We built a guest house on the same property address as our primary residence. Initially, the Palm Beach County Building Department and FPL approved the guest house to have a separate service meter and underground line feeding the guest house meter. I was requested by Mary Tindall of FPL, and my builder’s electrician, to pay for this future service. I went ahead and paid in your FPL payment portal, in the amount of $353.76

on October 25th 2022, for the new FPL account. Sadly, Palm Beach County Zoning got involved eight months later, and did not permit a separate service line and meter for the guest house. Our builder had his electrician connect a service line to our guest house from our primary home. I have a copy of the payment portal receipt, the W-9, the FEDI authorization form, the SAP One AR memo and many months of emails to Mary Tindall, and Krystal Sundar of FPL too. The new FPL account was created, and was never used. No additional meter or underground line was needed or installed by FPL. Therefore, I want my money please. I’m sick and tired of the delays and games. It has been long enough, and I have completed your forms three times already. Please contact me ASAP via email or leave me a voicemail message, and I’ll return your call promptly.

Thanks in advance for your help and time.

Desired outcome: Refund my monies immediately or credit my current home FPL active account.
