Popeyes - Shorted chicken from 10 pc box missing 3 Thighs

I tried calling the store directly and it tells me it is an international number not able to be dialed. Quite irritating when we order from Popeye's at least once a week. Really made when you can't contact the store direct. You don't look at the inside of the box when driving thru hoping the employee did what they were supposed to. I don't mind paying for the food but when I am shorted not just 1 but 3 pieces that's a little to much. Please fix this issue.
