KFC kfc cyberjaya service sucks

Ur cyberjaya outlet sucks! I just had a very unpleasant lunch there. Ordered a twister and said I have to wait for 5mins... End up I waited for 15mins+ until I had to ask the manager there.. That young guy is too bz counting the tables so he asked one of the staff to check up the order.. Waited another 5mins then they sent the wrong order! The person who took my order was there and she said "just give what she want".. Wtf is that!.. And no one apologize!..

KFC wrong order and forgot toys

Good day my name is elizabeth eyles, this is my second letter in the week, no response at all, well what do you aspect when the service of kfc are so bad it have to stat from the top of departments. I took an friend on wednesday 30 november to the airport, it was late so my children age 4 and 2 was hungry, I went to kfc, okavango, cape cate, cape town drive fro, order kiddies meals and zinger special for me. On my way back to the n1 in traffic, bumper against bumper my boys asked me were are the toys!
Well 10 minutes ion the road again, have to turn and go back he is crying. Went back ask
The lady for the toys she trow the toys at me and tell me to chose, I asked her this behavior is not acceptable, she walks away, got to car and drove off, start eating my burger and it was terrible no sauce chips are old. This was my last time I will ever eat from kfc. I could have had an descend meal for the same r150 I spend there, and didn't' touch the food.

KFC certain outlets serving pint size pieces

Traveling a lot in saskatchewon and alberta, why are the pieces of chicken in medicine hat, alberta about half the size that those in swift current saskatchewon.talked to numerous people and me like them will quit buying kfc in medicine hat, alberta untill their pieces get to normal size.they're sold by the piece not by the pound so is medicine hat ripping off all of their customers? i'm truly a kfc adict and love it's products, but at the same feel we're being fleased. thanks so much and hope to hear from you soon. in all sinserity, harvey.

KFC I will never go back there again

On Dec 27th 2009, My family and I were eating at KFC in Everett WA. We order the 12 pc meal, as we were eatting my son found a long hair inside the chicken. We were all upset and didn't want to eat anymore of the food, so I went to the front counter and ask if we can have our money back. Jay who was working said he can not give back our money becuase we had already ate the food. I told him it was just the one chicken, he said all he can do is remake our order. We never got our money back and left all the food. When we was leaving I saw all of them laughing at us. I will never go back there again.

KFC maggots/worms in chicken bones

I bought KFC Variety Bucket on Friday, 30th September 2011 at KFC indoroopilly shopping centre.2nd Oct 2011, after heating it up in microwave and halfway eating a piece of it, I found live maggots/worms at the bones/rotten bones and immediately stop eating it and threw it away.It was so gross, and so far the chicken are kept inside the microwave the whole time.Please do something bout it.Cannot risk with food hygiene.

KFC undersized meal

I paid $28.99 for a 12-piece grilled chicken meal which included 3 side dishes. When I got home and opened the "bucket", it was only about 1/3 full. The size of the chicken pieces was so small, I thought they had started cooking PIGEON! I have written to KFC, but I'm not anticipating an answer. I will not return to KFC. I need the most "bang for my buck" and KFC is no longer a excellent value! Protect your wallet... BOYCOTT KFC!

KFC this was the worst experience at a restaurant

Visited the drive-thru on 07/05/11 at 17:48. I have visited the drive thru every other Monday night since KFC started the 14 piece meal promotion. It is a great meal for my family. When I go I usually substitute the coleslaw for the macaroni and cheese. I usually get charged an extra $1.00 or so for the substitution.

On this day I went thru the drive thru and requested the 14 piece meal promotion and asked to substitute the coleslaw for macaroni and cheese (as I always do). I was told “we cannot do that”. I explained to her that I usually always go thru the drive-thru and order this way without a problem. I told her if she needs to charge me extra then she can. She then said “there is no way we can do that”. She did not apologize. I then said what type of meal could I get that is comparable price where I could get the mac and cheese. She then said “look at the menu”.

I understand that if it is something that you can no longer do however customer service is important. The best way to tell someone would be “i am sorry we have changed our policy and can no longer do this, if you really would like the mac and cheese you can order ? it is the same type of meal and you will get want you want”.

Instead she says “look at the menu”, “we don’t do that”. The drive thru was not busy and I do not understand why she was so upset.

When I got to the window I asked for the telephone number to complain she then said I will give you the number to our KFC and it our number. I became very upset. This was the WORST experience at a restaurant. I was afraid to eat my food. I ordered the 14 pieces meal without the substitution but I got home and was terrified they spit in my food. It was not a good experience.

KFC staff are not hygenic

The staff in the restoran was very unhygenic when it comes to the sauces. They lick their fingers and do not wash their hands before handling the sauces. I was very disgusted by the way they lick their fingers and still dare to hold the food and sauces. They got an A for the service and the cleaniless, but it is all so fake. Other than that, their service was sopoor. I had to wait at least half an hour before it reach my turn.Hope that the KFC in Malaysia take action and hope that it does not continue anymore. It destroys Colonel's reputation. Very bad!

