Very disappointed
Fahlo sent me an email stating that I had won a free odyssey bracelet I put it in my cart read how much shipping was and left the page the next day I was sent another email saying that I would get free shipping for the items in my cart showing the odyssey bracelet In my cart at $0.00 but was not able to complete the order the website would not allow me ... when I contacted customer care asking for help completing the order as the email stated I could I was told that Fahlo did not intent to honor that deal and I have not received it.
Problem with order and unanswered emails
Ordered six bracelets for Christmas gifts and six bracelets came with only five tracking cards. Have sent two emails one direct from my order and one through their website with no response. No customer service phone number is listed on the website and now these gifts will not be usable without the tracking information. This will be good to know for next time and perhaps we will order from a different seller

I ordered four bracelets as Christmas gifts on November 27th when Fahlo has their cyber Monday sale. I was very excited to give these as gifts because I had heard great stuff about this company. On December 4th, the bracelets still hadn't shipped, so I messaged Fahlo customer service through their website. Never got a response, but on December 6th, I got an email saying the bracelets shipped with DHL to be transferred to USPS. Since then, the tracking has only gone to December 9th in Orlando, but nothing since then. So, on December 14th, I messaged customer service again through Fahlo's website, and I messaged through Fahlo's Facebook page. Unfortunately, there is still no response. These were supposed to be Christmas gifts for friends and my teenage son's girlfriend. I really would like to figure out if I'm ever going to receive my purchase or if I should just get a refund.
If you want an animal for only 6 months, this is perfect for you!
I have quite a few animals with them and early on one of mine stopped tracking and they replaced it. Then, recently, I had contacted them about my other animals not tracking at all along with order numbers and all of that. Their answer was we only guarantee tracking for 6 months and if you want another animal you'll have to buy another one. Absolutely livid right now.

So, on a SATURDAY night, without me contacting them in ANY way, they reached out to me about the issue and expedited a mix of colors in order to ensure the class received them on time. They were a huge hit! Since then, I've ordered a polar bear, elephant and joined the subscription club! Just placed an order for the new giraffe trek bracelets as well. People constantly ask about my bracelets and i direct them straight to the site. Will very happily be a customer for life!

I posted a comment on the *** page that I was concerned and didn't receive a confirmation email of my purchase. It was a SUNDAY on a holiday weekend and they answered my post privately. The rep I talked to assured me they would be in Texas in plenty of time for the holidays...and they were. My granddaughters had them linked to their phones within seconds of opening their gifts and loved having their 'own' animal with a name to watch. Because they loved their bracelets I ordered the shark and the polar bear for birthdays and Valentines. The bracelets are well made and are a great teaching tool as well. You can't go wrong ordering from fahlo.

I placed an order on November 23 for my son's friend's birthday party
I placed an order on November 23 for my son's friend's birthday party. He loves sharks and I thought this would be so cool to track a shark and have a cool bracelet. I noticed I was never getting an update so I reached out on Dec. 1 to check and see where the bracelets were. First I was told to give it a couple more days. Then I was told *** was having an update problem. Then when I showed them USPS wasn't updating it either, they asked for my address. All of a sudden, they "found" it and *** has it. You can see what's going on with carriers and it's obvious they created a label but had never taken the bracelets to *** to ship. Now my son is going to a birthday party tomorrow night and has to tell his friend his birthday present is coming. 17 days from Texas to Kansas is a little excessive. When it gets here it will be 23 days-if it's really coming.

Shipping problem
I had brought 4 bracelets from the Fahlo website on 31/8. My order number is #1471370. When the shipment came to Hong Kong, it got returned by the Hong Kong Post office without noticing me. They claimed that there were a mistake on the address so they couldn’t find me and deliver to me. I have checked that my address were totally correct so it shouldn’t be like that. Contact through emails, Instagram or even though Facebook but no one reply me. Why said 24 hours? Contact for 3 days more already. $6X deducted from my Mastercard and there were no refund or reach out for the shipping problem? Ridiculous and very disappointing.

