Great Presentation from Mike F, great installation work Edward C and his team. Answered questions when I had them, were professional, clean, quality (like Art work as I referred to the install) timely, friendly job.

A well oiled machine. Our entire experience with install was stress free and they worked our requests in seamlessly. Demo, install, and customer service are all top notch. 5 Stars and I highly recommend trusting them with your new sytem.

My experience with Quality Home services has been great. I like my water softener system very much. The installers Mark and Ignacio were very professional. Follow up with Jessica was very helpful too. It was not just installed and then I was forgotten.

The installation guys were awesome, patient and explained everything. Had an electrical issue later and they were quick to come fix it without a question. Very satisfied with company. Everything from installation and even the follow up. 5 stars all the way.

Chris and his team were exceptional upon installation. All team members were courteous and friendly and very respectful of our home. Adam, kept me informed of each step through out the process. Brian gave us the best price out of all of the other local Sun Power dealers.

Such an easy process from scheduling the presentation to installation and lots of follow up to make sure that I understood how everything works, checked the water and make sure I knew how to order my free products. Very satisfied. I want to protect my old pipes from the well water plus our health!

They stand by their product. They are good at what they do. Their customer service is very good. They are not the type of company that doesn't help you after you buy their product. Albert came by to see what was wrong with my water softener, he is extremely knowledgeable. He explained everything to help me understand. And then took the steps to fix the problem and not have it happen again. I would highly recommend using rain soft and Quality home services. I'm a customer for life.

I had the privilege today of having my system serviced by a wonderful employee by the name of Coree B. He was polite, knowledgeable and when I had a question that he was not sure of... he called the company to get the correct answer. I would definitely recommend him for anyone using Quality Water Co. needing service. I wish him a long and happy career with this company and I definitely want him back next time I need him for a service call. Sincerely

I was sold a Solar System that had a monitiring system so i can personally see what my system is producing. Brooke Hamilton was my sales person and new i had a horrible experience previous to Sun Power By quality home Services. He told me the monitoring system was monitored by an App called Advocator. When the system was okayed to be turned on I was instructed by Adam who got my system turned on and told me that i would have to download a new program called My Sun Power which my sales person never told me that they were using a new app to monitor my solar. This is a new monitoring system. I believe my sales person wasnt being totally honest to me because if he would of told me that they were changing monitoring system and this is very new monitoring system i would have never gone with this company, because we all know anything new that there is a probabiity of things that could go wrong until they could work out all the bugs. Let me just say that since day 1 my monitoring has not worked properly. We are going on a month that they have not been able to fix the issue. I have been waiting patiently for this to get resolved. Nobody can tell me what is wrong and how long it is going to take to get fixed or if it will ever be fixed. I still have to pay for something that is not operating 100% to what my sales person sold me on. They keep telling me that the panels are producing which im not contesting that but i cant monitor my system which was a big part that i wanted to be able to see for myself. All i was ever asked to this day is the company to say we got your back and until we have everything up and running as to my contract that im only responsible for the panels not the monitoring system until they get the monitoring up and running 100%. Even if you say it only a software issue, you cant sale me a software that does not work. The monitoring is part of the whole system. Bottom line i feel mis lead by Brooke Hamilton My salesperson not being honest and letting me know up front that the company was using a new app for monitoring, cuz i definitley would have went with another company but that was taken away from me cus my salesman decided to leave that information out and lead me to believe that i would be using the app Advocator which he told me the company has been used for many years and no issues. All i wanted is to trus Brooke in what he told me that you will be 100% percent happy at the end. Now that i have this issue Brooke has not returned any of my calls or text. I also try to call tech support and get disrespected and the run aroung with what s going on. I even have called the service dept and have let messages to see when all this will be resolved and no one has ever returned my calls unless you catch someone that happens to answer. This company makes me feel like we got you now just deal with the problem. I cant sleep at night because i feel im being taken advantage of. There is a lot more i can say how i have been treated through the process of the monitoring problem. i cant say but nothing but good things on the installers that put the panels on my roof. Adam who is not his job that deals with these kinds of problem has been very nice and trys to help. My sales person should be ashamed of himself, the sales manager Tom who doesnt care and has just hung up on me and can tell by his conversation with me he is not here to back the customer. Just a very frustrated customer!
