Postage of post card
On December 24 2022, I purchased and posted two postcards at the tourist shop at the top of table mountain.
The lady behind the counter assured me that it will be posted from there.One postcard was for France and the other one was local.
The French postcard was received within 4 weeks.
However, the local postcard only arrived today, 07July 2023 and the postdate on the card was a month after I originally intended for it to be posted which was 13/01/23.
Almost 7 months after it was supposed to have been posted.I however am not happy with the customer service.I know our postal service is slow, but definitely not that slow.
Please advise how you will rectify this in future.

cable card purchase
I bought a cable card for the cable way so that I can frequent the ride as many times as I like for the year however I was misinformed that I do not need to stand in a queue as this plastic card gives preference.
I only need to stand in the waiting queue of the people in a specific queue.
They have a sign, depicting ticket holders and non ticket holders which is completley intermingled, vey confusing even to try and get in the queue
i bought this card at the kiosk so i had a personal chat to the vendor, not just online
