i feel i was pressured into buying these. They pushed me to buy the 300 dollar plus package. Tried to sell me a freezer. When i decided to buy the 49.99 packaged - the steaks they showed me were much better than what i actually received. comes to over 10 bucks a lb for low quality, ungrillable meat. Never got the receipt either. Never again. i feel like a sucker.

Do not buy from prime house detect the meat is bad and the freezer doesn’t work Robert is disrespectful and does not want to fix it they message u and ask u to text him he doesn’t get back to u in a timely manner and doesn’t care that he is disrespectful and rude and will not give information about who’s above him sense he knows he is in the wrong we message him almost 2 weeks ago and he expects the meat to just sit in the freezer and take up my freezer space when the freezer they gave us on top of it doesn’t work

I got 2 packs of ribeye steaks and after getting home to put them away I was completely annoyed with how insanely s.all they were especially for the price ... also each box was supposed to be $40 and I got 2, they texted me my recipt and the total was $104.00 ... how tf does that add up. Theyneven told me I'd have a veterans discount. Those people are liars and are skimping on the meat cuts. I will 100% never use them again. You can see in the pictures how thin they are. Absolutely dissatisfied.

Wheelers and dealers, they said we were paying about 8 dollars a steak then I asked if we were paying 8 dollars per burger also and they changed the prices per unit again because I was right. And the 60$ prime rib box isn't any better of meat your getting two prime ribs per vac seal bag they are no better they are shoe leather thin and loaded with fat, not good marbling either, I passed and when I left I did the math ( I tried to do the math there when I was reading the menu and the weights and the salesmen figd out what I was doing and he started naming off all sorts of numbers trying to confuse me) and at the mathe your paying grocery store prices (perhaps a tad higher even) on pre packed pre frozen Mears ( that's how grocery stores hide and sell their crap meats is pre pack pre season or pre freeze fyi) the meats not good, the steaks have no color and alot of water in the pack (again hides [censored] meat) I do not recommend buying any meat here as they are in it to make money. Oh and it's grass fed beef, not corn fed or grain fed its grass fed which means low flavor,AND THEY DONT OFFER FREE FREEZERS, THEY OFFERED ME A 500$ MEAT PACK FOR 750 AMD ID GET THE 5.0 CUBIC FOOT FREEZER, HE WAS CHARGING ME 250$ EXTRA FOR A 5.0 CUBIC FOOT CHEST FREEZER, THAT IS FAR FROM A FREE FREEZER, AGAIN WHEELERS AND DEALERS IF YKI GO CHECK THEM OUT LOOK CLOSELY, AND DO YOUR MATH AND D9NT FORGET THAT THE PACKS ARENT ALL STEAKS BUT THEYLL SELL THEM THAT YOUR PAYING A LOCKED PRICE PER STEAK... BE SMART AND DONT LET THEM HUSTLE YA, 8 dollar per each one third pound burger and you get twelve burgers, they're getting grocery store prices per pound if not more and on top of that their salesmen and that's what they're there to do their gonna wheel and deal ya, go there with sound mind and don't let them get you worked up, I just looked up 5.0 cubic foot freezers and it's 142$ for a brand new fridgidaire and the ones these guys are selling ARE NOT FRIDGIDAIRE, so yea he was gonna up charge me 250$ for a off brand freezer that cost 142$ brand new high quality name brand.. that should explain everything you need to know bout this group, They must be paying people for 5 star reviews like companies do because I am thrifty, very thrifty and if some company comes close to a five star raring I give it to them and I'd rate this company at like a 2, 2.5 no way in a 3, the only reason they get that os cause they take ebt and are willing yo let you get a freezer on a package deal price with ebt (which is nice if you need a freezer but only have ebt but on the same end that is highly illegal also... yet again another shady thing about this great meat truck company... they're not tied to any govt food projects this is all business to them and In business if you don't make money you don't do business long, therefore they are in no way offering any great deals on great meat

If you go to the truck load sale I strongly suggest you take your calculator! Spent $699 + tax for 28 lbs of meat which was divided up between 3 cases of meat, got swept up in the moment and just went for it. Once home as we put the meat in our freezer we figured out the true cost, turns out to be $26 PER POUND! YES, per pound! This is misleading customers with the "great deal" and "bundles" mirrors and smoke! Now after reading the reviews here I am afraid to even try this meat! Screwed out of $700!

