My Son bought meat from a guy that went to his workplace at Toyota of Greensburg on August 9, 2023. He brought home the meat and we tried it and didn’t even finish the burger we made. The taste and quality were poor. I’ve tried to reach the company multiple times via phone and have left messages. I also tried messaging them via Facebook messenger on their business page. No response. I would like my Son to get a refund if $140. The meat is not edible.

Meat from Steel City Meats is not good. It's tough and has gristle in it. We spent $300 and the guy didn't give us a receipt, but he said we could get our money back if we weren't happy.

I bought some meats from Steel City Meats and one of their guys, Brandon A, sold it to me. Me and my neighbor got a steak package each for $150. Brandon said if we weren't happy, we could call him and he'd replace anything for up to a year. But when I tried the filet mignon, it was like chewing on leather. It was so tough to cut. I messaged Brandon right away and he said he'd come replace it the next week. But he never showed up and didn't answer my calls or texts. I tried calling the company but no one answered. I chatted with someone online who said Brandon wasn't working there anymore and told me to call back on Friday to talk to the owner. But when I called, no one answered again. I just want my money back and for them to take the meat back.
