GO2bank review: Refund check of 608.13 never received 19

My GO2Bank debit card, notification says my card is locked, but my phone says it is unlocked. When I called the customer service and put my card numbers and security code it says it is invalid numbers, I checked it 4 times to make sure they were right. So I can't get in touch with customer service.

Reported fraud , they supposedly locked account but fraudulent charges were still processed , customer service needs to learn English

I receive my tax refund,11/16/2023 I made a few transaction on 11/20/2023 my card was blocked permanently in my account was closed I have call multiple times in they are telling me my account in under review I haven't receive any emails about the freeze of the account

Go ² bank is holding my money. Keep lying saying they sent my check its been four months nothing! Cust service: is no help if I can even get thru. I'm going to involve the poice and sue for mine and pain for having to go without lost my housing homeless stranded, etc. This is felony theft and fraud!

I have several transactions on my account that I did not authorize. I have the forms filled out an pics of the transactions that were not authorized by me. This is not the first time I've had this issue but is the first time it's been goin on for months an months. How are people able to use our information?

I opened an account with them, set up direct deposit. My employer deposited it 9/24 and it is 10/2, they have NO IDEA where the money is! DO NOT USE THIS BANK!

Hi my name is Timothy Edwards I have a go2bank account and it's $ 172 in the negative and I don't use it like that a go2bank charging me $15 dollars every time I use it I don't understand why I was to dispute it cause it cuts into my ssa check every month I can pay my bills like that I want to file a companit

Every single time, I attempt to log-into My checking account; the go2bank website page does not allow Me access! Ever! This is unacceptable!

My card is not working ,saying it's invalid and my direct deposit is not there and it's always there, where is my money at and why can't I use my card, I'm hungry and I have bills to pay..my job has sent my direct desposit..it's from bata plastics .

This bank is complete trash... They are the absolute worst bank I ever had a account with, they do anything to give u a hard time.. they offer no assistance to any legitimate problem... Do not bank with a Go2bank..

Have not been able to activate card due to incorrect login credentials. Someone changed my login information and they won't give me the correct info.

I cashed z check on their app today for 339.97.well I found our that the app placed my funds on someone else's card.i want my money. I called go2 and ingo and they both keep pushing it on other company

my card was on the 7th of july. i sent in docouments and the card was unlocked on the 9th... on the 11 my card was locked back up and has been since...i was told my case will be resolved within 10 days .. and i has been that and still nothing i have bills to pay and i dont care to keep this account any longer i just need my money

I am having same problem it's been seems march they have had my social security check deposited to a account that I never had right email or phone number keep starting another account instead of fixing I'm going to contact attorney and get my money around 1400 dollars still no check but company promise it was getting sent out did u ever receive yours I'm contacting lawyer or better business like asp they have had time I got evicted over not paying my rent they should be responsible
