Towne Properties review: Centerville property manager

I want a face to face meeting with the higher ups at Towne Properties about how I have been handled like trash, all my concerns ignored and how Deonta never let me contest a 25 grass cutting fine lm on my camera cutting my grass the next I gave him all the evidence he ignored it. He set a hearing date after sending me a fine past the appeal date then he set a date I work on I asked him to give me a date I don't work in. He set a new date and never told me but started sending me a bill without giving me the appeal hearing. When I complained about harassment, selective enforcement, and libel using false answer untrue information to continue the harassment and using putting charges on my account as retaliation for me wanting equal treatment and due process. How he refused to address my concerns. He added 1100 hundred dollars into my ledger and never informed me. I sent a cease order to him in December. He broke the order by mailing me yet another bill. I do not want Towne properties allowing this man to harass me and make up stuff, refuse to answer my questions or concerns. He told me to talk to the lawyers I write them expressing my concerns and Deonta put an 1100 bill onto my account without telling me why. He charged me for expressing my concerns about violating my home owner rights and complaints of being treated less than human as a home owner
