Google review: Taking money off my card. Without my permission

I talk with a lady on 4/1/24 that works for direct express and she told me there was nine transaction on my account from google and google took money off my card on 3/1/24 and 4/1/24 and she turn me over to dispute department and i was on the phone from 10am till 11:20am and recording says.Your dispute has been done.Goodbye and at present my dispute has not be taken care of yet and i need my money and i did not get mail or email,phone call and i talked with google and they said everything was free and i told them.Why did direct express tell me that google took money and they hanged up on me.I need my money put back on my new card and the money was taken off this card [protected]/08/31/28/972 and i need my money.I am on a fixed income.
