Sonic in Virginia Beach, off Holland Rd., is the most slowest location on the planet. Their service is at the pace of a snail. I was at the speaker box waiting to order and all the cars in front of me were all gone. And they still didn't take my order 10 minutes after that. My grandmother could've made me a Reece's blast in the time they took to even talk to me, and she's dead

On July 8 went to Sonic in Beloit, KS in afternoon. Ordered a Route 44 cherry limeade, easy on ice, Medium Mozelle sticks. When I got home, I discovered the cherry limeade was over half full of ice. And there was no sauce with Mozelle sticks like was stated. And the gal taking my order was a little short. Know they may be short on help at times, but you need to be courteous to the customers. I ordered a Foot long Chili Cheese Coney on June 28, 2021 at your store on1609 NW Sheridan Road, Lawton, Oklahoma. What i received was total crap. The wiener was hard like rubber. you could barely cut with a fork. the chili was so watered down it just rolled off the bun. Very little meat. must have been about a total teaspoon of cheese on top. Terrible. Not fit for human consumption. Never order again. Time was15:21:35.

First off, the screen didn't display what we ordered nor did they repeat it back, finally get our food 30 minuets later and they got 2 of the 3 drinks wrong. Go to pay and she says the card reader is down, something that should be said from the start they are lucky we had cash on us. This experience was a -2/10 Poot customer service, and you would think the food would have been at least warm when it came out but it wasn't.

Since our Sonic is closed we have to go 25 miles to get their items. Yesterday I ordered a cheesecake Sonic Blast, it had a lot of whip cream on top so I couldn't see what was in it. We're on the road to go home and I started to eat only to realize there was no spoon, so I tried to eat the best I could with a straw, then I realized it was a milk shake, absolutely no cheesecake. I've had these before and it's my favorite. I didn't try to call them because I didn't know when I would get back there. Just thought you should know. Of course if you got the Sonic here working again, that would solve a lot of problems here in Brookfield, Mo !

When you cannot use proper punctuation that is taught in second grade, you have no right calling adults girl.

Ferriday La, we sat at stall #5 for over 15 minutes and no one answered our call. Asked a hop about it and he said move over one so we move over to #7 press red button and waited 10 minutes with no answer. Called them on the phone and they didn't respond. We watched four customers order and get their food. We left with no food or drinks and will not be back.

I go to the sonic on military road in benton, Arkansas 72015 and their employees are so rude. One time I waited for 40 minutes for an ice tea and when I asked about it they said "we have a line so you can hold on." It's always like that here they are never nice. I've complained and nothing has been done. I'm at sonic right now and I was trying to hear the order that I was giving so I said "oh hang on one second" and she responded by saying "you can push the button when you are ready." And hung up on me. This location has failed to live up to the sonic reputqtion.