I had heard about their truckload sale on the radio but couldnt make it. They do let you order online but I couldnt get the specials that I wanted. You can get some discounts by signing up on thier website. I went ahead and ordered some steaks and some chicken. The steaks were really good but the chicken was amazing. Def something I want to order again.

Truck selling meat in Mentor, wanted beef but was told they didn't have any & it was Memorial weekend, so we bought $210 of other meats. We got home & realized we got ripped off. There were 5 boxes & for $42 a box, we got pork tenderloins (qty 4). I slow cooked them all *** were not tender, but dry. Now I'm worried about the other 4 boxes of meat and hope they taste better. Save your money, we would never buy meats from a truck again..

I was very impressed by the quality of the meats and the expertise in how knowledgeable the staff are. As i explained that with the prices rising and my income is not. I have to be very careful about what and how i spend my money. The associate that helped me showed and explained the best quality package for my money without losing quality. I left happy to have made a informed purchase and a healthy one. I hope they stay in business for many many more years.

They misrepresented what they were selling I thought/told that I was getting stakes 3 cases and a email 4 a free freezer for buying 3 cases when I opened the boxes it was mixed kinds of meat and seafood I called them right away to return/refund process and they said customer service would contact me they never did I sent emails they just didn't respond I'm out *** I have been scammed please help I have all proof of texts and emails I'm 61 years old this is not right

I went expecting to just get the 40 ribeyes and left with enough meat to feed my entire family for a year! We got steak, chicken and seafood. The chicken is all organic and my kids have loved the tenders. My husband and I usually argue over getting ribeyes or filets so this was perfect because theyre individually sealed so he can have his ribeye and me my filet. Well be customers for life! Great company and very friendly sales people under the tents. If I could give 10 stars I would.

I did the truck load sale at ***. Paid 498$ for 2 of the prime boxes. Made the new your strips in the box which look great. When I cooked them they like siezed up and got really fat. They were also so tough you could cut them. Had the steak burgers for.dinner last night they were so greasy and had no flavor. There was five boxes in these cases. Tbone has 2 steaks. Rib eye has 4 steaks. There are 8 burgers. Filet has 6 and the ribeye has 4 definitely not with the 498$ I paid. The second box was supposedly free. I emailed 2 days asking for a refund and have got no response

A salesperson at the *** Menards had legitimately tooken my phone to give themselves a 5 star review a ad had popped up on my *** with prime house direct I had commented that a sales guy legitly took my phone to give them a five-star review the guide did not like that response came back and said stop telling lies stay off of our page I never once did buy any of their product with this being also said the post was as simple as *** was great at the Menards in *** I never ever leave short reviews as in this being said be aware of this company they are shady do not know their factual facts

Buyer Beware! *** advertising very misleading bought some 12oz ribeyes at event in *** cooked few up on the grill noticed they looked little odd finally realized they little bits fat to the meat along beef flavors. I am experienced cook and do lot smoking and grilling. These were the worst steaks I have ever cooked. I was reluctant but thought I would try them sometimes it works out. Their *** page is stacked with positive remarks that's probably staged to draw buyers to there trucks. Bottom buy your meats and seafood locally from trusted stores and butchers. I don't want refund just want this Company shut down.

Tried your meat boxes twice and was very dissapointed, the first time was your fault the second was mine for buying again giviby you a second chance. Both times your people knocked on my door with great sales pitches and no product to back them up. You won't get a third try from me and thanks for those 1/2" thick ribeyes the only half decent meat was the burger. If you read all the dissapointing reviews I had the same problems. Thanks for taking the money from a disabled person who bought from you and how dare you put that American flag on your trucks riding around ripping *** off with smiles on your faces. I would grade your meats from 1 to 5 stars a 2 but great sales pitches. Thank you

Hello I bought from you at the Mannards location with my IA ebt card and they gave me a freezer for free. When my sister in law came later they said they were out of the freezers and sold her the same amount of meat $499 less. The salesmen said the cost was built into the purchase of the freezer. Thats not fair as I thought the freezer was free. They basically are EBT fraud the you not only misled me but you broke the laws by basically selling me a freezer on my EBT. I know they wont give me a refund but even if they would I see they doing this to customers all over. I dont want the next person to NOT be able to pay for their kids baby food because of greedy slick salesmen and you should be ashamed of yourself *** or *** or whoever the owner is.

