Green Ford I bought a truck from Green Ford, but the very next day, I started experiencing transmission issues

I bought a truck from Green Ford, but the very next day, I started experiencing transmission issues. I tried calling them a total of 13 times, but every time, I just got the runaround. They kept telling me to call different people, but no one ever bothered to return my calls. It's really disappointing that they won't take the truck back and fix it. I definitely won't be buying from them again. I never expected this kind of treatment from such a big Ford dealership.

Green Ford My contact person in service was Kevin

My contact person in service was Kevin. I've spent a lot of money there, and time. A lot of time. And just for a simple oil change, he made me sit there for 3 or 4 hours. I would bring my car in there for a detailed clean-up job, and leave it for 24 hours on the advice of Kevin, only to find water spots or the back seat not vacuumed, didn't even bother to wipe it down the inside last time. And, these detailing appointments are in the $100 of dollars range. I would never recommend them for any type of work.

Green Ford Me and my partner have been searching for a Ford Expedition for a while now

Me and my partner have been searching for a Ford Expedition for a while now. We've dealt with a few different dealerships that were so unprofessional and gave us the run around. We came to Green Ford to look at a Ford we found online and were approached by Angela D who was very nice and asked if we needed help. We ended up test driving the car and loved it! Angela sat with us and went through all the price details and worked out a price we wanted! Angela was really friendly and professional and made our experience so easy and smooth! We were really happy with our experience at Green Ford! Thank you all again for working with us and making this experience great and if you decide to do business with them I would definitely ask for Angela D. for your car buying needs!

Poor Green Ford experience: Wanted to share my disappointment with Green Ford - specifically, after the sale. I bought an SUV and once home, I found out the windshield wiper fluid didn't work for the wipers. Brought it back and management said they wouldn't fix it. They would do it at cost, but wouldn't cover the problem. If I had noticed during the test drive, I would have mentioned it to have it fixed before I purchased the car. It's a small, simple item to fix and they wouldn't do it. They wanted me to buy the entire extended warranty instead to have it fixed. After a good experience with the sales rep and Adrianna, management wouldn't fix it? It seems obvious that GREENFORD is buying cars wholesale from their auction company and not even running them through any inspections at all. Sadly, the general public trusts the dealership to at least do a simple run-through to make sure everything is working correctly. It's about principle and integrity, and now, I won't recommend this dealership to anyone. Unfortunately, it seems to be all about the bottom dollar and not about customer satisfaction. So much for principle, integrity, and honesty. Leadership starts at the top. It's all about principle at this point. Right or wrong, stand behind your clients. It's sad that such a little thing has ruined my experience with Green Ford and mostly the people that work there. Save your money and head to High Point. Very disappointing experience.

Green Ford pays to participate in the Kelley Blue Book (KBB) Instant Cash Offer (ICO) program. I got an email from Green Ford saying they wanted to buy my vehicle through the KBB ICO. Then, a guy named Jacob from Green Ford called me and said the same thing. He told me to bring my vehicle to the dealership and they would finish the deal. Jacob also said there would be no negotiating and they would buy the vehicle for the KBB ICO amount. Jacob set up an appointment for the same day to complete the transaction. I went to the dealership and the evening sales manager greeted me. They had an appraiser come and check out my vehicle. Even though my vehicle was in the same condition as the KBB Instant Cash Offer assessment, the appraiser said they couldn't sell it for the KBB ICO price. Instead, they gave me an offer that was way less than the KBB ICO. I asked if they would honor the KBB ICO, but they said no. I talked to the evening sales manager again, but they didn't really care and just said they would listen to the recorded phone call with Jacob. I haven't heard anything from them since. I think Green Ford is not trustworthy and they make KBB look bad by tricking customers into coming to the dealership with the promise of the KBB Instant Cash Offer, only to give them way less money. Green Ford contacted me first, I didn't contact them. When they contacted me, they said they would honor the KBB Instant Cash Offer, but it was just a trick to get me to the dealership. By the way, I left Green Ford right away and got the full amount of the KBB ICO at Flow Mazda, the second dealership I contacted through KBB ICO.

Green Ford On November 26, I paid $1789.83 to Green Ford for repairs

On November 26, I paid $1789.83 to Green Ford for repairs. However, I had to bring it back because the same problem persisted. They replaced another pump on December 6, but the issue is so severe that I can't even drive the truck. I've tried calling the service manager, but they haven't returned my calls. If they could just give me back all my money and cover my expenses, I promise I'll never go to them again.

Green Ford I wanted to buy a Ford Escape from Green Ford

I wanted to buy a Ford Escape from Green Ford. They checked my credit and asked me to send pictures of the vehicle I wanted to trade in for appraisal. I told them I was 30 minutes away and wanted to know if anything would be approved before I made the trip. The representative understood my concern. Then they said I needed a cosigner, so I provided the information. I spoke with the manager, Andrew, who said he needed to see the car I wanted to trade, even though I had already sent pictures. He couldn't even check if I could get approved until I went to the dealership, which I know is wrong. I need someone to resolve my issue quickly.

