Sears Kenmore convertible refrigerator/freezer

The freezer quit working and I lost all the food inside. November 6, 2021

Sears Repair person did not show up - can't get new appointment

We were happy to get an appointment with Sears for Tuesday, November 2, 2021. While we were waiting at home, my husband got a phone call from the repairman saying that he didn't have parts and he was a refrigerator repair person not a dishwasher person, so he said that wasn't coming. When we initially made the appointment, my husband told the operator that we needed wheels for our bottom tray, that the door to the dishwasher was hard to close, and that we needed general maintenance. We tried to make another appointment using two phone numbers and all we got was go to the internet.
When I had a chat on the phone with a person on your website, I asked whether they could make an appointment. I was told no and she gave me the number [protected]. When we called that number, we were disconnected and told to go to the internet.
We paid $410.76 for our warranty, which is good until 9/19/2025. What good is a warranty if we can't get through to make an appointment?
We are seniors and can't deal with this run-around by Sears.
Our contract no. is [protected] The name on the contract is my husband: Raymond Shaffer.
The address where the repair is to be done is 340 W. 28th St., Apt. 21F, NYC 10001.
Please give us two or three available dates and we will choose one to have a repair person for dishwashers come to our house. Please send a dishwasher repair person, not someone who doesn't make those repairs or maintain dishwashers.

We have been without our dryer for 2 months. Sears has cancelled 4 appointments. I have there protection agreement. That is a laugh. We have paid for years. They get our money and no service. Cannot speak to anyone that knows a thing. How do I get service and how can they stay in business.

Sears Kenmore range

Hi,
I bought a Sears Electric range on July 8th 2017. I called repair twice
because it was not heating up to temperature. Both times they told me
this was normal. Yea Right! So over time I just have had to bake my
things longer and check them quite often which I never had to do with my
other range that I had for over 20 years! Now the results are showing as
to why it does not heat. Attached will be two pictures, one of the door
and how the heat as been escaping and the other of the bottom where the
paint is coming off!

I bought a Kenmore Refrigerator and a washer and dryer. I replaced the
washed and dryer after 25 years. The refrigerator is still running after
31 years. I will be lucky to get 5 years out of the lemon of a range.
You can bet I will not be buying another range or other appliance from
you!

Sears Kenmore french door refrigerator.

Good Day, I purchased a refrigerator from Sears Hometown in Dunn, NC.
It has a large ice bin, but it only makes 40 cubes a day, 2 technicians were sent to my home by Sears. Both advised my Refrigerator had problems in the manufacturing process, not enough insulation in the freezer area. I keep getting messages that the issue would be resolved in 72 hours, I guess that means 9 days. I have gotten one every 2 weeks saying the same thing. From the technicians I know that it is not a complete working Freezer. Talking to a Customer service person I was advised that the problem is that the District Manager who is responsible for issuing the new order refuses to do so. I find that behavior reprehensible. I woul like Either of 2 option 1 anew fully functioning French Door Refrigerator or a complete refund of the price of the Refrigerator. I have waited patiently, but the news that the district will not place the order is reprehensible.
Please advise at your earliest convenience.

Sears Return or replacement warranty is bull!

Here is the timeline of crap from Sears that I am turning over to an attorney to see if they can get me help because they do not give the average joe anything but a run around:

