Product faild after 2nd use and when I filed warranty claim, they blamed it on me and denied the claim. Horrible service. The luggage shouldnt fall apart after the second use.

Company is not honoring return policy after shipping wrong size items. They won't let customers talk to a manager and even hang up the phone on customers!

After waitin weeks for an item to be back in stock, I was finally able to place an order for an airline replacement luggage. I was told the item would be shipped in two days, and after over a week later it still has not been shipped yet. Company is blamin fedex and fedex says they never received it, and I'm still stuck without the item I ordered.

I bought the *** Select luggage set for $154.77 from Amazon on May 12, 2022. When I used it for the first time in October, I noticed that the wheel on the biggest case was broken. I contacted Traveler's Choice to make a warranty claim, but they denied it on Dec 5, saying it wasn't a defect from the manufacturer. Honestly, this thing is made so cheaply that it was just waiting to break. I even tried fixing it myself, but it's so poorly made that it's impossible. Now I want to return it and get a full refund.

I bought 2 Riverside Luggage pieces on 12/27. On 10/19/22, I filed a Warranty Claim for a broken zipper inside one of the items. On 12/5/2022, they denied my claim, saying the product was out of warranty because it only had a 3-year warranty and regular use damage isn't covered. However, the luggage tag clearly states it has a 10-year warranty. Plus, the zipper is faulty and fell apart, which isn't normal wear and tear. I tried emailing the company, but they don't respond.

On January 18th, I got a luggage from Travelers Choice company via *** and the package was all messed up, so I think the luggage got damaged. I sent a bunch of emails to Travelers Choice on January 18th and January 19th, but they didn't bother to reply. I paid for this thing using *** installments, so I told the seller about it, but they didn't respond either. I even called *** on January 19th and today, January 29th, to stop the payment and argue about the purchase. I really need some help here. I can give you more proof if you want. Travelers Choice is not answering me to give me the return merchant authorization. The phone number on their website is either busy or goes straight to a mailbox. Please, I really need the ComplaintsBoard.com's help.

The handle on my bag broke after just 1 weekend trip. I reached out to the warranty department and submitted a claim with pictures online. The handle on my Traveler's Choice bag snapped while I was picking it up. I called the company and emailed them pictures of the broken handle. It's been several weeks and I've sent multiple emails, but I still haven't received anything. I've emailed them more than 3 times and waited for over 2 months. I'm starting to doubt if their warranty department ever takes care of anything. My desired outcome is to receive a new black 21-inch carry-on with wheels as soon as possible. I leave for vacation in a week and I bought this bag less than 3 months ago, so it's disappointing that I can't use it.
