McAfee review: Antivirus

My email is [protected]@googlemail.com last time I was in contact with you, you tried to get macafee to work on my computer. I actually let you get into my computer to fix it, but you didn't. Macafee is on my computer but is doing nothing, in fact, it has taken over my firewall and I can't turn it off to put my usual firewall on. What is going on here, I bought it in good faith because the new computer I just bought recommended it to me. I talked to macafee for about 4 hours one day as they tried to fix it but they got nowhere. I asked for a refund and i'm still waiting for an answer.
