Priority service for ladies travelling with infant
I was travelling with 2 children - one infant and one child. I got priority checking every where from Dublin to Hyderabad except at Hyderabad airport. Very big lines at immigration. There is no priority line for women travelling with infant. It took 1 and half hour to reach immigration officer and baby was crying a lot. Immigration officer asked to fill the form and asked me to stand in the back of the line - after seeing the infant crying a lot - where is the humanity - are we living in the animal world . But the travellers standing in the queue have more humanity and asked me to join in the line after completing the form as it will take another 2 hours. After seeing that also immigration office wanted me to separate passport, visa , boarding pass , form for 3 of us. How a lady with 2 kids can do that as her both hands engaged in carrying infant. Where is the common sense here. I request Immigration officers should be trained properly to get some human nature. This is India we respect each others and help each others, I hope immigration officers behave like humans next time and there will be priority lines for Kids and moms atleast if they are travelling with Infant.

Weelchair Assistance
My Parents were supposed to get wheel chair assistance since both have extreme Knee pain. When they reached airport they were informed that only one person will get a wheelchair. She did not take my dad to the check in counter also, he had to walk to check in and walk back to the wheelchair. The entire time the lady who was supposed to stay left. After paying thousand of dollars for Airfares and not getting support it is such a disappointment.
Please consider and help the Elderly people who need assistance.
Confiscation of non restricted items in carryon baggage at the time of pre-aircraft boarding screening
I was travelling to Dallas U.S. via Dubai on February 18th on Flight EK 525. To the best of my memory it was approximately between 02:45 and 03:15 my carryon was pulled aside for further inspection. I had 2 vape batteries and the vape tank and two small bottles of 10 ml vape juice. The official inspecting told me that I cannot carry my vape battery and the tank in my carryon baggage and removed it and set it aside. He then screened my bag again and was specifically looking for two bottles of vape juice and told me that I cannot carry those either and he set those two bottles aside. I was also carrying a cologne bottle which was about 30 ml which he did not object to and let me carry it. My best guess is that the official wanted to keep the vaping device for himself and therefore he was also looking for the vaping juice bottles.
I was following the instructions on Emirates web site in regards to all restricted and non-restricted items in my carryon baggage. I flew into Hyderabad Airport on February 7th. My carryon bag was screened twice once at Dallas and Dubai Airports on my journey to Hyderabad but none of my vaping material was confiscated.
After reaching to US I did some research again and found out that none of the items confiscated by the Hyderabad screening official were restricted to be carried onboard the aircraft.
I would greatly appreciate if you could look into this matter and take necessary action against the official, so none of the passengers should have to go thru this in the future. My short trip to Hyderabad was to lay out some ground work for big investment into a big project in Hyderabad and will have to travel to Hyderabad frequently in future but I am being forced to give a second thought to continue with it as I am very discouraged with this incident.
This kind of harassment would also discourage other travelers as well.
As mentioned earlier, this incident happened on early morning of Feb 18th between 0245 and 0315, I was wearing blue jeans and a light blue white striped shirt. My pilot case was light blue with a red cloth bag tied to it for my hat. Please find attached the pictures of my pilot case, the shirt I was wearing, the similar juice bottles and the similar vaping device which was confiscated
Desired outcome: Strict action must be taken against the official and confiscated items be returned.

My name suresh babu chunduri and was travelled on 3rd Nov from shirdi to vijayawada connecting at hyderabad airport.
When I was get down it was around 2.30 and plan to eat food and went to Taste of India opposit side of IDLY FACTORY .and I had seen the way they are making the chapaties were very dirty and there is no hygiene and also charging very expensive.
And again I come down around 6pm to connect my flight gate no 105 and there I was ordered Masala Dosa with expensive price and at the time of ordering the food they got the atick of biryani and other stuff.But the way they brought the food the containers were very dirty and ugly .
I feel there are tge main source of health issues and I stop eating the dosa what I was ordered.
And I was tried to buy water bottle and there were charged me 60 rupees and tge same water bottle I am getting from wending machine with 20 rupees.
Finally I felt really they were looting the passengers .
Tge price what they are charging and tge way their maintenance is not matching at all.
Small example dubai Airport and even in our Tanzania Airport it is very good.
Its really very sad to say bad about my native country and my native place

