I just received my bill and it's obviously wrong. Cannot reach a live representative which I'm sure is intentional.

I added up the total number of my supposed amount due and it's exactly equal to the number of monthly payments that I have made the last 6 months.

They say the total amount of my bill is $1046.16. This amount is equal to what my last 6 monthly bills and payments have been. They claim I have a credit balance of $414 so I only owe $648.09 this month. This is absolutely unreasonable. I have a small single family residential home in Palm Coast. My usage has been almost the exact same every month. For me to use this much power I would need to be running a power station. I'm doing my due diligence to call them and get this resolved but after 2 days of unsuccessfully trying a live person can't be reached. This is absolutely unconscionable and the worst customer service. I pay may bills on time and I do not want to be charged late payments, nor make a payment for services that are not justified.

I'm aware that an increase in the cost of utilities was approved, but in looking at what they claim is due, my percentage increase would equal 500% bill increase.

Desired outcome: I want to speak with a live person to get this billing error resolved.