These guys stopped in my town at the local Tractor Supply. They had professional banners and signs, well put-together representatives *** are the absolute best!), and all the standard meats you would want in your freezer. Steaks, Chicken, Seafood, Pork. While they have some smaller $40 packs, most of their product is sold as wholesale bundles. Fill-your-freezer deals. I bout TWO bundles of Prime beef from these guys, and I kid you not- they gave me DOUBLE the amount of food AND gave me a brand new freezer to put it all in. Ive never bought a half cow before, but this has got to be pretty darn close. As for the quality = melt in your mouth. Not sure if other reviewers actually got the prime bundle. They have all sorts of grades. Just ask em. If these guys ever come to your town CHECK THEM OUT.

I purchased a great deal of meat from this company. I brought it all home and started to calculate out price per pound. Upon realizing I paid way way way too much. I decided I was going to return it. I put it all back in my truck and drove back to the sales truck. Asked if I could return it and they said no. I sucked it up. We start to try out the meat and I was expecting some grade a good meat and it was all awful. I paid too much for garbage when I could have purchased it from a store for less and at much better quality none the less. This order was more than my mortgage so needless to say I was very disappointed and angry. I tried to get in touch with the company multiple times. Shared my issue and asked for a partial refund. It took me a long time to get in touch with someone and was finally able to speak with the manager Rob. He blew me off multiple times. Ive called and texted him to remind him I was still waiting on a response and decision as to how my case would be handled. This has been a year long process almost. I felt scammed.

I was very skeptical going to the gigantic truckload meat sale. Normally I would never buy meat from a truck but after some thinking. ALL meat comes from a truck so I said why not check it out. I went to the sale a couple weeks ago in *** at the tractor supply. I told the salesman *** how I felt about the situation and he assured me all products are guarantee through the company 100% satisfactory. He explained the different products very thoroughly. I didnt know there is different grades of beef I just always thought ribeye was the best. He told me the 20 ribeye for $40 is a promotion, good for sandwiches and not much more. I ended up buying a truckload box which had 44 steaks in it and got a box of the promotional NY strips for free. Although I can see why many people complain about the ribeyes- as they are very small I listened to *** and got the good steaks and he recommended the strips as my free box. I must say the steaks are 90% outstanding. I have had better steaks at *** steak house and paid more than 5x for it! My only problem with the company is their lack of branding. The tent is very *** looking, they should have a cool company logo on the tent or something. Also *** personality I can see as super hit-or-miss. He cursed once while talking to me and although I dont mind I can see why some wouldnt like it. UPDATE*** I have tried one of each of the products Ive purchase and theyre all 9/10 with the burgers being a real stunner! 100% would buy again and have told everyone to atleast go and check it out.

I have done truck sales in the past where it was boxes of miscut meats. When the meat was run through machines to be cut, it was cut wrong and could not be sold at the best cut quality to local stores. The company then puts those miscut meats into a truck sale. The meat at those truck sales were still good, thick, and sold by the weight just at a cheaper rate. I thought Prime House Direct truck sale would be something along those lines. NOPE! When I bought from them it was $40 for 20 ribeyes. The ribeyes are individually vacuumed sealed but are only about 1/4 inch thick. They are actually falling apart when you take them out because they are so thin. It reminds me more of sliced lunch meat than an actual steak. When you buy from Prime House Direct, you are buying uncooked ribeye lunch meat. These are not miscut meats either. They purposefully cut them this thin and sell them at those prices. The pictures of meats they show and advertise with are a LIE and are just stock photos they are using. They are not accurate images of the quality of their meats and sizes/thickness of meats. It's false advertising. Their flyer also says chicken breasts are $50 a box. So I thought it was going to be like 40-50lbs of chicken in a box. NOPE! There is a reason why they don't advertise the pounds of meat you are getting with the prices. You got 6-8 very small chicken breasts in a small box for $50. To get a whole box (about 4 smaller boxes in the big box) it's about $200. They are WAY overpriced. You can buy organic chicken by the pound for cheaper. They are extremely sales-heavy and pressure-pushing when you go to their truck sale. I do not recommend buying from them.