Sears Refrigerator Timeline

08/27/2021 - Ordered refrigerator online at Sears.com. Order # [protected]
09/17/2021 - Refrigerator Delivered
10/10/2021 - Came home to refrigerator not working and all food thawed out.
10/10/2021 - Contacted Sears for replacement and they wanted to send a technician to look at the refrigerator.
10/12/2021 - Took off work for appt. Technician showed up and said he had never seen one break this soon. He said he felt I needed a replacement but he would order the part just in case. He stated the part would be 2 weeks.
10/13/2021 - reached out to Sears FB Msg to see how to expedite this situation that I was without a refrigerator and this was ridiculous. They stated they would rush the part to my house. At this time I figured that was my only option.
10/15/2021 - Part arrived and I called Sears repair. They scheduled me for the 19th.
10/19/2021 - Took of work for appt. Appt time was 10-2PM. I started checking at 2:00 on tech and was told he would be late and given time of 2:20PM, then 2:36, then 3:23, then 4:21. Contacted the chat line for service and was told they would contact dispatch and I would receive a call. Well at 7:40 PM I never received a call or service technician and then received a text stating my appt had been moved to 10/21/2021 from 8-12 PM.
10/20/2021 - Called Sears to move my appt because I could not take off with that short of notice. Took off Monday the 25th and made appt for then.
10/25/2021 - New tech arrives and looks at refrigerator and informs me that the part ordered was incorrect and did not fit refrigerator. Said no Freon was ordered, which he would have to have if he were to replace a compressor. He asked why I had not filed for a replacement since it quit working within 30 days, which is Sears Guarantee. I told him I did but they wanted a tech to look at it.
He sat on phone with me and explained to them that the unit should be replaced and that he can't even find the correct part for this refrigerator.
The replacement department filed a claim on 10/25/2021 at 3:30 PM (Case #[protected]) and I would hear from the department within 24-48 hours.
10/27/2021 - Called repair and replacement department because I have not heard from anyone and they tell me that they will place a case for me, I explained I already have a case in place ….. they finally found it and told me that I am not able to replace this unit because it is now after the 30 days. I explained that the first initial call was NOT after 30 days and I initially requested a replacement and was told they needed a tech to come and look at the refrigerator.
10/27/2021 - On phone with Sears and they are insistent on finding a part and fixing the existing machine but could be an additional 2 week wait for shipping.

All I wanted was for this 22 day old broken refrigerator to be replaced...not gonna happen, I'm gonna be without a refrigerator for a month or better at least.

Sears Refrigerator

We contacted the Sears as the Kenmore refrigerator purchased 5 years ago was not working. A technician arrived three weeks ago and ordered a new compressor and additional parts. When the part arrived I contacted them again to schedule an appointment for install the new compressor. It took them almost two weeks to send another technician to repair the fridge. They finally arrived yesterday and told us that the fridge will be finally operating fine by this morning. The fridge is still not working and I already paid $750 for the repairs. I called them again and they will not send another technician until a week from today. They offered a partial refund that will take 5 to 7 days to be processed but they still want to get paid 149 dollars for the visit even when the fridge has not been fixed. The customer service department is probably outsourced and they are unprofessional rude and absolutely clueless. Its been almost four weeks without a fridge in the house and lost over 400 dollars in food

Sears Sears protection agreement

Attempts to repair top load washer in June and July did not work. Parts to repair exceeded cost of washer. Recommended for replacement early in July 2021. Took until August 24 to get approval. Scheduled for delivery 9-15-21. Cancelled. Rescheduled for 9-29-21. Also cancelled. Now scheduled for 10-29-21. I have no faith will happen on 10-29. Every person I talk to (many) all say must come from Sears.com. One said if I see unit available on Sears.com prior to 10-29, paperwork can be completed to get that unit. However, next person says " no that is not true". They just don't want to do the paper work? All are trained not to allow customer to take to next level.
The unit approved LG7300CV is/has been available locally (zip 43031) at Best Buy with delivery in one to two weeks. Can someone approve sending check? 614.403.6027 David Penhorwood 106 Grassy Knoll, Johnstown Ohio

Sears Refrigerator/sears protection services

In September 2019 I purchased a Kenmore refrigerator with a protection agreement.
On May 14, 2021 I called Sears protection for a Non working Ice Maker and freezer Frosting up. Technician scheduled for May 20, diagnosed problem and ordered parts for repair.
May 29 received text message that parts are on the way and scheduled June 10 for repair.
Some parts backordered so June 10 appt cancelled until parts received.
July 16 called Sears protection for status on parts. Was told parts are still backordered with no expected date of delivery. Was told by person on phone that a recommendation for a replacement refrigerator was sent.
July 27 called Sears protection again for status and was told same as July 16 with a second recommendation for replacement again.
August 11 called sears protection and was told Replacement was denied and still no status on parts delivery. August 16 received text message that appt for repair rescheduled for September 17.
September 17, no technician shows up. Call Sears protection at 1:18 PM and was told that on August 17 refrigerator replacement approved and that I should have received an e-mail to that affect. Checked my e-mail and found none. Lady on the phone tells me that the choice I have is accept a cash refund of $1900 or a replacement refrigerator model # 75035. So I tell her I will look it up and if it fits I'll call back. 2:30 PM called to accept replacement as long as I can get it in white. Referred to another department and after 40 minutes on hold they hung up. 3:20 called again on hold for 35 minutes, and was told a cash refund was approved for $1900 was approved and would be given because no white refrigerators available. Was told that she needed to transfer me to Replacement Team for them to issue the refund. On hold for 44 minutes, to be told that I will not get a refund because I refused a replacement refrigerator in Stainless Steel.
To say that we are upset is an understatement. What we originally purchased was a white refrigerator because the whole kitchen is white.
Also now I am being told that there was never an approval for a cash refund and that I was told that. To be accused of lying is worse than being told i cannot get a refund.
Try telling your wife that her brand new kitchen which is all in white will have to have a Stainless Steel refrigerator. In my house that did not go well.
I know this sounds like whining on my part, but consider that we have not had a working refrigerator for over 4 months and then to be treated the way I did on the phone today for over 4 hours and you might not be a happy camper also.

