AffordableHousing.com Untrustworthy AffordableHousing.com: Scammers can easily post fake listings

So, I found this site called AffordableHousing.com, where people list their rental properties. It seemed like a good deal, but boy was I wrong. Apparently, anyone can list their property without any vetting process. This means that people can totally scam potential renters with false listings. Some of these listings may even look legit and professional, but don't be fooled like I was.

I tried reaching out multiple times to someone from AffordableHousing.com for help, but it looks like they don't really care about their customers. It's pretty frustrating, especially when I provided them with information about the shady landlord who scammed me. Honestly, this whole situation ruined my Christmas since I now can't move out when my lease ends in January.

So, be warned! Don't trust everything you see on AffordableHousing.com. It's not a well-known or trustworthy site.

AffordableHousing.com Scam Alert: Beware of HelloSection8.com's Bogus Section 8 Home Listings and Fees

Yo, I just gotta tell y'all about this bogus website called HelloSection8.com. They're trying to straight-up scam people by advertising Section 8 homes and then collecting all sorts of fees like application fees, rent fees, and deposit fees. And it ain't just me who's been getting hit up by these fraudsters - I've heard from tons of folks who've gotten text messages trying to rope them into renting properties all over NJ.

The worst part? When I tried calling these shady characters to see if they were legit, they straight-up hung up on me and refused to talk on the phone. That's when I knew they weren't the real deal and had probably already ripped off other folks by taking their money and personal information. And honestly, it's no surprise - they're advertising some crazy low rental prices that are too good to be true.

So let me save y'all some trouble and tell you to steer clear of HelloSection8.com. It's nothing but a hot mess of a scam site that's out to steal your cash and info. Don't be fooled by their slick website - it's all a bunch of BS.

AffordableHousing.com Unreliable and Frustrating: A Review of AffordableHousing.com's Incompetence and Poor Customer Service

Holy cow, where do I even begin with AffordableHousing.com? First of all, let me just say that this website is a total mess. I've been trying to use it to find affordable housing options for the past few weeks and I swear to god, it's like pulling teeth. The damn thing is so slow that I can barely navigate around it without wanting to throw my computer out the window. And don't even get me started on the customer service - it's basically non-existent. I don't think I've ever encountered a company that cares less about their customers than these guys.

But what really grinds my gears about this website is the fact that so many low-income families and landlords rely on it to find and offer affordable housing. It's a downright shame that a company can be this incompetent and still manage to stay in business. I mean, seriously, how hard is it to keep a website up and running? It's not rocket science!

Apparently, the issue here is with IT and the fact that they can't seem to get their act together. So, as a property management company with 90% of our tenants on section 8, I'm calling on all of you out there to help us figure out what government authority we need to contact to get this mess sorted out. We're tired of wasting our time and energy on a website that's barely functional. It's time for a change.

In conclusion, I would not recommend AffordableHousing.com to anyone. If you're looking for affordable housing options, you're better off searching elsewhere. And if anyone knows who we should be contacting to get this website fixed, please let us know. We'd greatly appreciate it.

AffordableHousing.com AffordableHousing.com Review: Terrible Customer Service and Tech Issues Make it the Worst Website for Section 8 Housing

Man, let me tell you something about this AffordableHousing.com website. If I could hit them with negative stars, I would! They're straight up ignoring our calls for help for almost a whole dang year now. We've tried multiple times to fix this issue with updating a listing, but all we get is "everything looks good on our end." They must be looking a different screen or something, because there's definitely some major tech problems going on here. Worst of all, they're still charging us! This is nothing but a scam. The only people stuck using this dumb website are Section 8 voucher holders like me, who have no other choice. Yet they're happy to charge landlords big bucks and not do anything to make the site better. Their customer service team denies everything, which is just flat-out ridiculous. I don't know about you, but AffordableHousing.com is the worst website I've ever used. It's terrible that we're being forced to use it, especially when we were happy with gosection8.com before.

AffordableHousing.com Avoid AffordableHousing.com: Scam Alert!

Hey guys, listen up real quick! I just wanted to give you a heads up about my experience with AffordableHousing.com. Let me tell you, it's not good news. I've been scammed not once, but twice by these folks! Seriously, they are not to be trusted.

The biggest issue I've found is that none of the places they show on their website are actually available. They're listed in other places too, but with higher rent because the real home owners aren't affiliated with AffordableHousing.com. Don't be fooled by them though, they have some sort of key pad override that lets them into the properties they don't own to show you around. And then they take your application fee and hike up the rent knowing dang well you won't be able to afford it!