The strip steaks were sour when thawed I just got these 2 days ago there no reason when they get thawed out they are bad before I even break the seal they have lost all there color they are slimy that's a lot of money for me to lose in meat when I'm the only earner in my house with 4 mouths to feed the chicken tenders are the only thing that I don't have a complaint about the filets are discolored and they haven't even been thawed yet worried to see how those thaw if the strips are this way

I purchased the rib deal and the chicken box from the truck load sale in rice lake WI it is by far the worst meat I have ever bought. The rib eye is thing when cook it shriveled up and is tough not including all the grisle and silver skin on them. The chicken is mush when you take it out of the package. Some of them have 2 to 3 small piece put into one package. I am a single mother of two. To spend $239.99 on garbage is disappointing. I will never buy from this company again.

I purchased a box of steaks from one of your Truckload events. This was a rip-off for sure. I was told by the salesman that this was "Prime" beef, even close to "Wagyu". Purchased a box with different cuts for 324$! When I got home I read the label and come to find that these steaks are just low-quality steaks injected with beef fat... I should have known. The price-to-quality ratio is insane. Your sales team scammed me and I would like a refund.

This is the 2nd event I have went to here in lake havasu city arizona. Even went on the first day because I heard there advertisement on the radio for 20 ribeyes for 39.99. How convent though when you get there they are sold out. Really it's the first day what are you going to do for next 3 days? They get to you there under false pretenses then want you to buy these bigger packages for another bigger price. This vompany is a scam and should not b allowed to advertise falsely on the radio. I drove 20 miles to this event to walk away with nothing. I didn't go there for the high price stuff I went to get 20 ribeyes for 39.99 and sadly left empty handed.

I bought meat from The Prime House Direct for $1153.00 and I had some bad meat in the boxes I bought from them I got ahold of them and he said he would refund me some if the money it's been 2 weeks now and I still have not gotten it I called them back and he said it was in it's way but still have not got the check

I payed $1153.00 for meat from them and it was extremely fatty and not the quality they were claiming I got a hold of Rob the manager and he told me they would refund me some money it has been over two weeks and I have not received it I even called him and text him and email many times and he said it was on its way but I never received it

Bought *** of meat that was suppose to be prime beef from Primehouse Direct. They did not tell us it was mechanically tenderized. It is very tuff and taste terrible. I would like my money back and they can have the products. It was so chewy that my teeth actually hurt from eating it. It was purchased Thursday Feb 17,2022 from a vendor at a gas station in Homossasa

The transaction happened 02/26/2022. We spent 644 dollars on meat that was supposed to be good. It was frozen and had good coloring. We tried some that first day and immediately made us sick. Thought it might of been random, but after it happened multiple times we tried reaching out to them. Could not get a call back. Only thing we could get was a fb message about calling someone else

June 3 ordered packages of meat from Prime House Direct. Order was shipped *** At 9:08 on 6/20 *** sent an email that package was received damaged and then discarded and that *** would notify shipper. I waited for prime house to contact me which never happened. I made several attempts to contact them and have had no response. $349.98 I think I'm entitled to get a refund.Enclosed are all correspondence emails to and from *** and prime house direct.

I purchased a beef bundle at a truck meat sale in ***, *** on 04/14/2022. My wife later told me that I should have received 2 other boxes for free with that purchase. When I went back to the truck to tell the manager about this, he told me that I should have asked about the deal at the time of purchase. He did not give us the other 2 boxes. Very poor experience and seemed like they were taking advantage of people. Please help us resolve this because the company does will not reply to emails or calls!

Consumer has not received his order. Was to receive delivery in five to seven days.. This is the first time the consumer has ordered from the company. When he calls he cannot obtain a satisfactory answer when he will receive his order. He did receive a text that he would receive his order today. It has not arrived. Consumer never received a confirmation email. The consumer would like his steaks.

When I purchased my Ribeyes, they were nothing like the ones they showed me. They show you a box of nice Ribeyes, but they sell you a box from the freezer, not the box they show you. The box they sell you is taped shut, didn't think much about it, until I got home and opened the box. They were the size of small cube steaks, and once you *** them they get even smaller, they had no taste and there was a lot of *** in them. The second thing is they advertise military discount, but you can only get it if you buy a package deal. I would like my $ *** back...

