Light In The Box Would like to get the shirts they charged for, or get my money back.

I put in a order for two tee shirts. My debt card was charged, on March 18 2022. I checking on my order, on their site it says that I did have a order. It also shows that I had picked my shirts, and didn't process the order, but yet they my debt card was charged. I try to contact customer services. They only have questions returns, cancelation of orders and tickets numbers. There isn't a number so I can talk to a person. That the site said I don't have a order, but they charged my debt card.

Light In The Box Navy Blue Dress

On 2/26/22 I placed an order with light in the box. I ordered a dress . The dress was for an order. I received the dress on 3/21/22. However the dress did not fit. I submitted a request for a refund on 3/21/22 . On 3/24/22 I received an email/ message from the company that my dress was a ready to make order which means - that it's not an instock dress and it's tailored from scratch once your payment is confirmed. When I ordered the dress I selected my size and color and that’s it . This is unfavorable policies that are in place . I want to come to a mutual resolve with the company . Thank you in advance for your help.

Light In The Box Return policy

Order [protected], $113.99

I ordered a garment and tried it on. The garment was of poor quality. Upon trying to get a refund, Lightinthebox said:

I needed to take a picture of item

3/20/22 They offered me to keep the garment and receive a refund of 35% then 20% of the item's worth then keep the item with a refund of 10% of item's value or return the item back for full refund

Lightinthebox advised that to send back to Hong Kong would not be worth it

3/22/22 Lightinthebox said garment was customized and could not be returned. I ordered a standard size of 14

Light In The Box Lightinthebox

The products I ordered were of poor quality and the message I received from the company when I tried to obtain a refund was abrupt and suggested I was at fault in the size I ordered. Two of the four items fitted perfectly so the size was not an issue. Finding how to ask for a refund/return was very difficult and then you have to pay postage which is expensive. Not impressed.

Desired outcome: For the refund process to be easier and the fact you can't realistically return an item to be clearly stated on the website.

Light In The Box Slipcovers duty tax

I ordered some slipcovers for my sofa which i am pleased with, but before i could receive them, i had to pay £59.88 duty tax which i was not informed about and came as a shock. I could have refused the good but after paying nearly £200 i was concerned about getting a refund. The date i paid the duty tax was 28 January and i attach a copy of the invoice below. Having to pay this duty tax on top of the cost has made the item rather expensive and if i had known there would be extra cost involved i would not have bought them. I have tried to contact the company direct but have not heard anything, hence why i am now trying another route. All i want is the duty tax refunded to me as stated in the terms and conditions i have now found in the Company's correspondence. Please can you assist me. Thank you.

Desired outcome: To have the duty tax of £59.88 refunded to me.

Ordered a pair of casual shoes online...paid by VISA...awaited my delivery which never happened nor did my refund when I contacted the company...I will never deal with lightinthebox again and I wouldn't advise you!

I placed an order and it has never been delivered after enquiring I have been sent a number to call in Dubai which does not work - to chase the package at the warehouse, I have told the agents in customer service several time the number doesn't work, now I am told I rejected the package which I did not and I am still waiting for this, no one is actually taking ventral to finalise this matter, I keep getting a stupid number that does not connect - this is absolutely pathetic and I am no thinking that this is robbery - as no package and you have my money !

Light In The Box Ticket [protected]

Purchased 5XL waistcoat which was a terribly thin material with threads coming off it from all areas. Buttons were of the poorest quality and measurements were not true too size.

Too return to China would be extremely expensive and cost half the price of the waistcoat.

In normal situations from a decent supplier a Returns Note should be issued.!

The quality of the waistcoat is not my fault, and the Supplier should recognise this and Refund

Light In The Box Company will not respond so I can send back address that did not fit my wife

Company will not respond so I can send back address that did not fit my wife. I have called them repeatedly without any response and I want to have a refund and send back the address with a return label sent by them. And the color is way too bright for my wife and it looks much more muted in the advertisement so there were several reasons for not liking the dress. Light In The Box Return 2 dresses

I am currently having a nightmare experience with this company, Light in the Box.
I ordered 2 dresses, hoping one would be my dream dress.
Neither dress fit me, so I needed to return them.
Now starts the nightmare.
I have returned many items to Lulu's and JJshouse, without issue, but Light in the Box is treating me horribly.
They are refusing to allow me to return the dresses for a refund.
I even offered to pay the return shipping.
Please help!