Sears Bad refrigerator

I purchased a Kenmore refrigerator from Sears first of August 2022. Had to wait until August 27, 2022 to get it delivered due to delays.

Came home on October 11, 2022 to find the ice maker not making ice and everything in freezer was thawed out. Needless to say I had to throw alot of food away and food is so expensive now.

I called Kenmore Manufacturer warranty line and they sent a service tech out the next day. Tech came and found compressor was fully locked up and not working and all he can do is order a new one. He said he never have seen one go out this fast. He looked at the parts availability and when he could come back to repair it, which will be October 27th - thats 2 WEEKS with no refrigerator at all. I don't have the luxury to have a 2nd refrigerator.

I called Sears and was passed 4 times from one area to another, no one able to help. I was asking to have the refrigerator replaced because it should never have broke down in 45 days! Finally the last representative told me he was sorry but I had 30 days to return the item and now I would have to wait for the part and he could help me no further.

No one at Sears gave a care about my problem nor tried to actually help. I have shopped Sears my entire life and at the age of 54, that's a long time! I will NEVER shop Sears again and any and everywhere I can post this I will do so.

Sears Refund not received

August 23, 2021 I purchased online an electric dryer and power cord shown as available at our local store, order#[protected]. I immediately received notice that the dryer was not available at the local store and asked for a refund of both items, refund sales check #[protected]. I received a refund for the power cord on September 11, 2021. I have yet to receive a refund for the dryer, $568.38. Reference# for refund request, #[protected]. Please help me receive my refund.

Sears Kenmore microwave

My mother is elderly and is dependent upon her microwave. A technician has visited her house 8 times thus far and as of today 10-10-21 she still doesnt have a working microwave. Please replace this defective unit. I have tried to contact Sears by phone and have been told someone would be contacting me to discuss this issue but after a week I havent heard from anyone. emial is [protected]@gmail.com

Sears Double billed for appliered under 90 day workman service guarantee warranty /180 day service repeat/repair guarantee warranty.

I received the Sears/Cinch Home/ Appliance Warranty Conformation Appointment Email for delivery and installation of a replacement washing machine scheduled on 10/5/2021. I contacted Cinch Home Service on 5/1/2021 and got no explanation for what was happening.

I contacted Cinch Home Service on 10/4/2021 to check on my 10/5/2021 delivery/installation appointment. The Cinch Representative informed me that the Driver was not given paperwork for the installation. I believe I was a lied to. How is the delivery driver for a trucking company responsible to install a washing machine?

They only deliver shipments. I asked the Cinch Representative if she could find another service repair person to install the washing machine. She responded that no, they don't do that. Next, I asked here if she could contact another department or company that could finish the job.

She responded, no, there was not any department or company could help me. She said since the Kenmore washing machine was made by GE, maybe I should call GE to install my washing machine. WHAT? CRAZY!

Not only that, but she said to me that I would have to find someone to install the washing machine on my own. I said, just when is the customer held responsible for completing a job on their own after the Sears/Cinch Warranty Home Services Company failed/refused to complete the job? She said Cinch Home Services would send a $75 check in the mail to me to pay for an installer. Back to reality!

I said I am not going to take a measly $75 check because an appliance Installer costs a lot more than $75. That's common sense, It is also insulting that I have to search and find an installer on my own. She said, well, we are not going to pay you for your time. Her remarks were Rude, Very Insulting and Stupid all at the same time!

I told the representative to stop trying to play with me, you know full well that was not what I was asking for. She stated, well, $75 check was all I was going to get. I asked her where is the written policy that states that the customer gets stuck with a paying out of pocket bill on a botched job that Sears/Cinch Home Services failed to complete and will receive only a $75 check in the mail? I told her it was not in my contract.