On February 9, I bought the car mentioned above. Overall, I'm happy with it, but I have some concerns about Green Ford's quality control when they buy cars from auctions. They delivered the car to my house on the same day, which was good. However, they only gave me one ignition key. I contacted my salesman right away, but he couldn't help me find the missing spare key. I even gave him the previous owner's contact info that I found in the car, but it didn't help. So, it looks like I won't be getting a spare key for my February 9 purchase. Now, going back to my question about quality control, did Green Ford notice the missing spare key when they first checked the car with Stock Number ***? Why didn't they tell me that there was only one key while we were negotiating the purchase? It was a big surprise when the delivery team arrived at my house and told me they only had one key. This incomplete disclosure about Stock Number *** is unfair to me. If I had known there was no spare key, I would have approached the negotiations differently. So, what can be done to solve this problem? Will Green Ford fix their quality control mistake with my purchase? And what other surprises am I going to find with my February 09 purchase because of their insufficient quality checks? I've sent complaint letters to the General Manager, Customer Service Manager, General Sales Manager, and the Owner of Green Ford.

Green Ford I saw my check engine light come on in early April when I started my car to go to work

I saw my check engine light come on in early April when I started my car to go to work. My car shook a bit, so I called Green Ford to make a service appointment. I contacted Green Ford and made an appointment for Thursday, April 14th at 10am. I had to work, so my boyfriend dropped off my car around 9:45am. The person at the counter asked if he was waiting for the car to be serviced or just dropping it off. He said he was dropping it off and asked them to call me before doing anything. Friday, April 15th came and I didn't hear anything, so I thought I should call to find out what was happening. I talked to someone in the service department, and they said they were still working on my car and would have an update by the end of the day. I didn't hear anything for the rest of the day or on Saturday, April 16th. I called at 5pm and got the operator who told me to call back on Monday. Monday, April 18th came and I still hadn't heard anything, so I called again. I spoke to Samuel, who told me they were still trying to figure out what was wrong. I told Samuel not to do anything to the car. I asked if I could pick up my car after work that same day, but after they closed. I asked if I could pay over the phone, and they said to wait for a call so they could "get the paperwork together." When I paid, I asked if they would leave the receipt and diagnostic report in my car when I picked it up. They said, "Wait a moment, let me go ask." The woman came back and told me I needed a new engine. It's hard to believe that someone could tell her exactly what was wrong, but I couldn't get a straight answer or any updates or communication. I paid $149.13 for the report to be done. I picked up my car on April 18th, and there was no report, just the receipt. I called Green Ford three times after that to get a copy of the report, but NO ONE returned my call, not even the service manager! In the end, I took my car to a trustworthy shop, and they told me I just needed a tune-up, not a new engine.

Green Ford I got a 2017 Ford Explorer Sport 4WD

I got a 2017 Ford Explorer Sport 4WD. On Dec.26, 2017, I bought a new set of 4 Michelin Tires/60,000 miles. I paid over $1200 for tax, tires, and fees. The mileage at the time of purchase was 22,439. I had a nail in the back left tire and was told that it couldn't be repaired because of the 4WD. They said something about the tread needing to be equal to avoid suspension issues. So, I had to buy 4 new tires. Fast forward to May 5th, and I had another nail in the same tire. I went back to Green Ford (Quick Lane) for an oil change, tire rotation, fluid check, and to get the tire with the nail fixed. The agent told me the same thing again, that I needed to buy 4 new tires. I wasn't happy. The mileage was 49327, so I still had over 30,000 miles left on the tires. I asked for a quote on tires, but decided to only get the oil change and fluid check and left. The next day, I called back and ordered new tires, and made an appointment for the following day. The representative was very nice. I asked for a discount and expressed my dissatisfaction with having to buy 4 more tires so soon. He gave me a 10% discount. The next day, I went in to get 4 new Michelin Tires and an alignment. When they finished, I paid and left. When I got home, I realized my old tires weren't in my car. I had 3 supposedly good tires left. I looked at my receipt and saw a tire disposal fee. The tires were no longer at Quick Lane. I called the main office and asked for a manager, but the manager wasn't available. I spoke to Jason and told him my complaint and asked why my 3 old tires weren't given back to me. He asked for time to investigate and call me back. He called back 3 days later and I spoke to Alex. I told my story again and he asked to investigate and call me back. Jason called me back on Mon. 5/18 and offered me $50 per tire for the 3 tires. I'm not satisfied! Green Ford (an authorized dealer for Michelin) did not make any attempt to give me back MY tires. They knew the tires they sold me had a softer tread compound and wore out faster (this was mentioned in my discussion with Jason & Alex). They also made no attempt to help me contact Michelin.

In 2019, me, my wife, 3 year old son, and new born daughter went to Green Ford to start looking for a car to replace our SUV. My wife has a long commute to work, so we wanted a fuel efficient car. It was a chaotic visit with the kids and it was late, and the salesman and manager put a lot of pressure on us to buy a 2018 Focus EcoBoost. They said it met all our needs, so we gave in. In the chaos, we apparently missed the fact that we needed to bring the vehicle in every 30k miles to keep the Lifetime Powertrain Warranty active. I don't remember them mentioning it.

Fast forward to about 2 weeks ago, the head gasket blew at 86k miles. This was our first brand new car, so I had no experience with warranties. I've also never dealt with a blown head gasket before, even though my other cars lasted well over 200k miles. I don't remember the name of the guy in Finance that I talked to, but he was the only helpful person so far. He suggested I talk to 'Alex' to see if something else caused the engine to fail, which might be covered under the WRAP warranty. I've called 'Alex' 9 times and left 4 voice mails, stressing the urgency, but no one has gotten back to me. I understand it's not entirely their fault that the chaos and pressure caused us to miss one of our warranty responsibilities, but now we're stuck with a car we owe too much on and can't drive. We're responsible drivers and have always taken care of the car's needs. We really need them to take action so we can get back on the road as soon as possible.