Here's a name for you to avoid: Atieh Ardameh. She's one of the culprits who takes your application fee and then raises the rent so it's too high for you to afford. Then she's out of there and on to her next victim.

Honestly, it's not worth the risk. I wouldn't just say "beware" of this website, I would tell you to avoid it at all costs! There are plenty of other options out there for affordable housing, don't get sucked into this scam!

AffordableHousing.com AffordableHousing.com: Finding Affordable Rentals or Falling Prey to Scammers?

Listen up, y'all, because I've got something important to tell you about AffordableHousing.com. You know how hard it is to find a decent place to live these days, especially if you're on a tight budget? Well, this website is supposed to help you find affordable and subsidized rentals in your area. But don't let that fool you, because there are some shady characters out there trying to scam you.

I'm talking about gosection8, y'all. They think they can trick you into paying $40 just to see a list of rentals, and then they take your money and run. It's like they don't even care about helping people find a place to live, they just want to line their own pockets. And you know what's the worst part? Even if you report them, the website won't do anything about it!

It's not just gosection8, either. There are plenty of other scammers out there trying to take advantage of people who are just trying to find a home. And you can bet the Housing Authorities know about it, because they turned to AffordableHousing.com for a reason. You see, they're playing favorites and discriminating against American Citizens. They want to keep the good stuff for themselves and leave the rest of us out in the cold.

But here's the thing: we can fight back. We can use websites like AffordableHousing.com to find the listings we need, and we can watch out for scammers and flag them when we see them. We can't rely on the authorities to do anything about it, because they're too busy lining their own pockets. No, we've got to take matters into our own hands and fight for our right to a decent place to live.

So if you're tired of getting scammed and discriminated against, check out AffordableHousing.com and see what they can do for you. Maybe you'll find the home of your dreams, or maybe you'll just help someone else avoid a scam. Either way, we've got to stick together and fight for what's right, y'all. So let's get to it!

AffordableHousing.com Beware of AffordableHousing.com: My Experience Reveals Sketchy Landlords Preying on Vulnerable Renters

Listen up folks, I gotta be real with y'all about my experience with AffordableHousing.com. I was absolutely stoked when I got approved for a voucher, thinking I finally caught a break, but boy was I wrong. The first landlord I dealt with turned out to be a slimy scam artist and unfortunately, I didn't learn my lesson because I fell for three more sketchy situations. It hurts my heart to say that I got played, but luckily, now I know what to watch out for when it comes to bogus landlords.

I had high hopes for this site, thinking it was a safe haven for people like me who are strugglin' to make ends meet. But boy was I dead wrong. These money hungry landlords didn't give a hoot about me or my financial struggles. I only ended up losin' a hunnit bucks in application fees, but for someone like me who is barely gettin' by, that's a big blow.

I'm a single mom just tryin' to make it, ya know? And it's sad that there are people out there that didn't think twice about taking advantage of my situation. I was hoping to find a place to call home for me and my kids, but now I'm not too hopeful about that happening anytime soon.

All I'm sayin' is, be cautious with AffordableHousing.com. It's really not a safe space and unfortunately there are slimy people out there that see the opportunity to scam people in need. Watch out for those red flags and don't make the same mistake I did. Trust me, it's not worth it.

AffordableHousing.com Beware of Scams on AffordableHousing.com: My Personal Experience

So, let me tell you about my experience on AffordableHousing.com. Unfortunately, I fell victim to a scam not once, but twice on this website. It's just not right that the system is so easily manipulated by these two-bit crooks and the consequences for those who are vulnerable are devastating. I mean, this website is supposed to be for the low-income, disabled, veterans, elderly, and others who are down on their luck. They deserve better!

I don't understand why AffordableHousing.com doesn't have a more secure website for their customers. It's concerning that people who are already struggling to find a place to call home are now being placed in even more precarious situations. It's been a constant struggle for me to find a place for my family, dogs, and myself to live. Being on section 8 doesn't make it any easier.

In just the last six months, I've experienced eviction, discrimination, constant rejection, embarrassment, and harassment. It's enough to make anyone feel like a fool when you realize you've been scammed. These petty thieves are just stealing from people who are already vulnerable and it's not fair. The worst part is that my family's health is declining and it's not just a monetary loss anymore.

I can't really put my finger on how these scammers come across our information, but it's strange that they knew exactly what I was looking for and where. I think I'm going to start looking into how they're doing this and see if I can find some answers. If I do find out what's going on, I believe that everyone who's been hurt by these scams deserves compensation from AffordableHousing.com for allowing this to happen. It's time that these enablers take some responsibility for what's happening on their site.