Light In The Box Undelivered orders

Dear Sir/ Madam,
I would like to this complaint regarding my order which I did not receive and after getting no help from the customer service centre by writing to me to contact the courier when I do not have any direct obligation with them. I felt so embarrassed and angry for customer service to tell me that I should contact the courier in case I did not receive my order. Yet, I do not have any logistic arrangement with the courier.

Date: 2022-01-05 Order [protected] Order total: € 38.37.

When I tracked the order, the courier indicates it is delivered and lied by making a remark "Recipient moved or unknown, please contact the sender". The above indicated is my current address and I have been at home the whole day from 2022-01-12 to date without moving out of my residence.

If the claim made by the courier was the truth "Recipient moved or unknown" then I would HAVE NOT received my order number order: [protected]. The courier came and delivered my order to the same address used above, for the order: [protected].

Thirdly, the customer service tells me the package is in transit but contradicts the remark.

Please, I kindly request your assistance or in event that it cannot be addressed then I request for refund for the same.

I will be grateful for your assistance.

Light In The Box Poor quality items - want a refund

I ordered two items from light in the box on January 1. A garter set for my wedding and 10 x mini warm white fairy lights.

The garter set has absolutely shocking quality. The sequins look cheap. The tulle looks cheap. The elastic has exposed threads and seams. I can't believe I paid $30 for this. What a waste of money. It's not even worth $5. There's absolutely no way I can use this.

The fairy lights have poor quality wire - it looks like it is going to break. It's really flimsy and thin. It just won't work at all with the centrepieces I'm doing for my wedding.

Seeking a refund. Company offered me a 10% refund. No. You sold the products to someone in Australia. Australian Consumer Law states that for a major fault they must offer a full refund.

Desired outcome: I want a 100% refund for the poor quality items.

Light In The Box Returns

The Wonguns have yet again found a way to be the cheap fks that they are. Permanently display ‘in transit' so you can't open a return.

I kick myself everytime when I go to a Wong website. Must try harder: only ourselves to blame.

Light In The Box Cost me $135.88 to return item and they won't refund

I had ordered 2 3-in-1 jackets. One for myself (normally a medium) and 1 for my mother (normally a large).

The jackets I ordered were a large for myself and an extra large for my mother. I ordered a size larger just in case. When they arrived, they were so small that the extra large was way too small for me.

The company used DHL Express to deliver it to me but emailed me that i could not use DHL Express, Fedex or any other cheaper express means of shipping. I had to use regular postal service.

First of all, it cost me $135.60CAD to ship to China and it could take up to 3 months.

When I emailed a copy of the receipt and the tracking number, I was informed that I would have to in a sense EAT my $135.60.

First of all, I went to Light in the Box Canada website and it is not written that the items were coming from China. The price tags are in US dollars.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE CROOKS!

Desired outcome: Full refund of purchase and return cost=$346.48

Light In The Box Refund policy not honored.

I ordered a Mermaid Trumpet dress from Lightinthe box web site on November 12, 2021 and received on December 2, 2021 USA date which would be December 3, 2021 overseas. Order number [protected]. Order total, US $186.16 dollars. LITB Customer Service ticket # [protected].

The company Size Chart for the dress measurements displayed on the web site was incorrect which was used to order the dress. The dress ordered was not custom made as indicated by Min, Customer Service Executive, per email received on Saturday, December 4. I had mentioned in my email to Customer Service that there is an extra charge if the dress was customer made as noted on the web site for $20.99, which did not apply to my order. I emphasized that the measurements used where according to the Size Guide posted on the Lighinthe box web site. The dress does not meet my expectations. I wanted a refund for the dress purchase.
I also mentioned that according to the Lightinthe box Return Policy, there is a, "7 day No Reason Return, " Section.
The product is brand new which I had just received in the postage on December 2, 2021 USA time. On December 3, 2021, I sent an email to Lighinthe box web site to Customer Service requesting a refund along with a photo of the dress which was required to proceed, after submitting the information, to receive a refund ticket from Customer Service. I received an automatic email response on December 3, 2021, from Lightinthe box website that Customer Service would respond to my ticket within 1 working day.
On December 4, 2021, I sent another email to Mia, Customer Service Executive and received the response, "Kindly note that whether you choose the standard size OR customized size, they are still considered as Made-To-Measure on our website." "As an appreciation for your support for your support in shopping with us, may we offer you a REWARD of 10% of your item's value of ($15.75)? … For your non-refundable item, you may consider giving away to a friend/family member if you do not wish to keep the item."
Lighinthe box Return Policy states false claims for return refunds.

Desired outcome: A credit refund to my credit card for the purchase price of $157.49 which is, minus the shipping cost and shipping insurance automatically applied to my order.