Bought an elephant tracking bracelet on Aug 24 and paid the extra 9.95 for 2-3 day shipping. It says it shipped 8 days ago and still no bracelet. They clearly didn't ship it the way I paid for. On 5/12/23, I ordered 3 turtle tracking bracelets that were charged to my credit card. I did not receive confirmation of my order or an order number. I made several email attempts to contact their support division to inquire about the status of my order and what the expected delivery date would be with no response. I have however received promotional texts offering special product discounts. In replying to these texts to ask about my order, there has been no response. I purchased the bracelets for my girls who I'll be seeing soon on an upcoming trip. With no communication back from the company, I'm not confident that my order is being processed, and if it is, that I'll have it in time for my departure. I've since found an alternate source to purchase the bracelets and have sent another email to the support division requesting cancellation of my order and to refund my credit card. I purchased three bracelets: a lion, an elephant, and a penguin from Fahlo. I received them in a timely manner, but part of the appeal of the product was a portion of the price went to tracking animals for research purposes. Along with the bracelet I was to receive information about a specific animal, its name, and a QR code that I could use to follow their tracking. I did not receive that information for any of my bracelets. I have sent three messages on their contact line, but have received no response, and no information. I feel that I have given the company ample time to respond if they were going to.

I have emailed the company regarding this, but have yet to receive a response or return instructions. I was eventually given a tracking number that was not accurate. Then a tracking number that said my package was in route to me but it wouldn't update on the tracking. I contacted the company and they said if I didn't get an accurate update to my package whereabouts by that following Friday Sept 10, 2021, they would re-ship my item. On Friday I again contacted them and told them that there was still no update and they told me to wait longer. Today I contacted *** to see where my package is and they informed me that my package was never sent out by the company but a shipping label was created. I again emailed the company and haven't heard back from them. I placed my order on Sept 4th 2021 and today is Sept 13. I want to be refunded for my purchase as this company, I believe, may be fraudulent.

On Sunday, March 28, I made an onlinecus order with Wildlife Collections for a bracelet. I ordered a bracelet with the knowledge that the proceeds went to the wildlife, this particular one for the polar bears. I paid $14.95 for the bracelet, with a $2.99 discount. I also paid for express shipping (2-3 days) in the amount of $9.95 and sales tax in the amount of $1.45 for a total of $23.36. Monday, March 29 a shipping label was created by the company where I received a tracking number. This is the last thing on the so called package. I sent an email to the company and a *** request for customer service since there is not a phone number for the company. I was informed yesterday that the bracelet shipped and it was the postal service issue. I have spoken to the postal service twice and they have assured me a label was indeed created but the company never sent the bracelet for shipping. I have sent several emails and *** postings where I have gotten flip/short answers from the company. The company has requested to be contacted privately through *** so they keep a "high" standard to their potential customers. When I finish this mail, I will also report them to *** as frauds. They refuse me answers, will not refund me and will not contact me anyway but email. I believe this company is fraudulent and they will not take responsibility for their actions. I feel as though this company preys on people and their good nature in wanting to help the wildlife in this world.

I placed an order for 5 bracelets on Dec 11. it is now dec 13 and I havent received any order confirmation email, and my fahlo account shows no previous orders. Yet, my CC has been charged. I ve reached out over their customer support from, instagram and have heard nothing back. I just want my bracelets in time for Christmas
I ordered 6 bracelets for my kids for a Christmas gift order number 1818423. Today I received my package with none of the 6 bracelets I ordered but instead with 6 post cards. How do I order bracelets which my receipt states and receive post cards only woth the invoice? I would appreciate a response and a refund of the 71.88 I spent.
I had bought 4 bracelets on October 17, 2023 and I had returned them on November 16th! I’ve sent several emails for a month now and they haven’t responded yet! They owe me $58.48! I’ll never purchase anything from them again! Here’s a copy of my receipt from USPS.

I Purchased a bracelet at aquarium and scanned theAnimal. The animal hasn't pinged for 5 days prior to purchase and still not today. It lost its tracker or died. Would we be able to get a new shark to track.
Hi we ordered a bracket and paid for expedited shipping and no bracelet has came . This was a birthday gift . I have a pre shipment tracking number but nothing has been shipped .
I recently placed an order with them and when I went to check if it was shipped yet it said that I cancelled the order which I know for a fact I didn't this is messed up they have now lost a customer.
Shipping takes longer then I expect( order on 6/1 delivered on 6/9 )
I ordered 2, only received 1 and never heard back from the company.
And mine does not look like a picture from the website, I would love to exchange to the other one with the pattern at the bear.
I send couple of messages to the company, they never responded.
