1. Popeye's either doesn't have chicken or sides. I'm not sure how a chicken place can't have chicken. And this can be as early as 1:00 p.m. in the afternoon

2. You have to have exact change or amount of money.

3. Whatever specials they are offering they don't have.

I suggest someone from corporate office do a surprise visit and catch them in the act.

I have never been to Popeyes. We are vegetarians. I saw your commercial and your biscuits looked great.

We pulled over to your Berkeley location on San Pablo Avenue.

We bought one coleslaw and 6 biscuits.

There wasn’t any butter but I don’t know if that’s what accompanies the biscuits.

We went straight home. I opened the box and they were hard as rocks 🪨 !

My complaint is that I ordered two popcorn meals and in the boxes only gave me 10 pieces of popcorn I don't understand how your meal should be or look but 10 pieces it's ridiculous for almost 10 bucks I live in San Marcos California had to drive all the way to Escondido because we do not have a Popeyes in San Marcos and to find out I have a box that's halfway empty for almost 10 bucks

I contacted the popeyes in Anchorage prior to making a door dash order to ask for all dark meat.

I was told they couldn't do anything til the order came in so I then ordered the food and was told that I could not change it to all dark meat.

everytime I place an order at this popeyes there is a problem last time I ordered a 4 piece meal and was charged for it but I received a 3 piece meal instead.

I really like Popeyes but as a customer I can't should not be a phrase used.

I have been a restaurant and retail manager before and if you tell customers you will do something you should do it.

Please talk to the staff and store manager about customer service.

I guess I will have to use another place to order lunch from.

I am just very disappointed in the customer service atmosphere at this particular store.

Monday the 24th went into your newer location on Queens Quay in Toronto Close to Sherbourne Street I wanted to order I used the bathroom first have never seen anything so disgusting ! And filthy the kitchen door was open everything there looked disorganized and dirty there was only one poor girl working and she looked exhausted I didn’t order I left I could never order food from a place like this hopefully they just need help with the place is filthy the health department would shut it down

A Popeye's restaurant opened on Oshkosh ave. in Oshkosh, WI. I tried it for the first time tonight. First off, they have parking for about 10 cars and when you enter the parking lot you are actually facing the exit traffic from the drive through. I don't know what idiot designed that but he should not have got paid. Next, I went in, ordered a 2 piece chicken combo dinner and told them I wanted the original not the extra crispy chicken. They gave me an empty cup for the beverage that comes with dinner. I went to the machine, only added a little ice, and dispensed my beverage (Coke). By then my dinner box was ready. I took it and my coke with me and went home. I open the box to find that I have extra crispy chicken instead of regular. I taste the Coke and it tasted watered down even though I had hardly any ice in it and I only live 5 blocks away so I know it wasn't the ice that watered it down. Next, I tasted the mashed potatoes and gravy. Needless to say, it was not great. I went to their Facebook page and wanted to post a review and what a surprise it wouldn't let me post it. Overall, I wouln't ever bother to spend a dime there ever again.

My husband went through the drive thru at 10503 Broadway Crown Point, Indiana 46307 #13791. Ordered a 16 pc. family meal, went through drive thru fairly quickly. Check his bags and the 2 mashed potatoes and gravy were missing. He went all the way back into the store and they gave him the 2 sides no problem. Drives 29 miles home and we start to serve up the food and realize that our 16 piece is only a 12 piece. We were missing our 4 wings. So I called the store and the gentleman told me that I would have to bring my receipt and the box of chicken back to the store. I proceeded to tell him that I live 29 miles away from the store and asked if I could send my son there to get the chicken? He started to tell me that I coiuldn't do that because I would have to bring the chicken box and my receipt back to the store. I told him yet again that I live 29 miles from there and than he told me I could send my son in with a picture of the receipt and they would give him my chicken. I am not at complaining about how the food taste or anything like that but I am complaining about the service. My husband said he was the only one in the drive thru and there was no one inside the store. Don't quite understand what the problem was or is. But apparently they need some extra training.

We have a location in Hockley Texas, store number 12607 and have had very bad food and service our last 4 visits. Our last visit on [protected] was the worst so far and we became very sick from the chicken we ordered. The chicken was old and dry and almost black by the bone of the thigh and once I noticed the color did not continue eating it and discarded it. About midnight I started vomiting over and over for 8 hours and diarrhea for days and continue today with intestinal issues. My doctor did diagnose it as food poisoning. My wife ate shrimp and was supposed to have hushpuppies but they gave her fries and also got sick with vomiting for 6 hours and diarrhea also diagnosed as food poisoning. There needs to be many issues addressed at this location. We have brought up several issues with the management at the location and they do not care about your customers and have not fixed any issues and with this last visit and getting so sick we needed to go further. This experience has made us consider to not eat at Popeyes again. My name is Steven May [protected] if you need more information.

