Millie's Cookies My sons smashed up birthday cookie I ordered online

I am absolutely disgusted by the service I have received today. I placed an online order for my sons giant personalised birthday cookie on the 9th of September and it was delivered today smashed into pieces. I phoned customer service who claimed I had to put it on the online form and that they couldn’t help over the phone. I filled in the form and they emailed me to say I could have it on Monday (why would we want the cookie 2 days after my sons birthday) or a refund. I phoned customer service again and got the refund. I asked if I could make a full complaint and they said they don’t have a complaints procedure and as I had a refund there is nothing else they can do?! This seems inaccurate and they just were not interested in admitting any fault for this.

Desired outcome: Compensation for the horrible experience and care free attitude of online staff.Poor customer service- being told no complaints procedure and “nothing they can do”Re think the delivery service they use