I asked the representative to tell me where is the policy located that governs that the consumer is only to receive a $75 check after Sears/Cinch Home Services botches the warranty covered job that they are paid to complete. Furthermore, I refused to take the $75 check unless I could read the policy stating so. She didn't know the policy and became rude/condescending. She even dropped the phone and after several seconds she was back on the call, she said her computer system went down.

Yeah, Right!. She stated it did not matter if I refused or not, she was sending the $75 check in the mail and that I will receive it in the mail in several days and that she was done with me. I was dismissed!. I told her that she was being rude and unprofessional.

Not only that, but I told her that she would not treat any non - black customers like that, and she was not going to treat me like that. manner. t told her she was not going to demean or treat me like crap! Sears/Cinch Home Services was already treating me like crap! At the beginning of the conversation, I asked the representative to transfer me to another department after we were done.

I said I was double billed for $75 Deductible for repeat repair request on the same Kenmore Washing Machine repair. I paid my $75 Deductible on 6/15/2021. The Kenmore washing machine was repaired on 6/22/2021. The Kenmore washing machine stopped working on 9/14/2021.

The Kenmore washing machine was covered by the 180-day repair service guaranty/ warranty, which was stated in repeat/repair service request documents. My repair was scheduled for 9/24/2021. On 9/23/2021 Without my authorization or my knowledge, Sears/Cinch Home Warranty/Service charged my checking account for $75 that I did not owe. I had mentioned to the Sears/Cinch Representative that I needed to be transferred to another department after we were done with the botched delivery/installation. call.

Well, after our conversation ended on a sour note and I asked her to transfer me to the other department several times or more. She ignored my requests to be transferred to the other department because the Representative made the comments that Sears/Cinch Home Service don't have your bank card number, they would never charge and take money from your bank account without your knowledge/authorization. She said I was wrong and that I have to pay a $75 deductible on every service request that I made. Furthermore, she said they don't owe you anything.

During her rant, I told her several times or more to transfer me. She was literally speaking over my requests to be transferred.

I told her that I was done with her and could she please transfer me. Of course she did not transfer my call. The Representative doesn't seem to know her job duties, She doesn't seem to know her policies.

Does she know where she is? She seemed inept.

And to add insult to injury in this whole debacle:On 10/01/2021 Sometime during the night, the Averitt Express Driver contracted by Sears/Cinch Home Service left my new boxed replacement washing machine from Sears/Cinch Home Service in the middle of my front yard and left, I was unaware and never notified about the delivery. The Driver did not even come to my door to let me know my delivery had arrived. Simply leaving my shipment in the front yard on a palette, especially at night; This was not a completed delivery nor was it professional.

I am surprised the shipment was not stolen. I discovered the box and palette sitting on the front yard at 8:05 A.M. while leaving my house. After waiting several hours for my son to arrive from out of town.

I had to keep watch on the shipment so no one would steal it. My son and I opened the box and hand carried the heavy washing machine inside the house. I injured my leg doing so. I am a disabled female veteran and almost 60 years old.

Hauling a washing machine was not an easy task for me. I don't have a dolly lying around my home to move the washing machine. The driver should have delivered my shipment to my front door instead of discarding my item in the front yard like trash.

As for the palette left behind, it will be put to use in my fireplace this winter.

WOW! This has been the craziest debacle I could only pray and hope to never experience again.

SEARS/CINCH HOME SERVICES/WARRANTY HAS SHOWN ME NO RESPECT AT ALL!

VERY DISAPPOINTING!

Sears Service request order number: [protected]

My Kenmore Elite 74023 Refrigerator (purchased July 7, 2017) stopped cooling this past September (2021). I scheduled a service call for the quickest available time, three weeks later on October 1, 2021 between 8am-12pm. I had read how horrible the service from Sears was and I was afraid that I was in store for more of the same.

Nobody ever showed for the service appointment and nobody ever called. Just after noon on October 1st, I chatted with Sears customer service dept. online and was told "the technician has not been assigned to the service order due to technical glitch. The status of the service order is updated as Waiting service, we need to reschedule the service appointment." Sears said they could reschedule me for October 14th (an additional 2 weeks away), so I told them to go ahead and schedule it (before I miss that opportunity) while they figured out where the tech was that did not show up during the original scheduled appt.

