I am writing to express my disappointment with the service I received from your PEP store in PEP Riverside Square, 4201 Porcupine Park Ave, Riverside View, Fourways today on the 10.09.2023. I was very dissatisfied with the level of service provided.

I bought a phone last month And it started giving me problems 3 weeks ago, it hangs a lot. I must reboot it all the time or take out the battery because it doesn’t give me the option to restart, On other occasions it will ring and not give me the option to answer.

Yesterday I had a chance to take it back to the store. I was very disappointed by the store supervisor or manager. I am not sure of her position, her attitude, and how she addressed me. I simply asked if I could return the phone so they could check what was wrong with it, In no order:

She told me she was not in the position to take the phone because she didn’t think there was anything wrong, not even checking it.

She is going to charge me if she takes the phone that's the PEP store policy

She will not take the phone because the people who work with phones are not working.

I told her the phone doesn’t always hang but she could try to phone it while we were in the store to see if it would ring, but she refused. She told me I must only come back whenever it's hanging because she is not going to waste her airtime or the company's airtime to call. I asked her why the attitude and why she addressed me aggressively. I asked her to show me the store policy, especially the part addressing returns, She just told me to take my phone.

I told her all the information she was telling me was wrong because they are in Norway under PEP store TERMS AND CONDITIONS saying we will be charged if we return the phone for fixing or refund as long as it's still under warranty and in good condition.

Even PEP employees who were at the store looked surprised by the information and the anger towards me. To make it worse she just came outside with me while I was living and started smoking in my face. I told her I was going to write a complaint email to the store. That's when she said I must give her my ID so she can help me. I refused and left the store.

This needs to be addressed ASAP. I am a customer and we demand to be treated with respect and honesty. It is unacceptable for a supervisor, manager, or employee to treat customers like nothing. People around PEP Riverside Square always complain about this lady and I just experienced her 1st hand, I felt like all my rights and free environment as a consumer were violated.

Desired outcome: I need this lady to be address and trained how to deal with customers and i need my phone replaced or refunded
