Kernersville Chrysler Dodge I had to back out of a deal a week ago and they were nice to accommodate me

I had to back out of a deal a week ago and they were nice to accommodate me. However, I haven't seen my down payment refunded yet. I spoke to my sales rep and finance manager, and both of them told me to talk to the other. Right now, you've taken $1000 from me, and I'm getting angry.

I bought a truck from Kernersville Chrysler Dodge, and they changed the price on the paper. I have proof in my email. Also, my temporary tag is expired, and nobody is answering my calls. I call every day, but nobody returns my call. They said they were going to send a check with the balance, but it hasn't been delivered.

Kernersville Chrysler Dodge Erica was in charge of my sale

Erica was in charge of my sale. From the beginning, she seemed bothered to help. She said she was calling me but wasn't. I got approved for the truck but going to decline. The truck was a 2014 Ram 1500 with almost 200k for just under 10k, but they tried adding in 800 for a processing fee. No contact from upper management. Does anyone know how to do business anymore?

Kernersville Chrysler Dodge This dealership will rip you off if you give them the chance!

This dealership will rip you off if you give them the chance! They'll give you a get you here trade appraisal, then once you're there, they'll tell you there's something terribly wrong with your trade-in to devalue it. But when you reverse the roles and point out the junk wagons they're selling, they'll call you a liar. Take a look at their nice big showroom and building. They didn't build all that by giving everyone a fair deal!

Kernersville Chrysler Dodge Me and my wife done bought two cars from Kernersville Chrysler Dodge in the past year

Me and my wife done bought two cars from Kernersville Chrysler Dodge in the past year. The second car we got was a used 2017 Jeep Renegade what had a recall. When we took it in for the recall, the car also had the check engine light on. The folks at the service department done a real good job fixin' up the car and didn't charge us nothin'. We're real happy with this dealership and reckon we might buy one, or maybe even two more cars from Kernersville Chrysler Dodge later this year.

I brought my custom Dodge charger to Kernersville Chrysler Dodge, LLC for some service. But when I got my car back, I noticed that both of my fenders were bent and creased, and my $10k wrap was damaged. The service manager, Pete, said he would handle it, but after waiting for a whole month, I was informed that his manager decided not to cover any of the damages. Apparently, the technician didn't mention anything about the damage in the report. This place seems pretty shady to me. I strongly recommend that potential customers go somewhere else for their automotive needs.

Kernersville Chrysler Dodge I tried to buy a 2022 Ram 2500 from this dealership on Ebay motors

I tried to buy a 2022 Ram 2500 from this dealership on Ebay motors. The Bill of Sale they gave me had a price $2000 higher than the "buy it now" price in their listing. The price matched the MSRP. The paperwork was simple, except for a $799 admin fee that seemed unnecessary. They also offered a fair value for my trade, but it was lower than the wholesale price. The sales manager refused to honor the buy it now price. I'm sure if I had contacted them through the buy it now option, they would have reduced the value of my trade by $2k or more. They said the price couldn't change from the MSRP, even though the buy it now price was $2000 less. It seems deceptive to advertise a buy it now price and not actually honor it, and it might even be a bait and switch tactic.

Kernersville Chrysler Dodge Horrible place, wouldn't recommend

Horrible place, wouldn't recommend... I put money down on a vehicle and had a life-changing event, but those thieves kept my hard-earned money. No doubt, they'll charge more for the vehicle now that I paid $300 for an extra key, which they refused to provide, and the new tires that I also paid for. The day before I canceled the purchase, they informed me that the key had been made and the tires were on back order... The next day at 9AM, I canceled the purchase and told them I'd pay for the key since I was canceling. Then they claimed they had already installed the new tires... Isn't it amazing how between 7PM one evening and 9AM the next morning, those 4 new tires that I paid for magically went from back order to fully installed... I'm a family man with a wife and kids... I don't recommend this place unless you enjoy being lied to and robbed. They must really need the money more than I do to be able to scam hardworking folks out of their money and, without a doubt, sell the same vehicle for more by using the additional keys and new tires as selling points. Liars and thieves, watch out and go somewhere else!