I ordered what was advertised as prime grade beef steaks on theprimehousedirect.com's website. The steaks arrived and upon first glance they were *** in color. But I thought, maybe they still taste good despite their color suggesting they were less than fresh. When we cooked the steaks for dinner the odor and taste made it clear, the steaks had turned rancid. I was pleased to see they had a 100% satisfaction guarantee on their website, but unfortunately after several attempts to contact the company using their "contact us" part of the website, they have ignored my issue. I am requesting a refund on these steaks.

On 5/14/22, I bought the seafood bundle for $215 from the Prime Steak Food truck parked outside the *** in ***, . The night of 5/15/22, I prepared the flounder per directions provided on the box. I had trouble sleeping that night, and woke up nauseous. I went ahead and went to work, but started vomiting shortly after arrival. I had to leave, missing a day of work, secondary to the food poisoning I suffered from this very expensive bundle. I dont dare even try the rest of the seafood. I wrote to the company, complaining about the quality of their food and my physical reaction to it, and no response.

On Jan *** I went to this companies truckload sale. I purchased $200 worth of meat. I was pleased with this purchase until this morning. When I opened my freezer to take something out for dinner tonight, I noticed at least 8 of the individually wrapped pieces were not vacuum sealed properly. The meat was already forming ice crystals and will be freezer burnt in no time. If it were 1 or 2 I could *** them immediately but there is way too much to make before it all has to be thrown away. I have looked for a way to contact this company, to no avail. I am fine with spending money on a product that I can use but this is not ok. I have children to feed and definitely do not have $200 to throw away.

Saw that Prime House Direct was selling steaks in the Menards parking lot in *** on March 26 2022. Bought a bundle of steaks and hamburgers for ***. Upon taking product home we thawed out a couple steaks about a week later. After the meat had thawed the steaks smelled weird to me and my wife but we went ahead and cooked them. We both tasted them and something doesnt taste right. Both me and my wife had stomach problems later that night. I emailed the company on April 4 to see how they would resolve the matter no response back. We thawed out a couple more steaks on April 9 2022. Upon thawing they smelled worse than the first ones like the meat was rancid. We threw those steaks away. I once again emailed the company and have never heard back as of April 17 2022

April 8 2022 purchased a box special of various types of beef for ***. this was a truck load meat sale located in Rome, . Two days after the purchase we were planning on cooking some of the meat but it was spoiled. I have never bought a steak that smelled like that. We then tried a different cut of meat, a filet mignon, it was a rolled up price of meat that looked like cubed steak and it had the same disgusting smell. I called the company and was told they don't offer a refund but they would ship me a better, larger box. I didn't want anything else because it was not what was advertised to begin with. The guy told me I could throw the meat I purchased away or give it to homeless people! How rude of him to suggest they be given spoiled meat! I would not feed that meat to a stray animal it was so disgusting! Now they dodge my calls and no one will return my calls!

We purchased meat at a truckload sale on September 6 for a total of $499.99. We saved it all in a large freezer in our garage. A few weeks later, we cooked the frozen steak and it was completely grey when defrosted- no blood or anything. The smell was terrible and it was completely inedible. We tried calling and at first they said they'd send a replacement. When we didn't receive it after several weeks, we tried calling and they refused to answer the phone. My husband finally blocked our number, tried calling and got through to another representative who said they'd "look into it". We never received a return call, response to emails or anything. We were completely scammed for $500 of spoiled meat. If I recall, there was a storm that week so I don't know if their truck or freezer failed or what, but we need to be refunded for this purchase that could have landed us in the hospital if we tried to actually eat it.

I purchased a 20-pack Ribeye Steak pack for $39.99 on 5/5/22. I brought these frozen steaks home immediately and began de-frosting 12 of them to use for a cookout later that evening. As the steaks were thawing, I noticed they were all discolored. Some pink, some light ***, some dark red. They all smelled differently too, with some smelling quite awful. Some were also slimy. I knew these were signs of meat going bad, so I threw them out, so as to not create any health problems for me or my family. I contacted the company via email, with no response. I contacted the company via their *** page, and they had simply said "Sure just return to the tent and they can swap them out for you." However, I could not do that because the meat was bad and I had to throw them away, so I could not swap them. They did not offer any further assistance, despite trying to contact them further. I would like my money back for receiving steak that was spoiled and inedible.