- Rotten food served - I had visited Spice 6 restaurant near Pushpak Bus Stand on Hyderabad Airport. The food served there was very old and rotten. SAMBHAR was smelling very badly and all the other food items tasted like they have been kept for very long. Food was cold and tasted bad due to it. After eating some of the food items I had swelling in my feet for the whole night. The tables were not cleaned and left overs were spread all over the table from previous person using it. There was no sanitisation. I do not understand how can such a place be certified as "SAFE TO EAT". There was no safety or precautions taken. The staff is very lethargic. Nothing seems to be clean in the kitchen. NO CLEANLINESS, NO SANITISATION, ROTTEN FOOD, BAD STAFF, NOT SAFE TO EAT.
Quality of food at cafe coffee day and being charged for cheese when there was no cheese in the sandwich
I bought a spinach and corn sandwich and tea from cafe coffee day near belt number 2. Sales girl asked me if I wanted cheese, i specifically told the lady no sandwich. She said total bill is 390rs. I gave her 500rs and she returned me 110. I asked for bill and she told me 2 mins. She gave me the sandwich and tea and the bill. She said it's 360 and returned me 20 rs. When I checked the bill, she charged me for cheese too. When I checked the sandwich there was no cheese. When I asked her, she said it is mixed inside. But I don't see any cheese and plus she returned 10rs less. I am uploading the pic of the sandwich and the bill. This is pathetic. Sandwich was sour too. Stop robbing the customer.

My Thunderbird 350 vehicle broke down with battery issue on Saturday night so I left my bike in paid parking.
Morning I came to pick my bike in a pickup vehicle as the bike was not starting.
We spoke to parking personal and his head and kept our pickup vehicle before the parking toll crossing and paid our bike parking bill and carried our bike onto the pickup vehicle.
Then to come out of airport crossed the parking barriers and in a 1 min reached the exit barrier.
There the person asked us to pay parking charges for 1 min crossing of vehicle . We should him our bike parking bill and told we had word with manager but he didn't listened to us and forced us to pay.
We never parked our pickup vehicle we just crossed within a min and we have bill for it .
I want this refund of 250rs parking charges .
360° sim card
I have taken a 360° sim card while boarding my flight to US by paying Rs.4000 but the sim card didn't get activated upon reaching US. I have been trying to contact them through Phone n Email but no response from them. No way for me to get hold of them. Its just a scam Phone numbers listed in the website doesn't work. I am Laxman and travelling from Pune to BBSR via Hyderabad by PNR no-TH5UWJ.
I came from Pune flight to catch next flight and taking stairs for Level E domestic transfer.
When I stand on CISF security platform and release my breathe by naturally because of taking walk before checking. Mr. Meena CISF person shouted very arrogantly and rudely that "Yaha pe Hawa Mat Chhodo jao" . I have told him it wasn't intention, it happens naturally. Afterwards he said say sorry and then come. I have denied to say sorry then again told me go back don't stand here. It wasn't my intention it's happens from me by naturally but the way MR. Meena using language with me it was very very insulting even outside Gunda People are using good words rather than this. He is Authority to do his duty not to misbehave with anyone by using his Power. When I said sorry then he allow me to go ahead otherwise he will not. I don't have intend to complaint but fellow passengers told me that he always behave like this and write complaint about to Airport Authority.
Requesting you please give him standing instruction about his misbehave and I want sorry from him but by changing his attitude towards us.

I had an Air India flight from Hyd to Delhi. Airport has separated its domestic and international terminals recently. There was no differentiation earlier when i had booked this flight. When i reached airport an hour before departure, they asked me to go to international terminal. It took me 15-20 mins. Post reaching there they didnt allow me to board it. There was no web checkin allowed as well.
If you are making a major change, it is your duty to inform the customers. Claiming to be world's no.1 airport and total disregard to customers moneyand time To top up on this, you always have air india's rude crew.

I've paid the machine required amount to buy the product. The machine has taken the money but neither did it provide us with the product nor did it refund us. Due to this reason we had to wait for it and had to pay extended parking charges for being late.
I want a defamation for the wastege of my time and the charges I had to pay for being late due to the faulty service.

It's very proud to see India developing in all aspects like other developed countries but at the same time it's disheartening to see the lowering standards to maintain these developments.
I have been a member to fly to India recently . With more number of people (of course less number compared to other public places like bus stop) near immigration section, working agents fail to direct the crowd. These agents fail to communicate with travellers in a common language and cannot even stop people who are breaking these rules. an American next to me was smiling and wondering with the ways this process is handled. I understand that there are many people among these travellers who tend to break lines and follow other ways to fasten their process taking Indian rules for granted .
But it would have been great if there were members to monitor crowd and were strict enough to direct the crowd.
Even the crowd has been behaving like it was not an international airport and no less than a local bus stop. This is a bad example we are setting to other country people in our Indian airport.

Hello all my name is Viswanathan Parthiban working as a staff in Hyderabad International Airport which is the worst airport in treating the passengers like a dog they do not have the capacity to handle international passengers as they form long queue lines with lack of immigration counters, security check, screening machine etc., . Female Washroom near to Cream Stone and Starbucks is too untidy. The toilet seats are all wet and without any paper tissues.
Even after insisting the female cleaner present there on 27th Sep at 6.45pm, she was unwilling to clean it. Instead she used the hand jet spray and tried cleaning it. Making it more wet.