I then called Sears customer service dept. at [protected] and was told that there was no glitch, but that they had escalated my request to dispatch and that I would receive a call back within 72 hours. 72 hours later, guess what? Still no call.

I called Sears once again and was told that it was re-escalated (is that a thing?) and that I would receive a call within 2 hours! Can you guess how many calls I received from Sears in 2 hours? None. I called back and was told I would receive a call back, but I wasn't going to go down that easy this time, at least not without a fight.

I told them that it was unacceptable and that I needed to speak to a manager. After being put on hold several times, I never spoke to a manager because "she was on the line with another customer" but that she would call me back. I requested the manager's name and was given Ross (lady) but was refused the last name (national security reasons I presume). I requested her email address and was given [protected]@transformco.com and told to write "Manager Ross" in the subject line. That's obviously not a direct email for Ross and I have about as much hope of receiving a response from her as I do in Biden speaking a complete comprehensible sentence.

Since Sears has done absolutely nothing yet, they had me leave work in order to be available for the 4-hour service window only to have them no-show, no-call, wasted so much of my time calling them and getting the run-around from every one of their representatives, and I still have zero idea if/when they will actually show to repair the refrigerator, I would like for them to repair/replace the refrigerator at no cost to me. This was a $2200 refrigerator purchased brand new from Sears, along with three other brand new appliances, so I spent a total of $7300 with them and now I have a dead refrigerator that I can't even get someone from Sears out to even look at.

Desired outcome: I would like Sears to provide the labor at no cost to myself.

Please forgive me as no name was provided.

Is there an extended service agreement associated with this unit? By having such, the service — both parts and labor — would normally be covered.

Hopefully this helps with this unfortunate set of circumstances.

Sears Defective product

Purchased a refrigerator with 3 year warranty on 9/23/2020. Refrigerator never cooled. Sears service technician determined it to be defective and unrepairable. Sears Benefit Administration issued a case No. 7114235 to issue refund. Company is not responding.

Sears Kenmore french door refrigerator model # 795.[protected]

I purchased a Kenmore French door refrigerator from Sears in June 2017. It completely stop cooling or making ice on September 29, four years from the purchase date. I called sears to get a repair date and the earliest date is October 20, 2021. All the frozen items thawed overnight leaving a wet mess in the refrigeration and on the wood floor. I called a local repairman and he came, and announced without doing anything that it was most likely the compressor since it was running but not making the clicking sound. He also mentioned that he had just left another house with the same issue and that these refrigerator made by LG had failing linear compressors. I can't believe that sears were still selling these refrigerators knowing the problems with these refrigerators.

Desired outcome: Replace the compressor if bad.

Sears Repair service

I scheduled to have a refrigerator repaired for October 1, 2021. After waiting a month. They were scheduled to be here bw 8:30-10:30 in the morning that day. Around 11:00 am they called me and said the technician was out on personal day. Did they not know this before and could have given me notice before I had taken the day off of work and losing pay. Very unprofessional.. now I must wait another two weeks for someone to come out meanwhile having NO fridge.

Sears Refrigerator

2 times now my refrigerator has completely shut down. I lost more than the allowed food loss the first time and now even more than the last time. I had to wait 3days for repair. I was told the tech would have a compressor with him. He didn't have it. Living out of an ice chest doesn't work! Now I'm told it could be as long as 3 weeks and I have to wait until they know if parts are available before I can get a rental. Lost 6-8 hundred dollars in food and buying ice at $12. per day.
The repair company A&E was rude and wouldn't answer my questions and hung up on me.

Sears Road hazard warranty for tires.

Purchased four Michelin tires for my wife's car at the Sears Auto Center in Raleigh, NC. I needed a flat fixed. When I went to the store today, the location as well as the main store had closed because of company downsizing. When I tried to contact Sears I could not talk to a person who could help me. I could never contact a main customer service center and when I searched online, I just got bounced around from one customer page to another. I did find that that the closest locations for service were either Concord, NC or Myrtle Beach, SC. Both about 150 miles from me. I paid $37/tire for the warranty that I can't use. I want a refund.

Sears Kenmore elite oven/not able to fix and no solution from sears

I wrote this letter, dated September 4, 2020, and have received no response.