Kernersville Chrysler Dodge These guys are lying 'bout their Certified Pre-Owned Vehicles, inspections, and warranty

These guys are lying 'bout their Certified Pre-Owned Vehicles, inspections, and warranty. Today I checked out 6 diff'rent Ford F-350 trucks at this dealership. Every single one of 'em had problems but somehow "passed" their 160 point inspection. One had a cracked windshield, dented bumper, the steerin' wheel wasn't centered (alignment), and a bad AC motor in the driver's seat (could potentially start a fire). The "managers" (General and General Sales) acted like I was lyin' and didn't seem to care, they just wanted my money and didn't wanna deal with all the issues that are supposed to be covered by a 3 month 3,000-mile comprehensive warranty. Anoth'r Certified Pre-owned Vehicle was actually in a crash. The body lines didn't line up and the body parts were all warped. These guys are as crooked as they come and they know it but they don't give a damn. DON'T SPEND A PENNY HERE! YOU'LL GET SCREWED OVER! I walked out when the General Sales Manager basically said he wouldn't help us with the truck issue and acted like I made it up, even though the salesperson said he experienced it too. The managers here are thieves! DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME!

Kernersville Chrysler Dodge I went on Saturday to buy a new 2021 Ram 1500

I went on Saturday to buy a new 2021 Ram 1500. I told the sales representative that I needed the tow package because I tow a lot. I chose a 2021 Ram 1500 Warlock and spent most of the time in the waiting room, getting annoyed and waiting to see the truck. It was almost closing time and they were rushing to close the deal, so I quickly inspected the truck. I saw the tow plug in, but I didn't look further down because I expected the tow package to be included since it was the main package I asked for. I closed the deal and went home, only to discover that there was no hitch. Since they were closed on Sunday and open on Monday, I called as soon as they opened and asked for the missing hitch. They said they would call me back, but they didn't until I called again. Finally, I got a hold of the sales rep and explained to him that I specifically wanted the tow package and it didn't have the hitch, but it had everything else. Then, that person told me the sale is final and I should have inspected it better, but he could sell me the hitch. Now I'm furious and disrespected, feeling like I just got tricked into a deal I would have never closed on. Is that how they treat a veteran? I'll make sure everyone knows. Terrible customer service!

Kernersville Chrysler Dodge I bought a used Land Cruiser from Kernersville last November

I bought a used Land Cruiser from Kernersville last November. The sales person didn't know about any maintenance done on the vehicle and couldn't tell us from the Carfax report where the vehicle had been damaged possibly from the accidents reported. I still bought it and within a month, I took it to the Toyota Dealership. They found out that over $300 worth of maintenance needed to be done (all things that were supposed to be checked during Kernersville's multi point inspection). Also, there was no middle seat headrest in the second row. I checked with the Toyota Dealership and they confirmed that the vehicle was sold with a middle seat headrest. I contacted Kernersville and talked to a manager who said they would help fix the issues. After a few weeks, that manager didn't respond, so I asked to talk to another manager. This manager wasn't even from the department I bought the vehicle from, but they were willing to help. I've been going back and forth with Kernersville with little to no response. I know it's a used vehicle, but the lack of response from managers should be embarrassing for the dealership. I asked them to replace the headrest (and I'm still waiting...) because it's a safety issue for anyone sitting in the middle seat, but they keep giving me excuses. Whether it's a used or brand new vehicle, Kernersville should stand behind what they sell and aim for customer satisfaction. After reading other reviews, it seems like this is normal for Kernersville. I won't go back or recommend this dealership.

I bought a 2017 F150 in September from Kernersville Dodge. They assigned me to one of their "Top trucks salesman" who could really talk the talk. The truck itself had no mechanical issues, but it had a lot of paint chips, which was a problem. We agreed that the dealership's body shop across the street would "touch up" the chips. I should have known my expectations wouldn't be met, but I went ahead anyway. When I dropped off the loaner truck and picked up mine, I wasn't satisfied with the fix. I could have done the same or even better with a touch-up pen from the parts store. I talked to the body shop manager and the sales manager, but all I got was disrespect from the sales manager. He's useless and a waste of oxygen. After reaching my boiling point, I went to the dealership to talk to the general sales manager (let's call her "A" since I can't use names in these reviews). She was the most helpful in resolving my issue, and I felt comfortable spending my own money to fix the rock chips. While discussing my situation with "A," the "top truck salesman" blurted out my financial situation as if it was everyone's business in the parking lot. I understand that I can't expect a new truck from a 3-year-old vehicle, but I did expect more. In addition to the rock chip problem, the backup camera wasn't working properly. After some back and forth with "B" at the body shop, that issue was resolved. Can you believe that a big dealership like K-vile dodge sold me a truck with damaged tires that caused violent vibrations on the highway? I had to buy new tires to fix that problem. All in all, I would never recommend buying a vehicle from this dealership. There are plenty of car lots and dealerships in the area where you would probably be treated like a respected customer.

