I'm Mr. Ng. At 25th July 2011 19:30:53, KFC Tesco Sungai Petani, Kedah. At counter 2, your female staff name Aisyah was giving bad service, worst service to me. I'm just request to have less ais drink and my order of snack plate by replacing coleslaw with whipped potato, but your staff do it by showing me her damnly dark face. This is not the first time i met such situation in kfc. I do heard complaint from my friends too. Sorry to say tat Mc Donald will always be my choice in future. One more thing, bread of zinger burger totally got problem. I wonder why i spend those money for those terrible service and quality.

Good evening. I had a complain toward to kfc ipoh garden. Just now i had order from kfc pooh garden outlet. When i told the staff who name is shalini. I order two ala carte fried chin and large nugget with two large drinks. I already mention to her i wanted two chicken tigh but when the order was ready i checks she giving me one breast and wings. I ask her to change for me she give a sign with an harsh words and throwing back the the chicken and in my box. What kind of attitude is this...and everytime i order chain nugget they never give that bbq sauce, i had to ask them so they will give it to me...the management is still haven't change yet since the last i have a complaint in here...

Today(14/3/16) after my ordering in KFC a guy ringed me after 20 mins (I suppose) telling me wait downstairs I'm coming in 10 or 15 mins. Now I came out of my room 5 mins after that and I was on elevator it took more 5 mins to go down. Now this guy name " SYAM" "rider no- 6581" called me and started yelling at me telling off rudely " I told you to come down 10 mins before here". I was shocked yet I kept saying I am in elevator just will take 1 min. He kept nagging on that. And when I reached it was almost 2 mins. He again stared to shout and argue on that. I said I was on elevator but he was really being rude.
I am really disappointed with this kind of attitude. I have been having KFC food through delivery for quite a long time but have never seen this type of behaviour. I wish I could sent back the delivery that moment right away. It was pretty harassing.
Is this really difficult for anyone to wait only for 2 mins?. And without understanding the situation how can someone just shout on someone else that way.
That was really really disappointing and I don't think I am ever going to look back on KFC when I will be looking for food.

*****KFC should be aware before recruiting any person like that.

hi, recently i went to the kfc restaurant in Teluk Cempedak, Kuantan and the staff named Nurul Aishah did not show any respect to me. She chat with other staff while I am ordering my food and ask me to repeat my order with her black face as I am disturbing her to talk with her friends. She even forgot to gave me my drink and I have to go back to the restaurant asked from her. The supervisor should trained the staffs how to serve and respect the customer and not talk to other staff while there are customers.

ada hari khamis 29 may 2014 pada pukul 9.45pm saya ke restoran KFC taman selayang saya memesan 1snackplate 1 dinnerplate 4 lil’zingger 1 fries dan 1 nugget 6pcs..keadaan pelanggan memang terlalu sikit saya pelanggan yg ke3..casher mengambil pesanan pada pukul 10pm…ayam original waktu itu sudah habis dan lil’burger cuma ada 2..casher memberitahu saya harus menunggu selama 15 min dan saya bersetuju tapi selepas 20min cuma ayam yg siap tetapi burger masih belum siap…bila ditanya mereka mengatakan lagi 3 min siap…selepas 10.30pm saya masih belum dapat burger yg dipesan…semua staff boleh bergurau senda sesama sendiri sedangkan saya sedang menunggu…bila saya hendak keluar dari restoran pada 10.36pm mereka bersorak sambil mengejek saya dgn ayat “wei org marah wei..orang marah wei”sambil bergelak2…yg saya kesal manager sikit pon tidak meminta maaf atas kelewatan pesanan saya sedangkan beliau ada dikaunter pada waktu kejadian…malah dia memberitahu staf2 bukan memerli saya tapi mereka bergurau sesama sendiri sambil ketawa..apabila saya sampai dirumah saya dapati burger yg saya pesan tidak seperti yg dipesan…saya memesan lil’ zingger tapi yg saya dapat berger lain

A good supervisor should respect their worker in order to gain respect and honest, trustworthy and hardworking worker

KFC should check root cause of misconduct but i believe unsatisfied worker may result unsatisfactory worker behaviour.
1) Stress 2) Working hours 3) Pay 4) Benefits
Sometimes unsatisfied worker just resign but there are some who retaliate and sabotage which could tarnish company's reputation.
As a father of 3 kids working for KFC i am not satisfied with what they are getting.
I think KFC should review this because not only KFC will lose a good worker but also may end up having an inner revolting worker.
