood floor which could result in a significant repair cost due to their lack of effort to have this resolved quickly.

This portion of the house is rented out and we have not been able to rent it out since the leak happened. If this continues on any further I will be contacting my lawyer to bring charges to Sun run for the cost of repair damages and incurred lost rental income over the next months to come.

Desired outcome: This to be repaired prior to thanksgiving or sooner