This is our 2nd vehicle my husband and I bought from Kernersville Chrysler Dodge and let me tell you about our experience we had last week. I called and spoke with Jerry Bono and he was so helpful and walked us through everything and kept in contact with me all day through phone calls And emails regarding what’s going on during financing application process and made sure We knew everything that was happening and when. We decided to drive up to the dealership and Jerry already had already had a awesome salesperson named Kenneth (Kenny) waiting for us. Kenny was awesome. He was very talkative and made us feel very welcome. He looked us in the eye when talking to us and made sure we were aware of everything that he was doing. We were looking at 2 different trucks and while we test drove the first one Kenny was working on the 2nd one to be ready when we arrived back. We test drove the 2nd one and why we were gone he got all our paperwork ready on both vehicles in case we made our mind up on one of them. We got back and decided to go with the 2nd one we test drove. When we pulled up he was outside waiting on us. We let him know we chose that truck and he happily took us inside and we signed everything, and he spoke and talked to my husband like they had been friends for years. Even though the dealership was closed and was so late of course the detail department was closed. Kenny set up a time for us to bring vehicle back the next day to get detailed, diesel filled up, and get our def fluid. He called another associate that way he would know to be expecting us since he would be off that following day. Kenny even stayed up until we left which was almost 2 hours after dealership closed. He didn’t have to do that but, he did. I let him know I appreciate him staying and his response to me was oh it is my pleasure just wanted to be sure everything went through smooth for you guys. The finance manager Mr.M*** was amazing as well. Mr. M was polite and explained everything to us from beginning to end and even though we were the last customers in the building he did not rush at all. He gave us options for everything. Also Dave F was not our sales associate but, interacted with our children while we waited and made them laugh and was doing ballerina spins with my 9 year old daughter lol. Made all of us laugh. Thank you Dave. This dealership was clean, bathrooms clean, had a snack and drink machine for the kiddos. All associates we encountered were friendly. We would def. recommend this dealership to everyone and anyone ! THEY ARE THE BEST ! Thank you Kernersville Chrysler Dodge!

On Monday, August 15, 2022, Don ***, the Finance director at Kernersville CDJR, told me that I would get $3800 to my address and $1581 sent to Chrysler credit in a week. But that ain't happened yet. I got 2 checks, the first one for $2200 and the second one for $905. So, there's still $695 left and $1581 for Chrysler credit. I really hope y'all can help me sort this out 'cause nobody at the dealership bothers to call me back.

They said I can return it, but they want me to take it to a *** office. I bought a truck from Kernersville Chrysler Dodge, LLC in Dec. 2016. Then in Feb. 2019, I refinanced my loan. I got gap insurance at first, and I know that since I paid off the loan early, I should get some money back. I went to the dealership on Mar. 11, 2019, with my payoff notice. I've been trying to get answers about my refund for almost a year now. Finally, Zurich (the insurance company) contacted me in Mar. 2020. They canceled the policy and sent me an email confirming it. They told me to contact the dealer for any refund questions because they're the ones responsible for it. The email said it usually takes about 45 days to resolve these things. It's been almost 60 days now, and I still haven't talked to or heard from anyone about this. I've called and emailed. I even called a consumer dispute hotline number I found in the reviews on this website. Hopefully, this will help me get some closure on this.

