I am trying to log into my account but must have been forced into setting up 2FA a while ago. I don't have Norton saved in my google authenticator app nor do I have backup codes (I have no idea what these are), so although I have my password, I can't get into my Norton account. Apparently my account doesn't have auto-renew so it is going to expire in 10 days. I'd like to be able to go into my account and update the payment details but am unable to because everything asks for 2FA. I understand that it is security etc however there must be a way I can set up Norton on my google authenticator or access backup codes. I chatted online with someone today and they said I needed to start a new account as I couldn't get in, then when I queried the price they were asking me for $149, I shared a link explaining that I saw the price for a new account elsewhere was $89 https://au.norton.com/products/norton-360-deluxe?cjid=8904327&clickid=8e1a2c58827911ee833d000b0a1cb82a&af_sub4=aff&af_sub5=CJ&c=CJ&cjevent=8e1a2c58827911ee833d000b0a1cb82a and the person terminated the chat. I am finding the service to be quite poor overall and in the end I am just trying to get into my account to pay it. It would be helpful to perhaps have alternate pathways to get into an account that align with other services, as I have no recollection of being given any backup codes. Please remember that people spend a lot of time online using many different services with different passwords etc so expecting them to hold onto backup codes is asking a lot.

Desired outcome: Can you help me get into my account please so I can pay you?