AffordableHousing.com Unreliable and Shady Billing Practices at AffordableHousing.com - A Warning Review

Hey guys, so I wanted to share my experience with AffordableHousing.com. I recently posted my house on their website and paid $79 for one month of their service. Everything was going well until they suspended my account after only 20 days. I was confused and frustrated, so I reached out to them and asked what was going on.

That's when things got really weird. Apparently, they claimed that back in October of 2017 (four years ago!), I had opened an account with them and never paid. First of all, that was news to me - I had no recollection of ever using their service before. Second of all, they were clearly upset that I had reported them to the BBB back in 2017. It was like they were holding a grudge against me or something.

But here's the kicker - I actually did pay them for October of 2017. In fact, I remember very clearly that they charged me for November as well, but I disputed that charge with my credit card company and had it reversed. And guess what? On the same day that I disputed the charge (11/21/2017), they suspended my account. So you can imagine my frustration when they turned around several years later and accused me of never paying for their service.

Long story short, I tried to explain all of this to their customer service rep, Ula, but she wasn't having it. She told me to send her my credit card statement showing that I had paid for October 2017, which I did - multiple times. But she ignored my emails and phone calls and refused to acknowledge that I had paid for their service.

The whole situation was so shady and frustrating. What's worse is that they still wanted me to pay for the full 30 days of service, even though they had suspended my account after just 20 days. And get this - the account from 2017 and the account from 2021 had completely different names, phone numbers, and email addresses. But somehow they linked them together and tried to use my past account against me.

To be honest, I wouldn't recommend using AffordableHousing.com. Their customer service is terrible, their billing practices are shady, and they seem to hold grudges against their customers. Save yourself the headache and look elsewhere for housing options.

AffordableHousing.com Scammed Out of Money: AffordableHousing.com Failed Me as a Platform

I was in a tough spot with my emergency Section 8 voucher quickly running out, so I turned to AffordableHousing.com for help finding a place to live. Unfortunately, my experience with the landlords on this site left a lot to be desired.

When I started reaching out to potential landlords, I was hopeful that I would find someone who would work with me and my tight timeline. However, things quickly went downhill from there. Despite uploading all the necessary documentation, including my ID and voucher, I found that the landlords on this site were extremely difficult to communicate with. Instead of reaching out directly, they only messaged me through the website. This made it hard to keep track of what was going on and felt very impersonal.

But the worst was yet to come. After paying a $50 application fee to one landlord, Corey Bowden, to rent a property listed at 2416 Elsevier St, Mobile, AL *** , I was scammed out of my hard-earned money. Mr. Bowden's wife was the one who communicated with me the most, and sadly, she was a straight-up liar. She promised me that if I passed the background check, I would get the property. And I did pass, but then she ghosted me! The audacity!

After five days of waiting for them to follow up on my application, I was finally told that the property was rented to someone else, despite their guarantee that I'd get it if my background check came back clean. They stole my money, time, and peace of mind. I'm holding AffordableHousing.com responsible too. Their platform allowed this kind of scamming to happen, and they didn't regulate it. That's just plain wrong! So I'm going to sue them too for false advertising, theft, and fraud.

They were never going to rent me that property; their only goal was to defraud me out of $50 and waste my time. I should have been more careful, but they had the opportunity to make things right when I missed the first scheduling. Instead, they chose to cheat and rob me out of my chance to find affordable housing quickly. I didn't have that $50 to spare, and I didn't have the time to waste on people who didn't respect me. It's just outrageous!

AffordableHousing.com AffordableHousing.com: A Useless Website for Those In Need of Voucher Housing

Man, I gotta talk about AffordableHousing.com - it's no bueno, folks! I was in a real pickle and needed voucher housing pronto, but their search engine gave me nada. Zero. Zilch. Like, what even is the point of having a website that doesn't work? I couldn't even set a min or max price or any other deets to help me out. It's like they're not even trying to help out people like me who have disabilities and such. Total trash site, if you ask me.

AffordableHousing.com AffordableHousing.com Review: Don't Waste Your Time or Money on This Junk Site

So, I saw this site called AffordableHousing.com and I was like, "Oh, cool. Maybe they can help ease the burden of my rent." They offer a free trial for two days which is pretty dope, but then they charge you almost forty bucks a month for something that you can easily do yourself on Craigslist or other free sites.

I thought that maybe their listings were legit and possibly vetted, but let me tell you, I saw some sketchy stuff on there. Some of the listings are from scammers who are just trying to get your money. I mean, come on, can they even do a simple background check?