Kernersville Chrysler Dodge I bought a Chrysler Aspen from this dealership

I bought a Chrysler Aspen from this dealership. On the second day, I took it to the car wash and noticed it leaked badly. I called Thomas, a manager, who told me to take it to my local Chrysler dealership since they're 150 miles away. He said he wasn't in the business of selling bad used cars, so even though it was sold "as is," he would fix it. He didn't want to tarnish the dealership's good reputation. I took the car to *** in Tega Cay SC, and they said the car needed a new sunroof because the seal around it was defective. The only way to fix it was to replace the glass, which costs $875. I dropped off the truck on Tuesday the 11th, and it's still there. The service tech and I tried to reach Thomas all week, but no luck. Today, Saturday, I called and demanded to speak to a manager because I need my vehicle back. The manager I spoke with asked me to find out the repair price, and they would see what they could do. I called back with the price, and he told me to pay for the whole thing, and he would reimburse me $300. I was surprised and said $300? He replied that if I didn't like it, I could take nothing, and he would take back his offer. This isn't what Thomas, the manager who's now "out on medical leave," told me. He promised one thing and gave me nothing. I bought the car "as is" and called on the second day to report the leak. If I knew they wouldn't fix it, I would have returned the car. The customer service is extremely poor.

On Friday August 22, we went to look for a truck at Kernersville Chrysler Dodge, LLC. We found a truck and *** helped us. He told us we needed a cosigner for the truck and we tried to leave a deposit to hold it. He said the deposit was nonrefundable and we agreed. Then he told us that this type of truck is hard to sell, but we would be fine. We filled out paperwork for the cosigner and let them know that the best time to reach him would be after five. However, they never contacted the cosigner. The cosigner called and left messages while I texted the salesman, but he responded saying he was not working. When I asked if someone else could help us, he never responded. On Thursday, the cosigner spoke with the financial department and found out that the truck was sold. I contacted the department and asked why they never informed us despite the numerous calls we made. They were not helpful and directed me to the manager, *** ext.***. I left him a voicemail and he called back. I explained the situation and he said that the policy was not to take a deposit unless it was for the full amount of the truck. He couldn't explain why the salesman didn't inform us that the truck was sold on the same day we test drove it. There was no apology or resolution, just a lack of care. We wasted a week searching for a truck and the way everything was handled was unprofessional. We had the money to pay for it if everything else failed, but no one cared to help.

Kernersville Chrysler Dodge So I bought a car from Kernersville Chrysler Dodge, LLC back in May

So I bought a car from Kernersville Chrysler Dodge, LLC back in May . I thought everything was all set when they delivered it to me on June 2nd. But then on June 5th, they asked for more paperwork. My uncle and I gave them what they needed.

Fast forward to mid-June, and they tell me that the deal isn't funded because they need more documentation. It's the same stuff we already sent them, but we supplied it again. Then on July 17th, they say the deal still isn't funded because they need the first payment to fund the loan. I gave them the payment on July 24th at the dealership. I asked them if that was all they needed, and they said yes and that they wouldn't bother me again. So I thought everything was fine.

But then August comes around, and I still don't have a Chrysler capital account to make my next payment. At this point, I just want my trade-in back because it's been well over the 14 days required by law to get the deal financed. It shouldn't take 90 days under any circumstances. I told them this, and they said they already sold my trade-in months ago. I then asked for the value of what was on the deal, plus my first payment and the down payment. They said they couldn't do that.

Now it's August 27th, and the dealer calls me and says they need more documentation. It's the same stuff we already sent, but they also want proof of income, which they never asked for before. I tell them that it's been 90 days now, so they need to come and get their car, and I want what they owe me.

Then yesterday, they magically tell me that the deal is funded without even needing the proof of income they kept asking for. This is strange because they threatened to repo the car multiple times. To make matters worse, Chrysler capital calls me about a past due balance, even though I didn't even have an account at the time. This whole situation feels like a spot delivery scam.

