Hindi maganda ang service
As said sa display nila 100 discount daw of 100 off ang rainbow dedication cake nila. So, I ordered thinking na ung nasa display na cake nila is kagaya ng size na ibibigay saken pero mali! maliit pala. Ang akin lang sana sinabi saken na for display lang yung size edi sana umorder ako ng mas malaki na size. Tapos Dun sa dedication letter I wrote Duño Fam. Napakalinaw pero ang nilagay is Durio Fam.
Sinabi ko to dun sa cashier sabi ko "Naku! enye (ñ) po yun, Duño. Pero tinitigan lang ako at ibinalot na agad ang cake. Nakaka dismaya ang branch na yun. Never again bibili sa branch na yun.

Please get attention of LYRA CAMUNGOL. She giving me bad experience as a customer. Every time na may celebration kami laging kay RR ang takbo namin. As part of celebration lagi kaming masayang papunta sa RR pero nakakasira ng mood yung binibigay na customer service ng staff niyo na yan. Actually two times niya ng ginagawa samin yon. Laging nakasimangot at padabog mag benta. January 14 yung first experience namin with her pero inisip ko na lang na baka pagod lang pero sobrang nakaka disappoint na sa pangalawang pag kakataon ganon parin yung service na binibigay niya. Sobrang nakakanginig ng laman. Sana maaksyunan niyo yung ganitong problema. Sobrang nakakainit ng ulo imbis na happy happy kami dahil may occasion nakakasira ng mood yung ugali.

I asked nicely the cashier to change my coin for a reason that some drivers will not accept it. They all gas light me and laugh at me.

I was already in line in SM Lipa Branch 9/21/2023; ~7:30-8:00pm about to order when the manager herself, took the mocha roll from the chiller/refrigerator. There was no one else who has ordered as the previous customers before us left already. BUT the manager in the store took the mocha cake and just blurted out "akin na to" without consideration to our order.

I would like to make a complain with the crew named MIKE at the branch in SAN BARTOLOME NOVALICHES. I have a very bad experience with his customer service and even gave us a rude attitude. It is 10 am in the morning and I know it is not yet half of your shift, you are already tired. We were just buying a cake that time and he was very furious when it comes to serving his customer and was very rude with the advice of dedication. YOU KNOW in customer service, we customer will not understand if they don't want to do what we don't want. MIKE should have make us understand not giving us very rude attitude. When he did the dedication on the cake, it was very ugly ang terrible with no asking if it is ok or not. if there's any other shops that was open by that time, I WOULDN'T EVEN BUY IN THIS SHOP!

- I bought pack of mamon in RedRiibbon stores.
- I give my senior citizen card for a discount but store rep told me "di na sila nagdidiscount sa item na binibili ko, selected items na lang daw ang inaaply nila for the sr discount.
- I was supprised because I'm regularly buying this item with sr discount.
- I told them food ito bakit di mo iaaply discount baka mareport kayo dyan.
- Store rep told me, okay lang sir nasa batas naman yan.
- I dont want to debate further coz I'm in a hurry, just paid the item undiscounted.
Please help enlighthen if the item I bought is not covered by Sr. Citizen discount..

Mocha mamon
Presence of baking soda/flour. Not fully baked.
While eating for breakfast at 9:00am at the office I noticed that there is something off with the taste. And as i inspected the mamon, i saw that this product is not fully baked since there was presence of a lot of flour/baking powder. This was bought at central mall red ribbon branch at Binan City Laguna.

I paid p1000 but cashier gave me a changed of p50 only saying that I only gave p500.
I bought a cake worth P450 at about 750pm. SI#[protected]. I gave my P1000 to your staff while i fill up the dedication. To my surprise i was given a changed of P50 when i handed over the dedication stub. I told the cashier i gave P1000 she said it is P500 only. I insisted but to no avail. When me and my husband inquired about the transaction prior to my purchase, the amount transacted was P1000 and changed of more than P500. I asked this because while i am filling up the dedication stub there is another customer that came and was also serve by your staff and actually finished ahead of me even though i was ahead in the line. It is hard to argue with your employee but one thing i noticed is that the 2 of them are serving customers at the same time and both of them are also acting as cashier. To my mind it is highly possible that a switch in money paid happened because the two also served as cashier. The name of the staff is Lynlyn Capampangan and Baby Joy Montales. Place is at WalterMart Sucat Paranaque. There was no cctv in your area. I hope you will pay attention to my complaint.

Mother's day cake (advance order)
Ordered through the red ribbon delivery website; ETA of the cake is May 13 at 7pm to avoid delays and because I didn't want to join in the busy-ness of the Mother's Day Celebration. I was waiting for and tracking my order but it was not showing any progress. I even contacted the number provided and left a message to follow up since I have an appointment I needed to attend to but to no avail. Tried to reach their fb page and even the delivery hotline, still nada. Mother's Day came and still no updates and response from follow-ups. I had to go to the specified branch to inquire what happened and all I was given was a lame excuse that their system won't be easily notified since IT WAS AN ADVANCE ORDER. Correct me if I'm wrong, isn't the purpose of advance orders for the customers to not have to deal with the hassle and for the branch to be able to prepare beforehand? To add insult to injury, I would have to wait for 3 days for the refund and no resolutions on the end of the branch. Worse customer service and system.

