Ross Dress for less continues to age discriminate the EEOC does nothing against them. They use there arbitration agreements to brake the Law. The law needs to change. The back stockroom is a sweat shop. They have a law suite against them up north in california and all they do is continue the case trying to wear down the people in the law suite. The only way they will lean is to keep sueing them and keep filing at the EEOC. They just promoted a senior area loss prevention manager in california who had an affair at a conferance with another lpdm.

This is the problem. They want you to ring the register too fast. If you don't finish a transaction fast, they threaten to fire you. If you make a mistake on the register they also threaten to fire you. They want to force the people through the lines too fast. Many of the customers are so rude that it's very hard to take. At the end of the day you feel like you have been running all day because you have been.

I work for RDL in So Calif. Same here. They are systematically getting rid of tenured and higher paid employees. Then when you go to unemployment hearings (they always deny claims) they have all the nit pikey evidence with no real merit and the EDD agrees, with them!. Yes they missed a highlight and 1 initial. The EDD is the 1% lapdog. The 99% is lost. Any Class Action Lawsuits out there post the on the WEB. Ross Dress for Less NEEDS A UNION! If there is any UNIONs out there, HELP!

This is, by far, the dumbest complaint I've ever read.

Your English is horrible - sure you're not just a [censor]?

discriminate based on age *
break the law *

Ross has 23 Vice Presidents, does a small clothing discount store really need that many. Waste of money.
