Colorado Realty and Property Management, Inc. is an incredible company. They communicate every step. There are multiple people working on properties so that one property manager isn't wearing all 22 hats. When I call the office a human answers, not a computer. Wow!

My experience with Colorado RPM has been absolutely fantastic, they are always responsive, friendly, great communicators. Just all-around great company, I would highly recommend them to anyone. Unlike other property management companies they truly seem to care about their tenants!

I strongly discourage using CRPM to manage your property. Their communication with tenets is aberrant and response times to scheduling maintenance is harmful to the residences they manage. CRPM has ignored active leaks which could have turned into substantial dry wall damage, all while leaving tenets without water for multiple days. There have been threats of additional fees imposed for non-tenet scheduled deliveries and requests that tenets miss work to coordinate with maintenance personnel. Staff at CRPM is very unprofessional in messages to tenets and unresponsive to critical communication.

Colorado Realty and Property Management has a major issue with communicating with customers. As a potential client I received no notification or contact from them at any point in time without reaching out to them multiple times myself and was only able to speak with the person responsible for my issue after I called 4 times with grievances. With the current state of the housing market their lack of communication caused myself and two other roommates undue stress and put us behind in our search for a home, potentially even causing us to seek short term rental accommodations and additional financial harm.

CRPM did a terrific job and worked together as a team to rent out my house a year ago. They found good tenants during COVID-19 who kept the house up, made improvements to the yard and paid their rent on time. *** was very competent and did a walk through before renting to discuss what needed to be repaired and hired the contractor to do the work. *** did a great job coordinating maintenance issues during the year. All the staff was very helpful and friendly. When I decided to sell my house to the tenants after a year, *** from CRPM was my real estate agent. He looked out for my interests and was very patient answering all my questions.

As a current renter I have had questions regarding lease renewal. I have not been able to connect/hear from a leasing agent. Today when I called again I spoke with a gentleman named *** Early! Wow, how refreshing from the stand point of customer service with any company!*** was well spoken, professional and not just another voice trying to quickly transfer the call.During my introduction he obviously pulled up my account (because of caller ID?), replied to me by name. Demonstrated great listening skills as to why and whom I was trying to contact. Most importantly...he knew the business structure (who I would need to speak with) and why I would need to speak to that person.*** not only owned his role, represented his employer in a professional caring manner, he knew what he was doing and actually was able to solve have of my concerns, simply by listening.Hard to find customer service, especially in this day and age with companies being so short staffed or under trained staffing.Thank you ***!

Colorado Realty and Property Management, Inc. does not inspect properties as they claim to do. Our rental property sustained thousands of dollars in damages, and all the kitchen appliances had to be replaced or repaired when the tenants moved out. The company blames "normal wear and tear" even though the few previous inspections they claim to have conducted revealed no problems. I thought they would actually inspect the property with pre and post rental pictures. No such luck. When I confronted Danielle, the person in charge of maintenance, all she would say was, "We did our due diligence." But when I inquired if she even looked in the refrigerator or turned on the stove or the microwave or even noticed the puddle next to the dishwasher which was leaking, all I got was the "due diligence" response. She returned most of the damage deposit to the tenants, and we are stuck with over 10 thousand dollars in repairs and replacements. I recommend that anyone needing competent property management, look elsewhere. You won't find it here!