My friend and I ordered a rainbow cake and the cake that was given was from the display , at first I insist of getting a cake from the display since I felt like the taste is not good as what is in the fridge. The cashier lady gave us the cake that was in the display without asking me if we like a displayed cake or not, I dont even know if they still stock inside heir fridge. Meaning she meant to give us the display one. Now we tasted the cake and it taste like [censored] today was my friend borthday and she ruined it. chocolate mouse no discount for senior citizen
Our Boy went to Red Ribbon Retiro Branch at around 3:52 the staff said that they dont give a discount as per their policy for senior citizen. Today is his birthday and this is the first time we encounter this kind of situation. Hoping if you could give as a reason behind this scenario and if ever be able to get the senior citizen discount as well.

Desired outcome: Get a senior discount and instruct all company wide to align their senior citizen policy and post if you do not accept at all the senior citizen policy as well as the standard all restaurant must give a 20 discount.

And then sinabi ko kung saan branch and then sagot niya sakin is

Just want to report my worst experienced sa store manager ng Red Ribbon Sm Downtown City of San Fernando Pampanga. March 27,2023 bandang 8pm, bibili po sana ako ng cake for my Baby, celebrating her 5 months old. Sobrang pag mamadali, i forgot to bring my wallet so wala po akong cash, ang nadala ko lang is wallet ng asawa ko and credit card with valid ID. so itried to buy cake, binigay ko yung credit card ng misis ko with her valid ID, then nanghihingi pa siya ng ID ko, nabanggit ko na naiwan ko sa bahay wallet ko and id, but I called my wife to take a picture on my valid and send it to messenger. then pinakita ko sa employee niyo,nakita niya na tinawagan ko misis ko pero nag hihinala padin siya, kasi daw magkaiba kami ng apilyido at baka di raw kami mag asawa , and baka ginagamit ko lang daw yung credit ng asawa ko without her permission, and gusto niya din daw makita yung marriage certificate namin, kakasal lang namin last year so hindi pa napapalitan last name niya sa mga ID's, its not worth it para pahanap ko pa sa asawa ko yung marriage cert namin para lang sa cake na worth 500 pesos. In that attitude I decided nalang po ako na icancel yung order ko, dahil grabe yung pag judge sakin ng employee niyo nayon, i think siya head/store manager don, sobrang nakakawalang gana bumili sa inyo. walang consideration sa mga customer, napaka judgemental pa. mag popost pako sa timeline niyo. need niyo actionan to, I don't know ano pangalan ng babae nayun but naka duty siya march 27, 2023 bandang 7:30pm -8pm onwards. Alam ko ginagawa niyo lang work niyo, to assure na may consent talaga ng owner ng credit card, pero na provide ko na halos lahat ng need na requirement pero ayaw padin ako pagbigyan. I bought a voucher from share treats for my convenience, so I don't have to bring cash. I followed the instructions and look up the participating branches, I went to RR Gaisano Lapaz Iloilo City branch as the website says they are accepting vouchers. I went there on November 12, 2022 around 3:45, I was told that they are not accepting vouchers. This was supposed to be a birthday present and I got rejected and felt discriminated. Why would you put your branch as a participating store when you are not actively participating to the said program. It was a waste of time and effort going there, hence the approach of the clerk has some shade of discrimination.

I am maria merez,we are the existing costumers for years,,i love the taste ,the texture and evrything in red ribbon thats my favorite brand, since the birthday of my daughter is coming so i decided to make a surprise for her,i want to order online ,july 15,2022 at 6;30 philippine time i was order a chocolate dedication cake 8/12 through food panda in gaisana danao mall branch it was deducted to my account but after a couple of minutes it was cancelled and my payment need to be refund since i did payment for my international account they said i need to wait 30 to 45 days back to my account.So its okay..
Anthen i checked another branch in city mall danao i saw its available so i ordered and again it was deducted to my int.Account and use to check the app in food panda it is preparing then the day come's delivery date and time july 17 9;45, same day and almost same time it was cancelled. It was very disappointed and disgusted,they should inform me earlier that it is not available so that i can find another way, very bad service and hurtful my surprise was turn into sorrow.

Okay so here is the story. My sister ordered through their Official Facebook page, 2 Triple Chocolate Roll (Full Size) for the Father's Day Celebration last Sunday, June 19, 2022. Moreover, she was able to pay for it through GCash, and the page's messenger reflected that she already paid for it. The order made was meant for a pick-up, wherein the store needed us to provide the code sent to her. Unfortunately, no code was sent from the Red Ribbon, so they were not able to get the paid cake that they ordered.
Sunday night, I'm try to message the official page, but only the bot answers me and it is so irritating. I repeat on messaging it everyday, but no staff representative answer me. Furthermore, the bot keep saying that I should call their hotline. I tried. But only the operator answers, then beep. Sometimes, it says that it is not in-service. Moreover, I tried to contact them through their email, but only bot answers me.
I don't know where to complain about this, since at any means that they have are all useless. It has been a week, but no response, no action. It was supposed to be for the Father's Day celebration, but the cake is still no where to be found. What we want now is a refund for the payment made.
