Sonic Drive-In Not giving us our product we ordered and cursing at me on the phone!!!!refused to give us our product we ordered

I called Brandi asking her to help us she refused and told me to [censored]ing call corporate! Some better call me ASAP
All ready got the local pd involved!

Desired outcome: Some one from corporate better call me ASAP in the morning please this is absolutely unacceptable

Sonic Drive-In Product

I ordered a footlong cheese coney with onions and green chile, instead i got a footlong that looked like it was left over from yesterday. No onions and niogreen chile I called to complain and was told there was nothing the could do.

Sonic Drive-In App ordering

The Sonic location nearest our home, on Willow Road in Clovis, CA routinely shuts down the Sonic app which means one can't get 1/2 price soft drinks which, if you know the huge markup on Sonic's drinks, you'll understand why 1/2 price actually puts them in a more competitive area. I asked the manager why and was told, "we are out of a lot of stuff and people keep ordering it so we turned off the app". That's verbatim, BTW. When I try to involve Sonic corporate using Twitter I just get the same, canned, response: "try calling the location". Duh.

Had to wait 30 minutes for just a milkshake. After being patient and waiting all that time (and no it was not a busy time) we pressed the call button just to be told the lane was now closed and to go to the drive thru, I reminded the lady we had ordered 30 minutes ago paid and was told it would be right out.. Silence.. Of course no apology no reason offered...

Sonic Drive-In Hair in food. Poor management.

Sonics store #312 . Daytime management is horrible. Manager using profanity. No hair net on any employee in kitchen… Refused to replace food after hair found.. please do something about daytime management. Refuse to give me name.

Sonic Drive-In Sonic blast

After waiting 25 minutes for a small snickers blast and a medium butterfinger blast they finally arrived. The sizes were wrong and all it was was vanilla ice cream with a tiny bit of the candy bar sprinkled on top. Definitely not worth the $10 it cost. They said sorry for the wait but all the people around us that arrived after us had gotten their orders. Won't be going back to that Sonic. Bad service and bad food.

Sonic Drive-In Slow service

The Sonic in San Antonio on NW Military and Huebner is incredibly slow. It takes them 20 minutes just to take your order at the drive-thru. You can't use the slots because they are only for orders placed in the app. There were 2 cars in the slots. Once you finally get your order placed, it's another 10 minutes for them to bring you your food. We will never be returning!

Desired outcome: Close the store if you cannot provide adequate service.

Sonic Drive-In No Service because updating [protected]@ lunch time.

Simple,
I am on my lunch and had to leave because Martin, Tn 38237 was doing an update and needed to wait up to 10 minutes, but yet still taking orders to people.
Who does an update on lunch time?
I will never go back to Martin, Tn. 38237 again!

Desired outcome: Not Going To Martin Sonic anymore.

Sonic Drive-In Food preparation

Went to drive-thru for lunch got my daughter 1 corn dog and it was horrible, it was over cooked so hard and dry it was almost falling apart you can see the sausage peaking out from inside so dark it almost looks black, this is not edible at all. It's upsetting because I didn't see it till we got home and it's an inconvenience to drive back.

Desired outcome: Wish I could get my money back, but that’s not gonna happen, the food should be inspected and approved before it’s bagged up.

Sonic Drive-In Mobile app

Sonic locations in our area, regularly, turn off app access at their locations. Sonic is incredibly overpriced on soft drinks so the 1/2 priced drinks when ordering on the app are good things. But so many times the locations have it turned off that it's largely worthless and frustrating. Employees at the franchise locations admit it's disconnected. Sonic's corporate social media team is incredibly uncaring or incompetent. It has a canned response for all app complaints. I sent a screen grab that showed 80% of its locations in this part of California had the app off and I got the same response I've gotten for previous complaints"call the restaurant". The person who replied obviously didn't bother reading my email or looking at the jpeg I sent. Overall a terribly run operation, which I dislike saying because the people working at the locations seem to be hard-working and trying to do well. But, overall, the app sucks and the corporate "customer service" stinks. And, yes, I could do that job better than it's being done just by being responsive and looking for real answers instead of thinking actual customer relations don't matter.

Sonic Drive-In Food

We just went through drive through to order food. The sign said drive through only. Then we're told to pull in a Order parking spot. Order was placed and we waited 25-30 minutes. We get gone with food and the order was crap. The burgers were not consistent and the chicken sandwich bun was so smushed. For what we paid was not worth what we paid. This is not the first time this Sonic has disappointed.

Sonic Drive-In Barbecue popcorn chicken and Tater tots

Hi, I just left Dardanelle Sonic, and this is not a serious complaint. But the BBQ popcorn chicken was hard as a rock and my 87 year old mom really couldn't chew it and as I prepared her food I was starting on the tots and they were hard. I just wanted to mention it.

I went last weekend to get a shake and was told the machines were down for cleaning. This was at 11:05pm and they don't close til 12. Not the first time this has happened. Went today just to get Coke and nobody came on the drive thru speaker so I drove up to the window. Four employees were outside hanging out. Didn't acknowledge my presence. Couldn't see anyone inside so I left. It is really getting ridiculous there.

Sonic Drive-In The wait!

There was a long line and nobody was receiving orders or even getting to order. When I went by the window to leave I only saw one employee! I never even got to order! Customers pulling out left and right. Multiple people including me waited for more then 30 to 40 minutes. Nobody even came to the people ordering at the machines. No one answered the person at the menu in the line. At least 12 to 13 cars left!

Sonic Drive-In #12 Meal! Not Impressed! I have had better at DAIRY QUEEN!

I must say that I got more Condiments than I did food for almost 13 DOLLARS! I ask led the staff to come outside, I was told that the LG #12 BBQ chicken bites I had are what fit in a LG container. Although I order the same thing every time I come and my MED was the same size as my "SUPPOSED LG". There was little to no sauce on the chicken most of the bites where hard and tiny. The staff did not include a fork with it, there for I had to eat somewhat sauced chicken with my hand.

-Not Impressed. I HAVE HAD BETTER AT DAIRY QUEEN!

Desired outcome: Money back or replacement food for BETTER FOOD!