I BOUGHT A 2011 NISSAN JUKE FROM KERNERSVILLE CHRYSLER DODGE ON FEBRUARY 19TH, 2022. THE SALESMAN TOLD ME IT WAS A CERTIFIED USED CAR. I PAID CASH BECAUSE THEY SAID THEY COULDN'T GET IT FINANCED BY ANY BANK. THEY DIDN'T SAY IT WAS UNFINANCABLE TO ME. THEY JUST KEPT MAKING EXCUSES ABOUT WHY A BANK MIGHT NOT FINANCE IT. AFTER EVERYTHING WAS DONE, I BOUGHT IT WITH CASH AND LEFT WITH THE CAR. I'VE ONLY DRIVEN IT SHORT DISTANCES IN THE TWO WEEKS I'VE OWNED IT. ON SUNDAY, MARCH 6TH, MY DAUGHTER AND I WERE DRIVING TO ELIJAH GEM MINE, A TRIP THAT TAKES OVER TWO HOURS. AFTER ABOUT AN HOUR, THE CAR STARTED REVVING HIGH RPMS AND LOST POWER. I WAS DRIVING ABOUT 20 MILES PER HOUR ON THE HIGHWAY. I PULLED OVER AND PARKED BECAUSE I DIDN'T WANT TO DAMAGE THE CAR MORE. I MADE A FEW PHONE CALLS TO GET HELP. AFTER ABOUT 20 MINUTES, I DECIDED TO DRIVE THE CAR TO SEE IF IT WOULD ACTUALLY WORK AND FIND A PLACE THAT COULD SCAN THE CODES TO FIGURE OUT THE PROBLEM. I STARTED THE CAR, PUT IT IN GEAR, AND DROVE OFF. IT SEEMED TO BE DRIVING FINE, LIKE NOTHING WAS WRONG. I WENT TO A SHOP AND THEY SCANNED THE COMPUTER. THEY SAID THE TORQUE CONVERTER WAS BAD AND I NEEDED TO REPLACE THE TRANSMISSION. ON MONDAY AFTERNOON, I CALLED THE DEALERSHIP TO TALK TO SOMEONE, BUT THEY JUST GAVE ME THE RUNAROUND. I LEFT MESSAGES FOR SALES MANAGERS, BUT I CAN'T REACH A HUMAN TO DISCUSS WHAT THEY CAN DO TO HELP ME FIX THIS LEMON OF A CAR THEY SOLD ME.

I'm filing a complaint with the ComplaintsBoard.com 'bout Kernersville Chrysler Dodge, LLC 'cause I reckon they're doin' some shady business. I asked 'bout a car they had for sale, a 2020 530i BMW, on May 6, 2022. They had it listed for $30,935. I talked to Carmen L and they sent me a buyers order on May 6th. Carmen also shared a Carfax report showin' 2 small accidents. I was ready to go ahead with the purchase and sent the order to my credit union. On May 9th, I got a check and let Carmen know I was ready to proceed. They said we'd do a final walk through and schedule delivery. On May 9th, I gave 'em my credit card info for a deposit and they said the car was bein' serviced. I kept tryin' to get in touch with Carmen for updates, but they kept sayin' the car wasn't ready 'cause it needed 2 new tires. Finally, on May 25th, I reached out to Carmen again and they said the car would be ready on May 26th. I didn't hear back 'til May 27th. Carmen asked if I got the final pictures and walk through, but I hadn't. Anthony called me that same day and sent the pictures. I talked to Carmen and Mary and we finalized the details. I sent 'em my driver's license and insurance, and the car was set for drive up delivery on June 1st. But later on May 27th, Mary called and said there was a mistake. The car was actually $40,935 and there was nothin' they could do 'bout it. I asked to speak to a manager and Jeff called me a little while later. Jeff said it was the company's mistake and he wouldn't lose $10k on the deal, so they wouldn't honor the price. I reckon this company is pullin' a bait and switch scam. I've been workin' with Carmen for 3 weeks and nobody knew the right price of the car? They offered me another car that Jeff could work a deal on, but the lowest he could offer was $36,900. That ain't acceptable to me.

Kernersville Chrysler Dodge We bought a used 2008 Scion from Kernersville Dodge on 06/24

We bought a used 2008 Scion from Kernersville Dodge on 06/24. We put down a 500 deposit so they could check the car in the shop for any issues. They said it only needed new tires. On the way home, we saw some black smoke coming from the exhaust. The next day, we checked the oil and it was a bit low, but we thought it was because of the oil change. We kept an eye on the oil and noticed it was still low, so we added 2 quarts every other day. We called the salesperson, ***, on July 8 and left a message, but they never got back to us. We went on vacation on July 12 and came back on July 19. The Scion had to be towed and they thought it needed a new starter. After spending about 300 dollars, it turned out there was an aftermarket theft device that we were never told about. On July 20, I called Kernersville Dodge and finally spoke to ***, a sales representative. They told me to take it to ***, where they send their used cars for service, and have them fix the issue. Mr. said they would make it right. The Scion was diagnosed with needing a whole new engine. They removed the aftermarket security system and charged the AC unit. I tried several times to talk to a manager at Kernersville Dodge, but I either got redirected to a sales rep or a voicemail. I spoke with Mr. again at ***, and they told me that if I wanted to talk to a manager, I had to come to the dealership. On 07/21, I went to Kernersville Dodge and was redirected to Mr. once again. They told me multiple times that we would have to pay 3000 for a used engine and they would pay 900 for the labor, or they would buy the car back for 1500. That was their final offer. I asked to speak with the GM, ***, but they denied my request multiple times. I asked them to pay 2800 for an engine rebuild and I would pay for the labor, but they denied that request.

