I have requested an emergency withdrawal back in November of 2023 as my husband has been battling an illness. I expressed this even early months of 2023 but I was able to process it formally in November. Now Feb 2024, they decided to freeze all withdrawals for 90days. This the last money I have, I don't need my investment to be protected anymore, I need you to let me withdraw it so I can utilize it for my husband.

Rad Diversified signed a "APPENDIX A- FORM OF REQUEST FOR WITHDRAWAL" form with me on June 30,2023, for $62511.

The distribution date was supposed to be in January 2024. I communicated with managers urgently since December because the money totaling $62511 were meant to pay my workers whose jobs were completed in December 2023, these money was essential for their family's daily livelihoods and my mortgages.

I've been trying to contact RAD Diversified multiple managers for the past 6 weeks, at least 30 times, Even when I pleaded to receive at least half of the amount ($30,000) urgently to solve my emergency for high priority few times.

I'm going through workers lawsuit and I'm also worried that they might go bankrupt, and I really need the money. That's why I'm filing this complaint and hoping they can resolve this issue immediately. Thank you very much.

Mail solicitation... I've asked nicely and now repeatedly to stop sending me this junk and loading up my mailbox. I get them weekly. You are not buying my house! Stop!

I've been trying to contact RAD Diversified for the past two weeks, at least 7 times, but they haven't been able to give me an answer regarding when they will distribute the money. It's already February 7, 2023, and I still haven't received any confirmation. I'm going through a crisis of job loss and I really need the money. I'm also worried that they might go bankrupt and I won't be able to get my money back. That's why I'm filing this complaint and hoping they can resolve this issue immediately. Thank you very much.

On March 26, I bought an in-person tax auction training from RAD Diversified REIT, Inc. led by Dutch M. and his team. I had to fly to Philadelphia and spend a few days learning how to do due diligence and purchase a tax property. The original dates were April 16-20. But when I checked the Philly auction website, I discovered that the auction was actually on April 21, the day after the training ended. That wouldn't work for me. So, on April 5, I sent an email to Dalen to inform them about the issue. I've attached all the emails for you to review. The next day, April 6, they canceled the training event, citing "due to part of the staff having Covid 19" as the reason. Covid 19 aside, the tax auction date was wrong, and all the participants had already made travel arrangements and participated in teleconference calls with Dutch to prepare. Covid 19 seemed like an excuse. The truth is, even if their team was well, the event couldn't have taken place. I asked for a refund, but Kenny suggested that I invest the $500 in RAD, their REIT. I asked to see the documents and later realized that they were too complicated for me as a beginner investor. So, I requested a straightforward refund of $500. (Note: their website states that the minimum investment is $1,000, which I didn't have.) Since September 7 (a month ago), I've called and emailed Kenny, Dalen, and Dutch, but none of them have responded to my messages. I'm asking for a refund and a direct response regarding this matter. They bombarded me with phone calls and emails to get me to invest, but when it comes to a simple issue, they remain silent and unwilling to follow through with the refund. This goes against what they claim about their relationship with investors. And here I am, just a small investor trying to get $500 back from a REIT! I hope the ComplaintsBoard.com can assist me and others. Thank you.
