AAA Auto Service review: Not an emergency service. Near 4 hours and still waiting

January 2 Sacramento/Tow Service.
I had a car problem and immediately called AAA as me and my friend we are over 4 years member, and at 9:30pm we requested the tow service.
Initially they said it would be 30 min.
Then after 40 minutes another call was made and stormy answered and she said she would "send a Google message to the tow service members and it would take 1hour and 20 minutes" Then after waiting I had to call once again and we talked to the 4th person they said 90mins.
Just to summarize I request assistance for 2.2 miles tow in Sacramento area I'm sitting In 43 weather waiting for a tow truck since 9:30pm and it's 1am so 3hours and half waiting and still no "emergency service"
I never been fed so much BS in my whole life. AAA it's a 50 year old company but sounds like they have one tow truck.