Friday, July 31, I saw an ad on *** for a 2017 Honda Pilot at Kernersville Dodge. The price was $18,935. I checked their website (***) and it confirmed the price. I emailed them to ask about the car and got a call and voicemail at 5:24 PM on July 31, from a salesperson (female) asking me to call back about the car. Since I live 223 miles away, I had my parents go to the dealership on Saturday, August 1, to check it out and test drive it for me. They test drove it and called me, saying it seemed like a good deal, so I started my trip to buy the car. While I was on my way, my parents called and said that "***", the sales manager, told them the price was actually $28,935 and it was entered wrong. He said it was a "manual entry" and they wouldn't honor the price. At 10:07 AM on Saturday, August 1, I called the dealership while driving there and spoke to the salesperson who left me the message. She quoted me the price of $18,935 over the phone. I told her I was on my way to pay that price and explained what happened. She asked me to hold and after a few minutes, she came back and said the car was actually for sale for over $29,000 and my parents were also quoted the wrong price. I asked about the ad and the fact that she just quoted the same price of $18,935. She said they had an internet disclaimer that said prices might be wrong. On March 31, we signed an agreement with *** and Kernersville Dodge through Overnight Mail for a 2019 Ram 3500 Company truck. We ordered this truck online and mostly discussed the sale through emails because we were busy. We agreed to the payment amount as stated on the contract, signed and returned it, and the first due date was April 15. The truck was being upfitted, so with the Covid pandemic, some shops closed early and some warehouses were closed, causing a delay. It was understandable and not a problem for us. The truck was still not ready for delivery when the first payment became due, so I called and emailed the dealership to see what we should do. We still hadn't received anything from *** regarding the payment due. But just to be safe, since our credit is important to us, I made sure to call and make a payment. I have all the emails for this payment as well. They received the payment for April, and by May, we still hadn't received anything from *** regarding a payment, but we did receive something showing that our interest rate had dropped, making the payments lower. That was awesome! But they pulled our credit twice! Same company! 2 hard inquiries, which lowers the score. I mentioned this to the sales rep. I didn't hear back from them for a couple of weeks, and then my truck got delivered, so I asked why I still hadn't received anything from *** yet. They acted confused. I kept mentioning how important my credit is to me and my company's credit since we are in the process of purchasing an office building and a second home near my parents. The sales lady told me they wanted her to call me to get payment for May, but she didn't because she knew I'd be upset that it's so messed up and not organized as it should be. I kept asking them how I was supposed to pay my truck payment. They proceeded to tell me it will go on my credit! They told me at the dealership that they had mailed a check to , and *** left the check on the desk, and it showed no payments received on our account. Now I am paying for the failures of these two companies! It went on both my credit AND my company's credit as of Friday! I will be looking for an attorney if this doesn't get resolved ASAP! Financially, I am paralyzed right now! I am unable to do anything we had planned for the last 5 years until this gets resolved. Our score dropped over 50 points! :( From a 730, it's now under 650. This shouldn't have happened! We have never had a negative reflected on our credit, and it's costing us $600 a month in interest on one credit card because I can't transfer my balance at this time due to these two companies not being adequate and not doing their jobs correctly. We discussed with managers at both *** and Kernersville Dodge on July 7, and they honestly said they couldn't do anything about this. We were astounded by the lack of compassion or help they offered when both the bank (***) and the dealership (Kernersville Dodge) are at fault! They both should be held responsible for not accurately doing their job and making sure deposits are credited in unusual situations like this. Around July 15 is when we received our first invoice from ***. That's 3.5 months after the date of purchase.