Problem: the part necessary to fix my oven issue is no longer manufactured and Sears Home Repair cannot find the part, and neither can I-Sears Home Repair says I am ‘just out of luck with my problem'
In November 2014, I remodeled my kitchen, using all appliances purchased from Sears, Hilo, Hawaii. They were installed by a licensed contractor.
In June 2021, less than seven years since installation, I noticed a crack in the floor of the upper oven. On June 25, 2021, the repair man came out as I have an extended warranty with Sears Home Services. He measured the temperature in the broken oven, when the thermostat was set at 350 degrees, at 600 degrees. He cautioned me not to use that oven.
He told me the part was not covered under the warranty, yet he would order the part and as a courtesy, Sears Home Services would install-free of change. I would need to pay for the part. The part number is [protected]-oven liner
I agreed.
In the ensuing three months, I have not only been without one oven, but there is no ability to get an answer.
1) I have made over 8 calls to Sears Home Services including speaking with case management - Bernard. Bernard simply said the part no longer can be found and he was sorry, but there is nothing Sears Home Services can do for me.
2) I researched extensively online and found the part is no longer available, even on Ebay or in appliance stores selling old parts.
3) Sept 1, Elijah told me my problem was ‘one in a million' and no one could help me - again Sears Home Warranty Dept.
I have had the run around for months and cannot find a way to speak to anyone at Sears or Kenmore administration. Every number and email defaults to the Home Services because the first question asked when calling any number is: Did you purchase your appliance at Sears or Home Depot? Then I get in the loop of where I have been time and time again.
State the problem:
I have a double oven unit with the upper oven broken and cannot be fixed due to the manufacturer no longer making the part, and it cannot by found by me or by the Sears Home Services.
The unit is less than seven years old. All of Kenmore's statements of how long their products last is at least 10 years.
Resolve-
I need a new double oven installed. I would like to have a 50% discount on a new product with free installation and no shipping charges.
I look forward to your prompt reply. I hope this can be worked out amicably. I will send this letter, with you reply should it not be satisfactory, to the Hawaii Consumer Board as well as the US Consumer Protection Agency and the State of Hawaii Attorney General.

Sears Mattress

On May 10, 2021 I filed a warranty request for a mattress I had purchased from Sears. My replacement request was approved for 954.99 on June 30, 2021, I pick a mattress and payed the difference of 573.35 they said could be delivered on July 7th 2021. The day before it was supposed to be delivered I got a call saying the mattress was stained and another would be delivered on July 17th again the night before the deliver I received a call saying the mattress would not be delivered until October 25th. I called Sears back and changed the order to a different mattress. The difference in price was $40.00 according to their web site they assured me that the second mattress would be delivered by September 27, 2021. I then a got called by Sears several times early in the morning (6:00 am My time) every time I answered there was no one there after a couple weeks a got a call where someone was on the other end with a really bad connection and a strong accent saying that I needed to pay over $200.00 for the mattress change. While I was trying to explain to the person on the other end that the difference was less than $50.00, they either hung up or we got disconnected. I made over 20 calls spending several hours on the phone trying to get this problem straightened out. Everyone I spoke with apologized and said they would have someone contact me within 72 hours. I was never contacted once. On 8/23/2021 I received and email that my order was going to be delivered on on 10/23/21. I tried to send an email back asking if they wave the $40.00 dollars I owed them or if I still needed to pay them again asking for someone to please contact me to prevent any further delays. Today 9/24/2021 I received a phone message stating that I needed to call Sears delivery department. I was informed that my mattress delivery had been delayed again until 11/24/2021, I told them I can not sleep on my old mattress and asked why my order was delayed again. I was told "your order being delivered to you is a priority to Sears, I am sorry but there is nothing else I can do". I made another call to the mattress warranty department. They told me that because of Covid the supplier was running behind and it was the suppliers fault. I asked them what happens when I get call again on 11-23-2021 with a message that my delivery has been delayed they told me it would not be delayed again. I told him that I really did not believe that and asked if it is delayed again could they refund my money and give me the warranty amount of $954.99. He said they would not be able to do that. I then said I guess I am just screwed and he yes. I feel that I have been very patient but if the mattress I ordered is not delivered by November 24th I really feel I should receive a refund of the warranty amount and the money I have payed. I feel that I have done everything right and they have not held their end of the deal.

Desired outcome: Deliver the mattress I ordered or refund me the amount of the warranty and the money I have paid
