Howdy Honda Austin Texas review: Howdy Honda must honor their highest offer of $17,500 for my vehicle.

I took my car in for an appraisal to sell. It’s a 2018 Honda Hybrid Accord with minor front bumper damage. Alec and his sales manager, Matt Cole, made me an initial offer of $12,000. Absurd since fair market value is $22,500. I continued to shop my car around for better offers, obviously, but received a text from MR. COLE stating he reevaluated their initial lowball offer, and can now offer $17,500. I accepted his offer as I’m local to Austin and seek doing business with a decent Honda dealership. Upon further discussion about when I could come in and sign over my car, MR. COLE ignored my texts and calls for DAYS! Alec finally redirected my inquires to the scoundrel MR. COLE only to be met with yet another offer of $16,500…a full week after we agreed on $17,500. Not only did Howdy Honda waste my time, but they cost me real offers!