KFC coupon not honored

Yesterday, May 6, 2009, Myself and 2 co-workers, went to kfc to get our free 2 pc.grilled meal that we had a coupon for.The one that Oprah announce on her show. The time was 12:05 pm. Two people were in front of us and about 5 in back of us. All of a sudden the girl behind the counter announces "We are no longer honoring the free 2 pc. grilled coupon!" My co-worker asked if they were out of it.(We could see a whole tray of it). And the manager said. No... We said..soooo. You will SELL us a dinner, but not honor your coupon? (the coupon said."while supplies last") The manager stated Yes. I asked what time they opened.she said 10"30 am. Now. it has only been a little over one and a half hours after opening! It is the principal of this matter, not the dollar amount.. Oh by the way, the 5 behind us, left... We should have, however, we only get 1/2 hour for lunch.

i went in kfc milton keynes bletchley 20-08-2011 at 2 oclock i order of my meal the girl her name was cristy she was tiney n wearing glass .she was very rude n she was very boing very bad services .my wife just said to her can i change my drink she was so rude even she she was looking drunk n she was fighting with staff aswell .i said to her that r u ok .she said u get ur meal its fine i dont wana talk i wana serve more customer even she didnot give me any change back n she she took 10 pound from to me n put in pocket .i said to her can i have my 1 pens back she said sorry till is not working so give u change back on ur table then i siad can i have my recepit she said printer machine is not working .its kfc services n now i dont like to go there with family .even she cant speak english .she was looking different country like europen .so pleas sort out my complaint thanks

KFC zinger burgers

Good morning, I am a huge fan of kfc and I make use of many kfc's around the gauteng area, but very disapointed with 2 outlets that I use often, them been kfc tembisa and kfc new road in midrand. I always order the streetwise 8 pic and 2 zinger burgers, just the burgers and on many occassions the zinger breast is grilled so much that one can not eat it and have to throw away the zinger burger away. Please can some one do some quality checks on these branches as im sure im not the only one having this problem. Ie they might be reheating the burger breast which is not healthy at all as I do have 10 years resturant experience behind my name. There is a mcdonald's opening soon opposite the new road branch as well as a nandos, which will give the new road branch a run for there money as if it ahppens again I will never use any of these branches ever again.

I have been watching the ads on tv advertising 50 cent wings. Imagine my surprise when I ordered 6 wings (original recipe) and was charged $5.94. Now, I realise that hot wings were advertised, but I feel a wing is a wing whether it is slathered with sauce or original recipe. KFC dry bland food

hi, ive have been going to kfc since the 1980s and it was very good, but the last 10 years iy has gone really bad, i have been there a few times and tried 4 different kfcs and everytime i have not enjyed it one bit, the food is never fresh and tender, it is always dry and tasteless, , the portions are very small bits of chicken and the coating is not the same, ive wasted no end of money buying family meals and got home and been dissapointed every time, i regreted buyin it everytime, , , total waste of money, im never going there again and warnin friends how bad it is, tasteless dry food and the pieces are small and dry chicken, there is hardly any meat on them.. and now it comes in bags and not boxs just adds to the poor quality, dont know why it has changed so bad, but your quality is 100% worse, , , kfc use to be so good in the 80s, , you have changed for the worse, , , o dont think you will survive if you keep the standards this low, , , i wont be eatin there again, i wish i could claim back all the money ive wasted there, , ,

KFC bullying/higene

My daughter worked for KFC for over 2 years, she was always happy in her work and was only off sick once, she would go and pick up stock when the manager had run out, a new manager took over and he is not thing short of a woman hater and a bully, he also continued trading with a cockcrouch infestation. Just before the last manager left my daughter got pommission to have her ear pierced a week later he left and this new one started, he mad her take it out but let the others wear thiers, when i phoned up and complain he cut her hours as i had put in a complaint, he has done nothing but bully my daughter for the last few months and as a result she left yesterday, withing hours of her leaving he told all the staff they could wear thier piercings. i think i have a case her for victimisation, bully and harrasment in the work place, also they say the chicken is fresh i know for a fact it is not, i went with her to collect stock and it was all frozen chicken legs which is a trading standards issue .
i will be taking advice and i hope this matter is not going to be brushed under the carpet

KFC stole my money

Gave the Cashier $20...she gave me change for a $10...said she did not remember me giving her a $20. (That was the only bill I had in my wallet!) I did not get my food ($9.10 nor did I get the $10)...If the cashiers do this enough, I guess KFC would not even need to pay them as they would get many $10 bills per day---quite a supplemental payday
