Constant issues... death/murder at the pool last year; raging parties all night; no security at pool; pool parties; lewd sex in pool; broken glass in pool often; pool often closed; trash everywhere; hallways filthy; roaches; they let random people in your apt — I recently had indoor walmart delivery that they opened door for — I DID NOT ORDER FROM WALMART — IT WAS NOT MY ORDER — so random guy in my apt that they let in — DID NOT SIGN ANYTHING TO LET ANYONE ENTER — RECENTLY SENT 6 EMAILS STATING NO NOTICE WAS PROVIDED for the GOOGLE ppl to enter when I was home sick and stepped out to go to the doctor — the damaged a plant and left my furniture for me to move back... then they followed me from my car to my apt and kept trying to push around me to enter my apt — I said NO... spoke to their supervisor and he said that mngmnt left notes on doors the other day... NOPE — they did not on my hallway — I have ring and rreviewed it — nope no notes left on doors... AND they have let housekeeper in once, then the next time they refused-when I gave permission-then they let her in, then they refused — they seem to only follow the rules they feel like following on any given day. there is a longer list of violations — but letting people enter my apt when I specifically have it in wirting that no one is to enter without my explicit permission — and then it keeps happening... is a lease violation and a safety issue. I spoke with walmart and filed complaint there and am filing a police report for the illegal entry (vineyard apts and walmart) but so many issues and I want to move

Desired outcome: release from lease w/o negative impact to credit; w/o collections; w/o financial/contractual consequence; w/o 'early termination' fees/charges on my credit history/report. I want to leave this awful dangerous disgustingly dirty place