We were going through the drive through, could barely hear the young man taking our order, and had to ask him to repeat himself several times. We were told that our order came to $12.54, when we got to the window he asked for $19.?. We told him how much we owed and that he must have the order mixed up. After a minute or so he said okay I got it. We proceeded to pay and asked him for some napkins with our order, he said no problem. Another girl handed us our drink, then he also tried to give us a drink. Told him we already had our drink. Then he gave us our order and shut the window. We looked inside the bag and there weren't any napkins so I taped on the window to get his attention. He slid the window open and "What's Up" like we were bothering him or something. I said you forgot our napkins, my wife also said we needed some napkins. He must have thought my wife saying something at the same time I was saying it was too loud. He stated you don't have to get all loud about it. We pulled away, looked at our order and it was wrong. We ordered a five piece chicken tender box, because they didn't have the chicken sandwich we wanted because they were frozen and would take 30 minutes to thaw out (at 12:28PM) go figure. Anyway, we were given a 3 piece chicken tender box. My wife took the order back in to correct the problem, and the guy still had an attitude, stating there only 3 people there working. No real apologies or anything. There are more chicken places than Popeyes!

I had the unpleasantness to have Teresa “help” me. As she began the conversation, I noticed she was snippy but trudged on. She continually cut across me while talking, never stopping to listen to the issue or be empathetic! Unsure if she was on her way to break, lunch or home but either way I shouldn’t have been treated so rudely. I have had issues with this location before but there aren’t any others around. They may be overworked & underpaid but I should never feel any of these issues! Then to contact c/s and be talked to condescending by Teresa and in mid sentence she hung up! I am livid! If someone can contact me ASAP

We stopped after going to grocery store to get some chicken. We pulled up 450pm no cars on lot , pulled up in drive threw since lobby was closed. Keep in mind this is supper time , We were told before we order that its a 25 min wait on chicken. this is the 3rd time we have been told this . You need to shut this store down , its costing you money to keep this store open. Is this a co owned store or franchise ?

I ordered 2 piece combo... She asked my choice of drink and gave me a price of $10.89. Said drink is not included in combo. (always was at other locations and other fast food places.) dropped the drink, paid $8.89, got my box and open and opened at home. Both pieces of chicken were backs with thick crust. I had very little meat. The ffs on top fine but 1/3 we're nubs 2 inch and smaller.

My husband asked for napkins and she gave him 2. He said I need more. She said we only give one per person. He said there are 3 of us and we are eating fried chicken we need more. She rolled her eyes and handed him 1 more napkin. His food wasn’t correct, he was supposed to get all dark meat and it wasn’t that. He was also supposed to have half spicy and half regular and it also wasn’t that way. Horrible experience and we will not return to this store.

As of 10/12/2022 and 10/13/2022 i had an issue with a manager keonia dudley and a gm tara all because i had asked the manager a question about why is she always sending me home when the labor is so she took it up on her request to go off on me because i had a right to asked a question not one time i cursed so yesterday 10/13/2022 i worked the whole day so when 4pm came the gm claim she wanted to talk to me but instead she didnt wanna hear my side of the story the management feel that they can talk to the employees any kind of way they feel without the employee defending themselves! i feel that its wrong if you really wants me to be honest i can say alot about the in hopkinsville kentucky but i will keep it to myself i have pics and alot more i can display but i refuse not too the management really sucks there they have their pick and choose owner is well respected

Regine a question about the appearnce of the chicken .At first Regina could not hear me with my mask on.so repeat it louder .Regine then ask me why are screaming with a attitude, I responded by telling Regine, that i was speaking loud and had no attitude.Regine then explain that the lighting make the chicken look different .Now Regine display the attitude by talking to a customer about our intereaction.I paid $16.96 for my order .The coleslaw was outdated ( SALE DATE ON BOTTOM OF THE CONTAINER SAID 10/12/2022 TODAY IS 10/13/2022) The chicken was so small I could not tell the difference between the Thighs and Breast Popeyes is know for the size of there chicken breast.Please tell me the temperature at which chicken is cook. It appeared the chicken leg was not cook to the bone.

I see your commercials for 5 piece for $6.99 everyday but when I go to the popeyes at 133 Hutton PL, Ashland City, Tn. 37015 they say don't offer it? But when I drive 20 miles to Nashville, Tn location no problem? Just curios to what's going on. I was just in this store on 10/10/2022 at 6:25pm. Manager seems to have gotten an attitude from me asking for the 5 piece deal..