Honestly, the site looks like a barely legal mess and I would definitely not recommend it to anyone. I don't know where they are getting that $39.95 a month from. For real though, don't waste your time or money on this junk site. Just use the resources that you already know and trust.

AffordableHousing.com AffordableHousing.com Review: Not So Affordable and Inclusive for Low-income Families

Yo, I gotta say, I was kinda bummed out when I checked out AffordableHousing.com. I mean, I thought it was supposed to be a site that helped low-income families, but when I saw that they wanted credit scores of 600 or 700, I was like, come on now! Ain't nobody perfect, and it seems like a lot of folks could get pushed out of the running just 'cause their credit ain't top-notch.

And it's not just that - I got a past full of good rental history, but even then, it seems like landlords and property managers can be hard-[censored] and refuse to rent to me. So if these AffordableHousing.com folks ain't gonna help out families that really need it, what's the point, y'know?

Overall, I think they could do a lot better in terms of being more understanding to the struggles facing low-income families. So, yeah, I'm not exactly thrilled with this site and would definitely recommend folks to look elsewhere if they're really in need of help finding affordable housing.

AffordableHousing.com False Hope: My Experience with AffordableHousing.com

Dude, I gotta tell ya, I went on AffordableHousing.com the other day and it was a total bummer. The thing is, most of the listings were way old - like, they've been up there forever, you know? And to make things worse, when I called some of the places, they were like "Sorry, that pad is no go" (or something like that) - like, if it's unavailable, why leave it up there, you know? Talk about wasting our time, man. I mean, websites like this should be upfront and not trick the average Joe into thinking he's about to scoop a sweet spot, and then boom - no dice.

AffordableHousing.com AffordableHousing.com Review: Beware of Hidden Fees and Billing Scams

So, here's the thing about AffordableHousing.com - and it ain't pretty. I had a property to rent out, and thought I'd give it a shot by listing it on their site. They had a 1 month, $79 plan, which seemed fair enough. I slapped a sign out front, and lo and behold, someone rented the place! So far, so good.

I canceled my listing with AffordableHousing.com, thinking that was that. But then, I got an email from Gosection8 - who seem to be affiliated with AffordableHousing.com - asking me why I was ending my account. I told them what was up, and thought that was the end of it.

But then, I looked at my credit card statement a few months later. And what do you think I found? Yep, AffordableHousing.com had been charging me for the past three months, even though I had no listings with them and had already canceled my account. Those thieves!

I called them up to try and sort it out, and the person on the other end of the line was a real smartass about it. They told me I should have called to cancel - as if that wasn't what I thought I was doing in the first place! Total BS.

So, needless to say, I'm never using affordablehousing.com again. They're a bunch of crooks, liars, and thieves. Don't waste your time or money on them, folks.

AffordableHousing.com Beware of AffordableHousing.com: A Scam Disguised as Affordable Housing

Alright, so my experience with AffordableHousing.com was not good. I'm talking 0 stars, but they forced me to put one in this review. Let me tell you, none of the houses on their site are actually for rent. I did some digging and found out that if you search any of the addresses on Google, they either got foreclosed or are being auctioned. It's like they're not even trying to make it look real!

One thing that really got me heated was that the house I'm currently renting was listed on their site for a huge amount of money. Like, I know for a fact that the owner didn't post it there. The scammers who run the site probably just snagged some photos from Zillow or something. And, get this, they tried to charge triple the rent for the area! They must have thought people are dumb enough to believe it. But seriously, guys, just Google the addresses and you'll see for yourself.

All in all, I wouldn't recommend AffordableHousing.com to anyone. The site is a total scam and they shouldn't be allowed to operate. Save yourself the headache and stay far away from it.

AffordableHousing.com AffordableHousing.com Review: Rollercoaster of Expectations and Disappointments

So, I tried out AffordableHousing.com and let me tell you, it was a bit of a rollercoaster ride. At first, I was pleasantly surprised by the number of interested renters that came my way - but then I hit a brick wall. Out of the 200 or so potentials, only THREE ended up being legit. What a bummer!

To add salt to the wound, their contact info was mostly dead ends. Emails bounced back, phone numbers were out of service - it was a whole lot of nothing.

But wait, there's more! AffordableHousing.com tried to pull one over on me with their sneaky recurring charge scam. Even if I hadn't logged in or made any engagement with the site, they just kept charging me! I definitely felt like I was wasting my precious time and hard-earned money.

Overall, I wouldn't recommend AffordableHousing.com to anyone. Save yourself the headache and find a different resource for your affordable housing search. Trust me, you'll thank me later!
